Starbucks - Custom drink - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Oldsmar, Florida

The drive-thru being blocked off has happened a few times now, and even with no one ahead of you, orders take surprisingly long. I checked inside, where 5-6 employees were actively working and more were arriving, so staffing didn't appear to be the issue. The staff are friendly, helpful, and considerate, and my drink tastes great, which is why I gave 3 stars instead of 2. read more

Today was a four star today for a couple of reasons. I asked for light ice, and it was more ice than I wanted. I'll ask for no ice next time. I tried a new drink, and it was good, but one of the ingredients was missing - no cinnamon crumble topping. I think it was because Jarod had an audience watching him - not just me but four other women. We might have made him nervous. I did get the last avocado spread. For that I'm thankful! read more

An actual barista at the Starbucks and target advised me to switch my latte from their regular roast to their blonde. It was the most delicious coffee I ever had! Unfortunately, I ordered the same thing at this location today and it tasted like I was drinking water. I guess I know where I'm getting my coffee from now on! read more

It's a Starbucks. The baristas are nice. My problem with this location is its location and setup. Most of the places to sit are in front of windows and the Florida sun during the afternoon heats it up that the AC cannot keep up or the thermostat is set to high. You will sweat. For Panera Bread the windows are not an issue because the place is so big and have seats away from windows. Again the staff and products are fine. But if you plan on sitting in, don't get comfortbale. read more

If you go in the afternoon service is absolutely on. Can not get an order right and you literally have to wait until they finish serving the car in front. Horrible read more

Starbucks is horrible anymore. I will no longer go. When did the change to a fake CREAM CHEESE SPREAD??!! Disgusting stuff. Ruined the bagel so I had to throw the whole thing out after just one bite. Their coffee is still just ok, but even the sugar syrups have a different taste to them. I wonder what cheap additives they added to those?? read more

Starbucks - SPREAD?? Certainly not cream cheese. Yuck. - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Oldsmar, Florida

I had a great experience in the drive through today! Normally not the one to place a review on a large chain but I was genuinely impressed by how sweet their staff was and fast. Plus my pumpkin spice latte was made to perfection & the presentation was absolutely fantastic. Thank you for great service guys! Keep up the good work. read more

I have worked across the street from the store for eight years now. Corner of tampa rd and Curlew. I am a office manager to a pulmonologist and head nurse. Out of all the employees there is one young man I would love to recognize because every day he starts my day off with a Smile amazing customer, service, and delicious coffee. five stars go out to Ryan Bender, my entire office, staff, and all of my reps all talk about this man every single day. He is such an exceptional employee for Starbucks and you guys are very lucky to have him. Kudos to you Ryan Bender, keep smiling, and doing what you do to make everyone's day that you touch and smile at to the have the best day ever. Ryan you are my morning cup of coffee extra sweet Plus all the staff at this location is amazing. I am greeted with my name every day. Great location and customer service all around. Love this crew. read more

I had a terrible experience at this location. No one greeted me. No one took my order. I waited in line for five minutes.i was the only black female in line, I feel like I was racially profiled and they showed discrimination. A Caucasian man walked in and took his order right away, and totally ignored me and disregarded me. I felt so uncomfortable and disappointed. I will never spend my money at this location again. read more

This is by far my favorite Starbucks store! I stop by almost every morning on my way to work. I always order in store mobile order and the team greets me every time I walk in, no matter how busy it is. Every drink is made to perfection on a timely manner!! read more

Horrible customer service. In car line to order and car in front gets order and we are told sorry we closed at 8:30 and the time 8:33 when we pulled up to order. person said sorry all registers closed out already but we see people still inside. Just horrible service. This isn't the first time either. read more

Great location, I've anly had good experiences here. Closest bux to my in-laws house. Typical pricing and drinks. Great employees.

Super slow drive thru and poor workers looked understaffed and stressed. Good drinks though.

(This my 50th review, so it only makes sense that I'd choose to write about a place I really love!) Starbucks is awesome. That being said, some locations are more awesome than others. The Tampa Road location is one of those, no doubt about it. It didn't used to be. It used to have a very cramped feel. Mind you, the place is pretty small already, but the colors and furniture always made it feel even smaller. Then a few months ago the store got a face lift, and it looks a heck of a lot better now. They have a communal table with electrical outlets lining the sides, a nice couch for two, and a few other individual chairs. The arrangement is much more suited for the shape of the space and, though I liked it before, now I love it. Something that has never changed is the customer service. The baristas here are quick, quirky, and the down to earth; the kind of people I'm glad to see running a coffee shop. My drinks come out right every time, and whenever I'm feeling adventurous these guys are great at suggesting new drinks for me to try. I also love this location because of its close proximity to Panera. More than once I've been able to grab a bite for lunch there, then come right next door to Starbucks for a Frappuchino. It's a really great set up. The only thing I don't love is the parking. They really could use more spots around here, and a lot of the drivers come flying through the parking lot. I've had the daylights scared out of me a few times. If you can get a parking spot then the rest is cake or, in the case of Starbucks, Birthday Cake Pop. Speaking of which, I may just need to make a stop on the way home... read more

This drive through is fast and efficient, I love that they're right off the fork in the road! Sure they're next to a Panera's but it's STARBUCKS! Id' rather use the drive through than park anyway! read more

After 18 visits, I figure it is time for a review. Why? I like this unique Starbucks... It is tricky to get to. If you are coming in from Curlew, you can get here by cutting through a huge parking lot to get to Tampa road. Through much practice, I have found the optimal route that avoids every speed bump that causes my car to bottom out. Try left, right, left, right, left, and then right. Regarding this location, they have plenty of pleasant outdoor seating as well as indoor chairs and a beautiful solid wood communal table. Unfortunately, it is too close to the register so I can't edge it out the door and in to my house. As always, the espresso is consistently Starbucks and does what I need it to do. Wake me up! read more

Funky location at a fork in the road. Hard to get into this location if you're on Curlew coming from McMullen booth to Tampa rd. You would either need to make a U-turn on Tampa then make a left turn OR turn left into the Dollar Tree / Marshall's parking lot, drive down to the Tampa rd side then turn right onto Tampa rd and turn an immediate right into the Starbucks parking lot. If you're coming from Hillsborough to Tampa Rd or Curlew it's fine. Now that I think of it...I don't know if I've ever been to a Starbucks drive thru that was "normal." When I have an early Dr. Appt in Clearwater I come here on my way home as I'm usually rushing to get to a scheduled conference call or I'm just too lazy to park and get out that early in the morning. This location is not as much of a hassle as the one on Memorial & Hillsborough, but it shares a parking lot with a Panera Bread and has the potential of getting congested. The baristas at the window are nice enough and I've only had luke warm mochas from here once in a while. Today my Toffee Nut Mocha was nice and hot! I'm not sure who used to supply Starbucks pastries, but I've never been a huge fan of the pastries because they are usually to rich and they linger with the taste of preservatives. Recently Starbucks just started carrying this line of French pastries that they call 'La Boulange' which includes a chocolate croissant. I get it hot, so although it's good, it's deflated the way that microwaves deflate pastries. read more

I absolutely love Morgan! Always a smile and just so pleasant!!! Makes it worth it for me to come out of my way! Also want to acknowledge the great customer service of Jacqui! Leadership at this location is top notch! They really know how to treat their customers!!! read more

I pass this Starbucks on my way to work, I have been going there for 5 years if that tells you anything. Why did it take me so long to give them a review? I am not sure, what I can tell you is the service has always been good. Sure there have been mix ups but in 5 years I think there have been 2. I am a nurse and "Coffee" is very important and when I order my drink I like it to taste how I think its going to taste. I downloaded the APP for SB and this has been very dangerous for me. I think I now own stock in SB. If you want a really delicious cup of coffee made just the way you like it, or even if you want to indulge in an after dinner dessert this is the place to stop. read more

I saw on Facebook that there was a new 'secret' drink at Starbucks: the pink drink (lol not a secret anymore!). So I decided to try it...thru this particular Starbucks' drive thru. The service was really good, people attending me were nice and courteous. The line also moved fast, meaning that they were making specific orders at lightening speeds! Now about the pink drink..it's basically a strawberry Avis refresher with coconut milk instead of water and that makes it pink. This secret drink tastes pretty good at first, definitely reminding me of some candy from my childhood days, but after it just takes some time to finish it because of it's amazing overwhelming flavor. So it's a good bet to try it at least once before they stop making it and another secret drink takes its place read more

WORST STARBUCKS EVER. Insanely slow and can't even make coffee correctly. All I got was a hot regular coffee with cream and extra sugar, you would think they could handle that since they're a coffee place. My coffee was FREEZING and basically milk! It's completely devoid of sugar, which I asked for EXTRA of. They can't even remember to put the little green things that prevent the coffee spilling in your car in my drink that I got in the DRIVE THRU. This location sucks! read more

Rude Went in for lunch with friends. Asked what was available for lunch because only two items were showing on board. We were told to go to Paneras if we wanted food. I nicrly asked again if they had any other lunch items and we were told rudely we should go to Paneras. Finally one employee told us what was available which included 8 to 10 items. Most things they only had one of it to serve. Wish we had left, but others were arriving so we stayed. Extremely rude and no problem next time we will go Paneras. read more

I went by this Starbucks this afternoon to get a decaf latte on my way to an appointment. I wanted a latte for taste not for caffeine because I don't sleep if I drink an espresso past about noon. I said to the women in the drive thru line "decaf pumpkin spice latte" but I didn't see decaf on the screen. So when I pulled up to the window I again confirmed, "decaf right?" After a rude comment implying that I didn't originally say decaf she said I will let them know but she remained at the window and said nothing to anyone. Needless to say my latte definitely was not decaf because I feel completely jittery and likely won't sleep tonight. It's very annoying to pay 5 dollars for a cup of coffee only to have it not made correctly and more so have the cashier be completely rude and dismissive about it. I will stick to my usual coffee shop from now on. read more

I come to this Starbucks Cuz it's on my way to work. If I don't get my coffee fix I can be a real jerk! The baristas are always friendly Whether it's drive-thru or inside. My coffee is always perfect So I can continue on my ride. The parking can be iffy Since Panera shares the space. But if I'm in need of strong coffee, Starbucks is my place! read more

Extremely rude older lady with blonde hair running the drive thru. Argued with me over making my drink wrong after she made it wrong twice, and I WATCHED her fill my pink drink HALF with WATER. Won't be coming back here again. Management you need to take a look a your employee. read more

4 stars for amazing employees but lost a star for literally never having oat milk. No matter how early you go, never there. Stop advertising it. Dunkin always has oat milk so I think this is where Starbucks falls behind. It's not that hard to find oat milk. read more

Parking really stinks at this location that's why I only have them three stars. When it comes to my chai they always make it right so no complaints there. You are better off going through the drive they at this location when it and the Panera right next door are busy because parking will be impossible. I love the petite vanilla scones :) read more

I've lived in Oldsmar for 8 years. I've gone to this Starbucks many many times, it used to be a regular routine for me. The last 4 times I've gone they have gotten the order wrong. One simple grande mocha latte, no whip. I get cold ones not hot (latte) or hot ones when I wanted a Frappe. Two times the lemon loaf icing has been all melted and weird. Besides that however, the staff is so nice and friendly. They are always so sweet to my pup and give him a dog biscuit. Who does that? So as far as service with a smile they get 5 stars. Fixing the mess ups they get 5 stars. Making it right the first time 3 stars. Being good to my pup 5 stars. Just make sure it's right before you drive off. read more

Often the line is really backed up in the morning and there's no parking anywhere. Keep in mind if you're stopping on a weekday morning. As of recently I've noticed if I order a extra shot of espresso it doesn't get added into my beverage and sometimes they don't put my requested soy milk. When I notify them I can tell I don't have the extra shot of espresso they give me attitude and say that the paper says it so the barista must have added it, when it's quite clear it doesn't have more than the usual. Getting pretty frustrated since it's the only Starbucks on my way to work and this is happening more and more lately. read more

There's always a long line wrapping around the building, because the baristas like to screw around instead of doing their job. I know this for a fact, because we go inside instead of waiting in the drivethru. It needs to be fixed. read more

Stopped in for a road tea and coffee. Drive thru was quick and staff was polite. Beverages were done well. We would return. The only odd thing is this place is coupled with a Panera Bread so it is usually pretty busy. The parking lot is a zoo and if people are there who can't drive it becomes a bit of an obstacle course. read more

I frequent this location since it is down the street from my office and home. The service is always sweet, professional, and on point. And of course, the drinks are always superb. Ok every other day it's a 5star rating. However today was less because of how the drive thru barista acted when she got my drink wrong. I go through the drive through and order as a creature of habit and say the same thing every time so I know it was not something I had left out. When I got my drink it did not have cream in it and she said "well it doesn't come with cream unless you ask". I said I did say I needed cream in my drink and did not hear her NOT say cream when repeating my order because she said it so fast. I am getting ready to provide customer service for 8 hours at my job and I really did not appreciate the attitude / arguing before 7am in the morning. Might be awhile before I go back to Starbucks and might need to head back to Dunkin'. read more

Always a solid choice for a Starbucks in the area. The staff is always helpful, the store is clean, and the drive through service is typically pretty quick. The one disadvantage is not because of the products, but the location IS on a corner (literally...right where Tampa Rd. and Curlew merge together), so it can be a bit tricky to get in/out sometimes depending on which direction you're coming from. read more

On the road and truly need some caffeine, went out of the way to get to a Starbucks that was still open. Arrived at 9:45 and barista refused to serve us, even though the coffee shop is open until 10pm. Fine if I knew that, should change store hours to posting 9:30 then read more
