This is my second time flying into the Montgomery Airport and the Dunkin in this location is by far the worst one ever. The drinks are bitter and just overall has no taste no matter how much liquid cane sugar you add. I ordered a sweet tea with 3 pumps of liquid and it taste like straight coffee. I told the young lady and she just turned around and fixed another one out of the same bin. Same thing. I ended up changing it for a Mango Pineapple refresher with 6 pumps of liquid but the ratio was off yet again even after being charged an additional $5 for the upgraded drink. Additionally, the girl is not friendly AT ALL. When ordering she comes across as if its a bother versus just appreciating the fact that she has a job. The young lady at the window with the glasses had a very nasty attitude which was extremely off putting. Did not even give me the bottle of water I paid for and I decided to leave it and not go back to avoid interacting with her rudeness again. I come to this Dunkin often and am so disappointed w the quality of service today. Why get a job in customer service if you don't know how to be professional?? Retraining needed desperately. Coffee was cold and spilt in delivery bag. Bacon was soggy from spilt coffee. Coffee was watered down and had a burnt taste. Making a fresh pot is not too much to ask! They need better cup carriers. That was 20.00 down the drain. read more

I placed a mobile order and when I arrived and waited for my order a young lady came up to my chewing food with a black hat and black Dunkin' Donuts shirt telling me they have no chicken. That was NOT only unprofessional, but rude to chew in front of a customer like she did. Was she eating my chicken? Was that why I couldn't get chicken? Check the camera. She did ask if I want another meat, I told her NO. Once I told her to cancel my order Brittany in the blue shirt then told us she could make it for us. She just have to thaw it out. WHY didn't the other lady tell us this instead of telling us y'all don't have chicken?? No I was already told I couldn't get it. So I told her no thanks, it showed me how unprofessional they were and I didn't want anything from them. Then I asked if they had my donuts and the same lady told me they don't have all my donuts. So I confirmed with her to cancel my order. Then I was told that to cancel my order I have to reach out to Dunkin Donuts and cancel my order. Umm no ma'am I will not be reaching out to cancel my order because your unable to Fulfill my FULL order. You can issue my refund right here. The lady in the blue shirt Brittany says she was unable to cancel the order and issue refund in the store. WHICH IS A LIE, because this happen previously at a different Dunkin Donuts and they did it all in the store for me. She called Tamia (GM) and offered me cornbread munchkins, NO. Because after this customer service I don't want nothing from this establishment. read more

I didn't know Dunkin's service could be so bad. They were more into their phones than greeting people who came into their lobby. From the outside it looks nice and clean and organized but the staff could couldn't care less that they have a job. They actually acted surprised when they looked up but then quickly went back down to their phones because clearly that was more important than earning a paycheck. How does this location stay open? It doesn't matter though because we will never find out as we will never return. If you want to see what a case of neglect and antisocial behavior and a rude staff this is a great study course for you. If you wanna be late for work because it takes them 10 minutes to acknowledge you and another 10 minutes to fix your food this might be the place you've been searching for for your life. The coffee wasn't bad surprisingly somehow. They must have made that part stupid proof. read more

A brand new Dunkin' just opened its doors. You can never have enough coffee shops. I got the usual (L) coffee with cream & sugar. It was on point as expected. This is a update: The reason I'm giving 2 stars, because I was able in getting some of the things I've ordered at the drive thru, but not everything isn't not completed you need to ask napkins every time or let me finished instead of rushing me on my order. I was given a burnt Avocado Toast this morning that I wasn't abled to eat much of it because of it was burnt with Avocado spread on top of it. I didnt enjoy that at all. The latte with Oatmilk, not sure if that was Latte. Sure didnt look like pic on the menu screen, but the latte tasted tastes pretty good. Anyway, The lady that works at the Drive thru has a nasty attitude and needs to be removed from the Drive thru or she going to the wrong person who has a much nastier attitude. She needs to be more professional. I don't know what's going on behind the scenes, but we all go through things, and I'll try to keep personal or whatever behind if you can. Don't take it out on the customer, like having a smart mouth and Don't answer a question, like ask a simple question like, "Is the flavoring sugar free?" Instead of answering, yes or no, You just start naming the flavors twice. The managers needs to check with your workers or do you all a manager ? Or if you don't, you all going to lose more customers with all this ghetto unprofessional attitudes. Also, the lady at Drive thru had the nerve to rush and I wasn't even finished ordering. I was in awe and upset. I keep giving chances but you all needs to do much better with your workers and hire more and better staff. My 1st time trying glazed donut and a medium cup of carmel macchiato. Sorry but the donut was not all that, my bad Krispy Kreme. It was too thick to me and as for the coffee. I forced myself to drink it due to I paid over $4+. Tasted like coffee from 5am this morning brew, been there for a minute. The flavor of carmel wasn't no where hinted in this cup. Starbucks, Mcdonalds and Sweet Creek Coffee Shop taste better than this mess. I'm sorry I will not cross over again!! read more

Terrible service asked for 3 hot French vanilla lattes got called ones in December btw then ordered a grilled cheese paid all that he asked us to pull up then came out finally and said we just cleaned our stove we can't make that sandwich so I asked for a refund an he goes you got cashapp. Night service is lazy an needs to be changed ASAP read more

So slow! The service here was ridiculously slow. We arrived with one person in line in front of us and we had to wait for 20 minutes even though they only got one coffee drink!
