They think an old fashioned donut means a plain donut and put sprinkles on donuts that weren't supposed to have sprinkles on them, so all three of the donuts my husband ordered were no good. He hates sprinkles and can't eat the donuts he ordered. Dog liked the plain donut though. Very disappointing. read more

line was super long and slow. I waited in the line patiently when I got to the window they said they can give me hot coffee, but it won't have a lid because they're out of lids. I said can you just put it in a different cup that you have lids for they said sure, but we're gonna have to charge you for the extra cup which was stupid because it's not my fault they ran out of what they needed to do business but they charge me extra horrible experience. I don't understand the point of this location. They open at 5am don't have donuts until 7am, don't even have festive donuts for holidays, the employees are rude-they act like they have no idea what you're talking about and that they'd rather somewhere else. The drive up is disgusting, the sign is either busted half the time, trash is all over the ground and the grass is usually overgrown. Whoever owns this location needs to let corporate take over. Slowest dunkin I've ever been to. Order two hot coffees. One with cream and sugar and one black. After waiting for over ten minutes, both coffees cane out with cream and sugar. Every time I go to this location, they are extremely slow and I have yet to encounter someone with a nice attitude there. I stopped by this morning 12/17/2021 and ordered two large peppermint mocha lattes after waiting in line for 20 minutes, then I was told that the peppermint mocha was discontinued, and there was a sign stating that the toasted white chocolate was discontinued as well. I stopped by the other Dunkin' location and they have it. If they were just out of it on Vaughn, they just should've said that. There's always an issue there. I spend about 12 days a month in Montgomery. Trying to get a good cup of coffee is difficult. I love the coffee at Dunkin, but here in Montgomery, it's awful. I order midnight black and oftentimes, it taste like water. I truly believe that they're too lazy to change the grounds between pots. I think they probably reuse the coffee grounds over and over. So... this place.... I went to order breakfast for my office and get a box of Joe...the drive through was to Vaughn and it wrapped around the parking lot. I got out to go into lobby and one of the staff members said "I'm sir the lobby is closed so you can get back in yo damn car and get the hell on through the drive through." I have been a member of the Dunkin' Donuts family since the company was sending coffee to us in Iraq and Afghanistan.....this treatment was by far the worse ever. Just your average Dunkin'. Nothing really special. They do typically get your order correct and there's a couple of friendly employees. Food and coffee is always good but they NEVER have enough people working! When people are trying to get to work they need to be faster.

My iced coffee is usually made in under 60 seconds, and the baristas are always really nice. I feel like some of y'all may just impatient or just straight up rude to the employees because in my experience, they've always been friendly. read more

I love dunkin' donuts, I always have. Lately it's become a hit or miss and it's usually a miss. Almost every time I go, the employees are rude and blunt and they usually never have anything in stock. The donuts run out immediately and the other day I came around 3:30 for a hot latte and they said they couldn't make anything hot, only cold. Sorry, that makes no sense and seemed like an excuse. It's sad because the coffee is very good and so are the donuts but they're either out of everything, or don't want to make it. They're always on their phones. Today I went through the drive thru and they asked me to hold please and I waited for about 6 minutes before saying hello. She then told me to hold once again. The drinks are way too sweet and thick for anyone's good. The donuts always make me feel sick after eating them. And I've been offered Dunkin' Donuts on several different occasions but after the second time getting sick from one, i just said "no" forever. My complaint is the employees needs to get the orders right when the customers placing their orders and simply listen what the customer is ordering at the register so we don't to make 2 or 3 trips because you'll didn't get it right the first time for something so simple like when someone ordered a chicken salad bagel which was hard which that person ended up switching to a crossiant and still ended up giving tuna twice instead of chicken which was ask for and I had to stand there to make sure it's chicken in there this time. Service has gone down hill with new ownership. The staff continuously gets orders incorrect, they don't pay attention to orders through drive-thru. They will ask to take your order, get you all the way through it and then say, "what were you ordering again?" Store is dirty. Extremely dusty on countertops and down below the donut display where the boxes are kept to put your donuts in for purchase. Staff acts distracted and like they want you to hurry and move along so they can get back to something else. This store needs some solid management. read more

I spent a year in Montgomery for Air Force ACSC and although i spent only a year here, I can say this is the best DD I've been to. The manager is so kind and walks around to give people free refills. I've lived in 5 different cities with DD and this kind of service is unheard of. After leaving Montgomery I appreciate this because in DC's DD the experience isn't as friendly or clean. I've read all the reviews here and haven't experienced "angry" or "rude" service in all of my [75+] visits. read more

I love their donuts! Especially the chocolate cream filled powdered donut! Unfortunately I had a bad experience the ONE time I decided to get some. It was past 8pm and was in the area so I decided to give it a go, since it's the only donut spot open at the time. Ordered via drive thru and got what I was craving for (choc. Filled powdered), blueberry, reg glaze, and a chocolate frosting glazed donut. The blueberry donut wasn't as good as I thought Dunkin Donuts should've delivered. I wouldn't order it from DD again. Disappointed in the chocolate cream filled powdered donut cuz it was a bit hard already. Saved the other two for the kids the next morning. Again, disappointed that the donuts didn't hold up for them to enjoy. It was hard as well. You would think they would serve donuts that wouldn't disappoint ! I was surprised that Montgomery finally got a Dunkin Donuts. This city is the land of Krispy Kreme. Needless to say, I refused to get a donut since Krispy Kreme was so close, but I did have a large coffee- light and sweet. The place was super clean and orderly, and the staff was nice.
