I am a regular at this Dunkin. Revolving staff but typically friendly ans my order is usually correct! Big bonus points on starting my morning off right with the food ans beverage I actually ordered. There is frequently a long line at the drive thru but it tends to go pretty quickly. If you're impatient, order ahead or walk on in. Inside dining is cute with a little fireplace too. Placed a mobile order to be picked up through the drive thru. The drive thru line was very long so I opted to go inside. Staff was scrambling to fill orders. I saw 4 employees none seemed to be adults. One of the employees grabbed my food order but I waited forever for cold brew. Customers came in after me and waited for a while to be waited on so they finally left and expressed their anger before doing so. Employees were swearing behind the counter in ear shot of customers. Finally someone acknowledged me and turns out my cold brew was sitting on the counter melting... this is the only one in Meriden that is this disorganized read more

Only came here to go to drive through. The service was fast but they did not give me any napkins which is my one pet peeve. Who wants to order anything and I have a napkin. The donut was pretty good no complaints it was a cute spider made out of donut hole in the center. and I got to to go wraps which is just egg and cheese if you're really hungry they will satisfy you but they're not that tasty. This Dunkin Donuts has the worst policy I've ever come across. Clearly they don't put the customer first. Worst Dunkin Donuts...they have a policy to charge full price for a sandwich regardless of whether you get all of the ingredients or not. It's too bad because outside of the stupid policy, the service is pretty good. read more

Asked for extra cheese on a wake up wrap and they charged me $2. Every other Dunkin I go to they only charge .30 cents. The staff then proceeds to ignore me while I'm asking for a receipt and didn't even notice that I didn't leave tried getting me to pay for the person behind me. read more

They seem to never get the order right, they gave me attitude. Also the teenagers seem to be unable to do simple math. I gave them 5.25 my drink was 3.20. this means I should get 2.05 back. Not to them, kid gave me 1 dollar and 5 cents. I looked at him and said I'm missing a dollar. He looked at me like I was a hydra and had 6 heads. He tried to make excuses when I told him how much I gave him. I only had 5s and 20s on me. I make sure to keep it pretty easy since alot of fast food places seem to not give me the correct change. I used to go here pretty often and the last couple times I went my coffee was so SOUR. I'm the type of person where I'll drink an order if somthing is messed up, but the last two times I went it was unbearable. One star! Food was delicious, even though it was burnt! Service was shit! Asked for it on a croissant, it was on a bagel!!!!!

I think they put one less 'pump' in their coffee than other locations. The French Vanilla Swirl frozen coffee was almost tasteless.

Can't get simple orders right! Stay away not a customer friendly store!

Well i been going there for 4 yrs. On and off and I've seen employees come and go there is one person in perticular that is so rude and disrepectful always got an additude the person name is (thomas) dont stop going there cause of that person everyone else is great only gave 5 stars cause of the service i get when im there i get a lot if good service GREAT place just ignore that man he just hates the world read more

I went through the drive through and asked at the window to add a donut. They said NO I would have to drive through again or go inside, that they would not add on a donut! It's not a latte or sandwich that would take a while to make so it should be considered, on a customer to customer basis. I have 2 small toddlers and it would be a hassle to get them out of their car seat to go inside for one donut and driving in a circle to go back through the drive through that had one additional car in it seems ridiculous! It's one donut!!!! Needless to say I drove away with a screaming toddler & I will never go there again. Poor customer service! read more
