service is TERRIBLE, i waited inside for ten minutes at the counter and no one came to my service all i needed was a spoon and when i was finally about to be helped i was asked to go to the other counter and the lady helping me decided to help the line of people in front of me, in total i waited for almost 25 minutes just for a spoon. and every one working there spoke very little english. horrible experience i do not recommend, there doughnuts and munchkins where also dry and not delightful. read more

I am a man of Dunkin' and a man of distance. For this DD it's the closest in proximity to my girlfriend's abode, so when in need of the coffee bean we'll usually come here. There was a void of that for a bit after they were renovating the place and we basically walked in without anyone saying anything only to realize the place was supposed to be closed. The tarps and wood beams gave it away and so we did one of those slow reverse step moves and didn't come back until more recently. Luckily, those renovations show as the inside has been updated along with the tables and seating area. A pretty clean cut and freshly new look runs through the tiny innards. It was worthy of a picture that day. Beyond the simple Dunkin' decor, the young girl who helped us was friendly and pretty quick with our order, though I can't say that's the case every time we've entered. A Jekyll and Hyde staff is the best way to put it in both speed and consumer interaction. That extends to the drive thru they have wrapped around outside. When we pulled up that afternoon, the line was four cars deep. Inside? Not a soul, so things can definitely work quicker if you have the time to get out of your car (which you'll suddenly have/need if you choose to wait on that snail line outside). Overall, this Dunkin' has shown some nice improvements in renovating the interior, though a better balance of good service would give em the kick in the right direction, as would a turn of the dial to increase service speed. It might be the closest DD for us sometimes, but we're on Long Island. Another one will pop up wherever we go. So for the Yelp world, don't make this a destination Dunkin' just for the drive thru. read more

I am very disappointed not just with this place, but also with Dunkin's customer service. I had ordered a few drinks that were all wrong. Normally I wouldn't complain if it was just a single drink, but this was multiple. So I emailed Dunkin customer service about the issue and they respond fast. All goes well, and customer service says the franchisee will get back to me in a couple days. The franchisee NEVER gets back to me, and I email the same customer service rep about the issue. He says to wait an additional 2 days for the franchisee to get back to me. That never happens, and after emailing him again about never being contacted, the customer service rep doesn't contact me back. I was very patient about all of this! My images will show that. Just left this DD location and had to be the worst the customer service experience I've had at a DD. My hubby and I were looking forward to a holiday drink and after driving the long route due to construction and waiting in a long line for the drive thru we were disappointed to find out they were sold out of pretty much all of the holiday drinks. We went drink by drink trying to order, and the worker just kept repeating they've been sold out since last month. Why not update your menu then? Many places put a strip of paper or some sort of indication that they are sold out. Perhaps that would also alleviate the annoyance you get for having to tell people you're sold out. We were trying to figure out what to order and when we were ready, the speaker went silent. After a few seconds, we started to hear the lady who was serving us taking sh!t about us to her supervisor saying how we are taking forever and this going on and on. She then started imitating us when we were asking about each of the holiday drinks being in stock. WOW! The supervisor giggled then came on the mic. We asked about another drink and milk options since I'm lactose intolerant, in which he proceeded to sassily list all of the milk options they do have. I was so upset at this point and told them, "you know we can hear you talking about us, right?" His sheepish, unprofessional response was "uhh uhh I'm not saying anything right now..uhh uhh." Horrible customer service! I come here daily and the manager made my order incorrect then proceeded to argue with me instead of rectifying the issue and making the order the correct way. Was a regular at this dunkin location due to its convenient drive thru right off of the LIE but will no longer patronize this location. read more

Im not someone to review but after seeing all the horedus reviews I just had too. When I moved to Medford from farmingville i was so upset bc I was losing my favorite manager (which he now manages both) but I gained so much more at this location. They know excactly how I my best friend like our coffee (7 pumps of caramel liquid sugar) from just my voice over the speaker. They're all so so so so nice. once they hired this really mean guy and when I came back the next day and explained they gave me a free coffee and donut to make it right. They are so fantastic sometimes we're all at the window talking they're all so great. I've been coming here for 5years everyday and I will continue to come here even though I'm moving to shirly where there is a Dunkin almost in my backyard. My heart shaped jelly donut was stale and lacking in jelly......the gal behind the counter was very nice though and that was a plus.

I love coming to this location because it is one of the locations that has a drive-through. There was no wait and I was helped right away over the speaker. The girl was very friendly both over the speaker and at the window. My coffee was served just as ordered. Come here all the time and will continue to come back. read more

Always so slow, never make the coffee right. I have to ask them to remake it which takes another 15 minutes for a drink. They can't even handle giving you the right orders and when it comes to pay they can't handle that either. As someone who is severely lactose intolerant this is extremely dangerous. They should train their employees with commons sense and they would be able to complete the orders. They gave me a cold sandwich I got a turkey sausage flatbread. Egg and meat were cold as well as the cheese I came back to tell them and they just started at me instead of saying sorry about that let me warm it up for you or get you a new one. Would give it no stars but Yelp won't let me. You never get what order. Ask for toasted bagel with very little butter, get non-toasted with a wad of butter. Ask for tea with NO lemon, get a tea with lemon. You need to hire people who listen to what the customer wants or train them better. read more

This is a great place to stop at before work because of the drive thru. They are a bit slow, but morning is a busy time for them. I order their large iced teas because they frequently have 99 cent specials on them. My daughter loves their bacon, egg and cheese bagel sandwiches. Maybe it's because this place is ran by children and there's nobody around to supervise them. They don't make anything right, and when you ask them to remake it, they don't. I second the person who said it depends on who is working, I just tried to order a cappuccino blast through the drive thru and they told me their blenders were broken. I opt to go in and order instead, and(of course) they tell me the same spiel about them being broken. At least then I could see the blenders with my own eyes(looking NOT broken, lights on etc). I then asked if I could have an iced cappy blast, and the girl clearly did not know her stuff, because she told me there was no such thing. I've been to many different dunkin/baskin combos all over the country and I am very familiar with the menu so I told her no, there is a cappucino blast and an iced cappy blast. She confirmed with another kid(it was all kids working) that I was right. Get this: second kid told me they no longer make the mix for that! I have my doubts. I settled for an iced coffee. No words can explain why I gave it any sort of star. You have to go for yourself but I wouldn't because it's a waste of time and money.

This is the second time this has happened to me from this store so I am assuming the employees do this often. I drove thru the drive-in and my order came to $5.39. I gave the girl a $20 and she have my $14 back but was like " I forgot to take the change out, do you still want it?", um yeah, it's my change. The cashier just had to press one button and the drawer opened and she got my change. The time before was only 3 cents so I didn't think too much about it, but if they are doing this to every customer they are probably getting an extra $20 a day. It sucks because it's on my way to work but manager needs to watch employees. if the are stealing from the customers, they probably are stealing from the store. read more
