Went in yesterday to get a coffee with cream and sugar. Opened the cup and both were missing. Table was dirty so I asked for it to be cleaned. Worker came over with a wet napkin and I dried it myself. Place is unclean, dirty floors, tables, walls, kitchen, etc. One of the staff had her phone and snacks on a table next to mine and was running back and forth from the kitchen. Finally picked up her stuff and did not clean her mess on the table. Will not be going back there. Much better and cleaner places in Mashpee and Centerville even though they are further away. read more

If you care about your health, do not patronize this Dunkin Donuts in Marstons Mills. I entered the store today (masked, maintaining 6-foot distance) and was dismayed to see that THREE employees were not covering their faces with masks. The woman making my sandwich had a mask dangling around her chin, nose and mouth exposed. Another woman - same. A third employee had a mask down around his neck, face completely exposed. If you are in the drive-through line, you might assume that the people preparing your food and coffee are not breathing all over it. You would be wrong. Clearly Dunkin Donuts does not care about the health and safety of either its employees or its customers. I will never return to this location again. In fact, it is doubtful that I will return to ANY Dunkin Donuts location in the future. read more

Great service this morning!!!!!!!! And on other days at other times of the year. I think the woman at the drive thru's name may have been Tracy? I couldn't see her badge but I did see a "T"... my detective powers at work (lol). I am having difficulty understanding the very negative reviews 1) yes this place is extremely busy. 2) the parking lot and the drive through make it even more congested. I guess I think that if there's a problem, even though Yelp is a great outlet, I would be on the phone talking to a manager when I found unexpected things in my coffee. My experience here was good overall, but once I got to my office I realized that there was an issue with my coffee. Overall the staff here was pleasant and had me in and out of the drive-thru. When I started drinking my iced coffee I found it to be good, but when I got back to my office I realized that there were coffee beans in my coffee. I don't mean coffee grounds, legitimate coffee beans. When I realized that there were beans in my coffee, I had to throw out my coffee. In the end, I loved the original experience, but the beans crushed my dreams. read more

such ridiculous crap- walk in and pick it up because that is "faster" yesterday- order not complete, have to go find it. the person was apologetic and helpful, but still it's annoying. today - the order wasn't complete. apparently the sticker fell off? she couldn't put it next to it? she want anyone to steal my walk in order so she didn't put it out there. she called my name. it's a walk in order- what the heck??? they have a cabinet specifically for walk in orders with the slip, your name and hopefully honesTy, but if it were a problem they wouldn't have been doing it for at least the past two years? then she is trying to fight about it because she said my name??? Hostile manager and clueless staff. Staff member rang up a bagel & cream cheese for $6. I noticed this in the food waiting area and asked the nearby person why was I charged $3 for cream cheese? She angrily responded that's a mistake (yes - no kidding) and the staff is new so I have to be be patient. ?? I was neither impatient nor implied I needed a transaction in a hurried manner. Maybe she was having a bad day?? A bit confused I thought - she's bringing this up as a problem and then yelling at me to be patient?? I just calmly asked for a refund. As she was ringing the refund, she never once explained what was wrong to staff. Instead she was just loudly speaking "there's a big line and we have to do a refund" at me during the whole transaction somehow making me out to be the bad guy for asking for a refund. I sipped the coffee and it was simply a black coffee and not the specialty coffee I ordered. Staff made the drink incorrectly and again manager decided to raise her volume - "I guess I'll make you a new drink but you'll just have to be patient, because we have a lot of people in here waiting". Again, I'm not the problem - your staff being ill trained by you is the problem. I don't understand the 0-60 anger that the manager thought would be helpful to any situation. Staff had no clue what they did wrong and other customers were apprehensive to go to the counter with so called manager yelling. Never again. read more

Hands down, the absolute worst DD franchise on Cape Cod. Other than the weekday morning crew, forget it. Weekends... you're better off going literally ANYWHERE ELSE. Cold, terrible, and watery coffee. Completely wrong items on simple orders. I have placed 9 online to go orders... with lead time ranging from 10 mins to half an hour to give them plenty of time. Not a single of those 9 orders was filled correctly. Entire missing items, terrible food and coffee quality, and not once ready for pickup without an additional 15 minute wait. My final test order number 10 today was the last straw. And there is a handwritten scraggly sign on the door stating "inside closed". Never again. For something I set a SUPER low bar for.. ie literally just give me what I ordered..This place is an utter disgrace. read more

It was a warm summer's day and my friends and I decided to stop in for some coffee before we decided our plans for the day. We walked in and the lovely cashier took my order in record speed. Before I had finished walking from the register to the pickup station, my coffee was made and waiting for me! My order was correct, and my friends were absolutely amazed by the speed of the creation of my delicious beverage. My friend ordered right after me, and her coffee too was made rapidly and correctly. I just wanted to congratulate this establishment on their unmatched service and speed. 10/10 would recommend to all Cape-goers in need of a quick refreshment before hitting the beach! read more

A terrible store just keeps getting worse. Went in today (Sat, Jan 7) around 1020am. There were 21 people in line ahead of us. The drive thru was even worse with cars blocking a main way out. The key problem was a woman named Jane. She was the ONE person working the POS/cash register...and she was clueless. Not at all bright; poor people skills, poor training. Charged me for a large hot choc... ordered...and got... a small. Had no idea how to ring up the egg & cheese special that was plastered on posters everywhere. The 2 egg&cheese sandwiches took 14 min to appear from the training session clearly under way. The coffee tasted like crap. Where was the manager? To have poor staffing on a busy Saturday is moronic. Never going back to this place ... which has gotten 10x worse since they added a drive thru. These people desperately need competition. Dear God. Please make Krispy Kreme open up here. read more

Went through the drive thru and it took 20 minutes for two coffees. Once we got up to the window, the credit card machine was broken. We had to try two different cards before they told us we couldn't pay with card and we had to use cash. I understand that they don't have control over whether the machine works or not but the fact that we had already been waiting so long and the staff members bad attitudes just made for a terrible overall experience. read more

Worst Dunkin' Donuts in the area and my family will no longer be doing business there. I'm not feeling well and I asked my husband to get my a sandwich around noon. He came home and realized he was given a donut and fritter in the drive through. When he went back and went inside the woman making the food was extremely rude to him. He told her he ordered a sandwich which was already made and bagged and the woman responded with "yeah, so?". She continued to be rude for the entire interaction. I will be letting my friends no to not give their business to this location. This particular store has consistently terrible service. Every time I go in I'm never more than the third person in line, and yet it's always ten or more minutes before I can even place my order. As for actually getting my food, an order can take up to twenty minutes to be completed. I don't expect a whole lot from Dunkin Donuts staff to begin with, but when the wait time on my bagel and hash browns is comparable to that of a pizza I might as well just go to Pizza Wave across the street. Just don't do it! Orders are cold or made incorrectly. They're typically out of some of the sandwiches & food items. Service is ok, but that's where the buck stops. Drive on to the next location. Worse Dunkin's on the Cape. Sat in the drive through forever and when we finally got our coffee they were gross. They were burnt coffees

Now, I have reviewed other Dunkin's before, I'm a Massachusetts girl, I love my Dunkies, I go almost every day, and I always get the same thing. Now sometimes I get charged for a hot cup for my iced coffee (keeps the drink colder longer) sometimes I don't. They tell me they'll get fired if they don't charge me, but 5 minutes ago the same girl gave my daughter a hot cup for her iced coffee but didn't charge me then? My only real issue with them is that three times recently, the door is locked during business hours, only the drive thru is operating. I asked the girl the first time it happened why and she said she was the only one working. But the last two times it was closed and I had to go through the Drive thru I saw 2 or 3 people working. I saw at least five people leave because the door was locked. What's the deal? Are they lazy? My husband told me they were robbed recently, but this was broad daylight. They are losing business, and I hope the owner or corporate wouldn't be alright with that. Just my thoughts. read more

I am sorry to have to write this review but truly find it necessary. Over the past two months I have been trying to solicit a donation from the MM Dunkin Donuts. The donation requested was for boxes of Jo and munchkins for the annual Craftfest Cotuit sponsored by the Cotuit Federated Church. DD has always supported this event in the past and we sincerely appreciate the donation. This year after five to six visits to the store and talking with several employees in charge the donations was never approved. On Aug.17th, the day before the event I went down for the last time and still no approval. I prepaid for eight boxes of Jo and two hundred munchkins to be picked up Sat. and Sun. morning. The Sat. pickup went fine but on Sunday the person had to pay again for the items. After hearing this I went back to the store with the prepaid receipt and was reimbursed for half of the money. The lack of communication and disorganization at the store and with the corporate office was appalling. If DD had no intention of making this donation I wish someone had just told me that a long time ago and saved everyone this experience. read more

Worst coffee ever!! Every time I go there I get cold food or bad coffee. It's a shame it tastes so bad because it's such a good location.

I loved the old location and i always had a pleasant experience there, but as soon as they moved to the new location and hired new staff Ive always had a bad experience. Almost every time I go in, they mess up my order, or give me burnt coffee. Today I ordered a medium Ice coffee and a donut and it took them three tries to get it right. read more
