I saw at least 6-8 people leave because the wait was taking too long. The line kept getting longer and they just kept getting slower. Seemed like they were getting slammed with Door Dash orders and those there taking priority. However, if you are as busy on a weekend as this place gets, maybe you should prioritize the customers who are there in-person and take a break from the Door Dash orders. I bet most of the people who left (or stuck out the terrible service) will not be returning which is sad because I've seen how amazing this place can be at non-peak hours. Not only was the service much worse, but the drink I got was as well--the matcha tasted very different than the one I had a few days ago and was way less sweet.
