My family and I were coming home from our trip in Cape May and decided to stop at this Dunkin' location. I ordered through the mobile app and went through the Drive Thru to pick it up. Each car was waiting a LONG time in line at the window. At least 7-10 minutes each. At first I thought this was because there was only one worker taking the orders, making the drinks, and handing them out, but I saw at least three or four other workers who weren't doing anything (or at least didn't seem like it). My Mom ordered two sausage egg and cheese croissants. When we open the sandwiches, there is one sandwich with two eggs on it, and another sandwich with two sausage patties on it......... My cousin wanted a cup filled with ice so that she could make her Coke extra cold and they accommodated that which I was happy about. I got a medium caramel mocha iced coffee with cream and equal and I thought it tasted good. I also ordered a turkey sausage egg and cheese wrap and it was good/thicker than what I'm used to, but the wrap seemed really bent out of shape, not covering the entire sandwich. read more

I wouldn't give a star. My husband ordered 2 cups of coffee and 4 donuts. He waited for his coffee to be picked up for 10 minutes. It turned out it was on the counter , not noticeably and nobody announced for my husband to pick it up. Nobody wanted to be accountable and workers were not friendly nor helpful. Manager needs to be on top of them.. Donuts were not good....just don't know why..... read more

Absolutely horrible. I was the only customer in there and they took over 20 minutes to make one item. Their attitudes were extremely unprofessional, and one worker was making my food with an ungloved hand with munching on her own food. Once I got in my car I went to try my food to find it burnt with barely any of the toppings I asked for. I've never had a worse Dunkin experience and will not be returning back to this location. read more

The order was very wrong! The food was cold. In one of the drinks there was NO ice! They didn't give us straws either. read more

Don't really have much to say but I ordered a medium hazelnut iced coffee and got a large regular hot coffee. Employees after I told them my order had no clue what was going on or what I was talking about. They again messed the order up when bringing out the new order, Waited almost 10 minutes in the drive through to get my order and then they tried to charge me again and fought with me that I didn't pay. Maybe if it didn't take 10 mins to make a coffee they would have remembered I paid them . read more

I told them 4 times Brown Sugar Cold Foam with cream and sugar and the guy could not comprehend what I said and then did not make it correctly and stared at me for 10min while I was waiting in line to get it corrected until I grabbed a handful of sugar and left this is the worst experience I've ever had in a Dunkin and I live in the middle of Manhattan where the wait is at least 30min but no issues please hire competent workers! read more

Dunkin' - a person holding a cup of iced coffee - Donuts Near Me - Marmora, New Jersey

Worst Dunkin experience of my life. The workers are unprofessional and stand around doing nothing while orders take place. They make 99% of orders wrong & when asked to fix the order they are rude. Not only was my Iced Chai Tea Latte pure milk (which how do you hand that out to a customer to begin with), my bagel tasted stale. Will not be coming to this Dunkin anymore. I am disappointed every time. read more

Place is trash Dunkin needs to fire these lazy ahh employees they sit at the tables inside and scroll on their phones mindlessly these employees collectively have a iq lower than a potato really sad to see... how do you mess up a bacon egg and cheese I got a bagel with a single slice of cheese on it no egg or nothing what the hell is wrong with yall read more

The drive through manager needs customer service lessons asap. I asked for three frosted and three cream. He said we don't do that at the drive through. What?!?! Basically I get what he gives me. What a joke. There is a WaWa right next door. I'll never go back to this Dunkin' again. Manger was very very rude! read more

If you want the world's worst customer service, go here. I placed an order the day before for a dozen donuts. I was told to come into the lobby at the appointed time to pay and pick up. When I arrived the lobby was locked. When I called I was told no one wrote down my order and to get in the drive through line- which was so slow it spilled out onto route 9 blocking rush hour traffic. Wth. So done. I don't care how good your food is. read more

Messed up my order twice and ridiculous wait time. Do yourself a favor don't even bother going there, WAWA is one store away.

Worst Dunkin I have ever been to. Waited a half hour for a sandwich and a bagel, they give me the sandwich and two bagels (neither of which are the kind I ordered). Donut was completely melted and workers had no idea what they were doing. read more

Love this Dunkin donuts! Mohdy and his staff are the best. So friendly and always make my day. Thanks for brightening up my mornings.

Literally the worst Dunkin chain I've ever been to. I went through the drive thru 2 weeks ago and we ordered 4 drinks, we received 5 and they were all WRONG. Decided to do an order on the go to avoid the mess up from last time and they still managed to mess it up. Then proceeded to argue with me that I ordered 1 iced coffee, they then checked the receipt and said "oh yea she did order 3 they're right here". Like who argues with a customer for one, and for two how to you repeatedly mess up orders... even when they are literally written on a slip so you can follow along and make it. It can't get much easier. It's usually the same people working when the orders get messed up, so don't go on a Saturday morning unless you have time to sit, wait and examine. They're just damn idiots. read more

Coming back from CA to home this was the most well oiled DD I've ever been in. It's also the first where my order was actually correct! The woman taking orders was friendly and patient with our large order. The line was long and went quickly. Our coffees came out first, fast and correct. The rest of our breakfast was wrapped tightly so when we got back into our car it didn't spill. I'm impressed! read more

This location is our go-to for daily coffee/tea drinks while vacationing in Ocean City. While we like to explore and frequent local business, a taste from home is always a good way to start the day! The staff here is very friendly and go out of there way to ensure fast and friendly service. Even ordering multiple drinks (some hot/some cold) our order was made correctly each and every day! read more

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT! I'm in sales and am on the road all day, nearly every day. I frequent DD at least three times a day and this store in Marmora, New Jersey consistently has horrible service. Some low-points: The app accepts "walk-in" orders, then when you arrive the doors are all locked. It doesn't matter what time of the day or night- they lock the doors. The drive up is so slow one waits for 15 minutes (no exaggeration) if there are more than five cars. I can't wait 15 to 20 mins for a cup of coffee. The poor operation of this store has been a problem for over a year! If you are fortunate enough to actually be served, more times than not the order is not to your requests. Yes-you could wait in line another 15 to 20 mins to have another coffee made, but that's just insane. I frequent the DD's in Rio Grande, NJ and North Cape May, NJ and these two are finely run and operate incredibly well. DD needs to address this horrible situation in Marmora, NJ. Think about this- I have taken time out of my day to write a review on a Dunkin Donuts store! read more

I waited in line for 15 min behind a car in the drivethru. I thought the drivethru was supposed to speed things up? Not at this one. The car in front of me was omjust talking and joking w the cashier. I don't even think they were waiting for something. read more

Waited in line a total of 20 minutes in the drive thru and 10 of that was at the window alone. Worst Dunkin' Donuts I have ever been to. Top it off with me finding a long black hair in my wake up wrap a month back. Just avoid the place it's gross and not worth your time read more

Most of the employees could use more training. I've been going since this location opened and they must have turned over half the staff. They butcher more coffees than not and if you order a hot sandwich you can guarantee they'll make you pull up and run it out to you. read more

This place might be the worst dunkin donuts I've ever been to. The place is a revolving door of incompetent 14 year old and rude middle aged women who couldn't hate their job more. If you decide to actually go IN to the dunkin donuts to get a coffee or some food, have fun waiting 20+ minutes until someone remembers that they're not just a drive thru. In fact, avoid the food altogether. Never ONCE have I gotten a muffin or donut that wasn't completely undercooked, to the point where it's just goo surrounded by flakes. It's a huge health code issue, and i'm sure it's not their only one. If you decide to go through the drive thru, enjoy listening to two witches yell and argue over what you ordered and why you ordered it. You couldn't dream of worse costumer service. Congrats, dunkin donuts! Worst coffee in the world! You did it! read more

BASKIN ROBBINS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This review is for the Baskin Robbins portion, NOT for Dunkin Donuts. BR ice cream is a hidden gem. Years of outstanding quality ice cream and often overlooked by many as a subpar product. The ice cream is thick, heavy, flavourful, and very good quality. And VERY inexpensive comparative to an ice cream parlour. Try the flavor of the month Chocolate Hazelnut or the Mint Oreo Fudge. YUM!!!! The service there is always friendly. read more

Don't bother. We have gone three weekends in a row, at 8:30 in the morning nonetheless, and they were out of the donuts we wanted. Who's ever heard of Dunkin' Donuts running out of donuts! Save yourself the aggravation and go over the bridge to Chesters in Somers Point. Better donuts and THEY ALWAYS HAVE THEM! read more

Ok. In the last 4 almost 5 months this dunkin has gone down hill...a lot. They got a new manager who does not know how to order anything. Whenever I, or a friend, or family member stop by, they seem to always be out of donuts, or something else. I also feel bad for the people working there. They don't have the right equipment, and it takes them forever to scoop ice cream. Plus they have nothing for Baskin. I heard they are closing it down, but until then, stock up. The real issue behind all of this is that new manager. I was there for a few hours waiting for a tow-truck and heard her gossip about her workers, yell at them for small mistakes and just be horrible person. I also have noticed some of my favorite workers are no longer there. Something I'm sure she has something to do with. I hope everyone there can transfer to another store or find a new job. I can see that place closing down in the future and its what it deserves. read more

Has since cleaned up their act. Better selection of donuts, flavors, and just general better service overall. Now has a Baskin-Robbins attached to it. The only sticking point has been the Coolattas which come out correctly more often, though sometimes still not as frozen as they should be. read more
