Management is literally terrible.. I'm always over charged for items I never asked for and sloppily put together. Employees are passive when you confront them about their mistake. I was overcharged $8 and went it and the lady said "I'm not giving her a refund It messes with my numbers" As if i I wasn't right infront of her. They forgot my coffee after over charging me and when i expressed that the employee was passive about it. I've come in before this event aswell and have been overcharged $8 and forgotten about outside.. my whole order was messed up.. went inside and tried to get it fixed and it was still wrong.. This place seriously needs better management. I come here a lot and want to think the place will get better and I'm just constantly disappointed.. So after the travesty that took place in Huntsville I decided to try another Dunkin but this time in a whole different area I went into Madison, AL. This Dunkin was so much better. Hi, welcome in from the gate (the door). Took care of my order quickly the manager stopped as he was passing by and took the order. The young lady behind the counter processed the order and I asked for an extra pump of Carmel and a little more milk, done no problem coffee was right, food was right, service was right. I really want to like this Dunkin, but they just can't seem to keep alternative creamers/milks in stock. I have noticed for over a year that they are consistently out of oat and almond milks. My health issue won't allow me to enjoy dairy milk, so I have to seek alternatives and this location needs to work on their stocking methods. read more

Went through drive thru (sign said to use drive thru) waited at the intercom and no one said anything. I spoke and still no response. Gave up trying to order and drove around. A worker was standing at the drive thru window I guess maybe headset wasn't working? Next visit I went inside. The worker at the counter quickly left when they noticed I walked in. No greeting. Stood around for about 5 mins then left due to no one acknowledging me. Occasionally there will be one worker on duty running drive thru, counter, and making orders. Good luck to this establishment. Hwy 72 is the worst Dunkin I have ever been to and this was my last time giving them a chance! The guy in the drive through taking the order was fine but the young girl bringing out food out had the worst customer service and attitude I've ever experience. I'll start by saying I've been a loyal customer to this Dunkin' specifically for years and I love it that being said, I will now be going to Starbucks. Terrible Dunkin', save yourself the time & money and go elsewhere I am extremely lactose intolerant and vegan and my usual is a large iced coffee with almond milk which I order online via the DDPerks. The last 3 times I have ordered, I've gotten an iced coffee with milk & sugar. Trust me, I know it has milk and sugar in it. THIS time my drink doesn't even have coffee in it!!!! Pure cream and sugar to the point that I can not drink it. The customer service is HORRIBLE and they have teenagers in there working who could not care less about the quality of service they're providing or about the quality of the drinks! Visited the Dunkin Donut shop on June 19th mid-morning. Ordered a mixed dozen. Got home and was disappointed enough to write this review days later. I have a couple a bunch of grandkids so a bunch of donuts don't stand a chance. Those donuts did not pass the kid test. I thought they were old, poor quality, very disappointing. The cream fulled had a very small dollop of vanilla cream, not enough to say they were cream filled. The maple glazed was foamy and had an odd taste. Glazed was ok but nothing to Dunkin's standard. At the end of the day, the donuts were assessed by kids and were left behind preferring vegetables over a sweet snack. Two stars is being kind. read more

Our first visit to this DD. From reading previous reviews, I expected to find the place run by grumpy idiots who would get our order wrong and slowly serve us distasteful food. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find a friendly and efficient crew, who promptly served up our tasty order. Admittedly, we came at 7 pm on a Sunday, when there were few other customers. I got a Blueberry Muffin, and the wife got a creme-filled Donut. She got a small Hot Chocolate, and I got a Cool Vanilla Bean frappacino that they were promoting. My muffin and drink were very good. They were a little on the sugary side for me, so next time I'd try something different. We sat at a table outside, and enjoyed a sunset with our food. Our total bill was $7.58. I could likely have gotten an AARP / senior discount, if I had remembered to ask for it. ;-) read more

I understand how stressful it is to work around the holidays in food service as I have done it for many, many years. I was extremely upset about my experience at Dunkin's today. I ordered my drinks and sat for about 15 minutes before I went to the counter to check on my drinks as many other customers had ordered after me and already got their drinks. When I went to the counter one of the girls with brown hair literally said "Why is this chick looking at me?" And then yelled for the guy that took my order. They asked me if I had ordered drinks, which I literally just had ordered 4 drinks. I had to provide my receipt for them to make my drinks. As I waited I heard two of the girls calling a woman in the drive through a "b****" with a FULL restaurant. After hearing this a couple in line just straight up walked out. This is absolutely inappropriate. You give people in food serve a bad name!! I can't explain how ridiculous the service here was. Please let these people go or retrain them. I've waited 35 minutes now for 4 drinks and I'm still waiting! I tried to find a number or what to contact the manager of this store, but had no luck. Such a shame!! The only person who gave me any hope as a sweet boy named David! He was the one that stopped and made my drinks. Apologized to me multiple times and made sure I had everything I needed before I left. First impression- EVERY SINGLE TABLE WAS FILTHY! Food and trash all over the floor. The gentleman before me had to physically push down the trash into the trash bin bc it was over flowing. As I was waiting for my food, 3 teenage boys came in (boys that the manager obviously knew) asking for free drinks/food. While I'm a paying customer, patiently waiting for my food/drink to be given to me, the manager was busy being giggly and flirty with the boys who came in to chat it up with her and her crew, I had to ask "are you the manager?!" And she said "yeah" while looking at me wondering why I rudely interrupted her flirt session, I told her "your lobby is filthy! Could you please have someone clean it up?!?" I swear, I felt like a mother telling my child what to do. Manager rolled her eyes in her pretty blonde messy bun, and told her friend to clean the lobby, while she continued to chat it up with the boys. I love using the Dunkin app and this is the closest store to our house. We go to this store a lot and most of the time, our order is ready for us immediately. That said, I'm writing this review and leaving this store 2 stars because of how poorly their customer service is when the orders aren't right. When an order has cold food or cold coffee, I shouldn't be questioned about what the problem is. I've waited over 20 minutes for food items and never ended up receiving them. When I asked for a refund, the manager made no attempt to get my food that I clearly ordered and was waiting on. When I approached the window we were greeted by the "manager" who also took our order and was rude and very condescending. Food was fine, drinks were fine, but the quality of service and workers at this location is ridiculous. I understand not enjoying your job or being upset about having to work but even if a customer is upset with you, you shouldn't get loud or call a customer a derogatory name. My donut was correct, but my munchkins were almost all jelly ones and my coffee wasn't even sweet let alone peppermint mocha. This store has got to be the most inconsistent I have ever been to. I get the same drink everyday, a medium iced caramel macchiato, and it is different every single day. Sometimes there's no caramel in it, sometimes it's too strong to drink, and sometimes it's just 90% milk. Terrible customer service on more than one occasion. The last incident involved a trip through the drive through. Two employees were taking turns talking and taking our order while also talking over one another. This made placing our order very difficult and lengthy. Then when we pulled up to the window they were talking and laughing about it. One employee especially kept laughing obnoxiously and looking at us through the drive through window. The employees were extremely unprofessional and unapologetic about the inconvenience because it was obviously intentional. Dunkin, your coffee and food is not good enough for you to be able to afford poor employees who harass their customers. We will not be going back. read more
