My favorite DD to grab coffee. Always pretty fast and they get my orders right. I don't order much doughnuts so I can't really comment on that but it seems like they run out of the popular stuff towards closing time so get there earlier. read more

Dunkin' - Large coffee with SF hazelnut and SF coconut. - Donuts Near Me - Loganville, Georgia

This is the most terrible Dunkin' Donuts, simply because they are paired with Baskin Robbins. The reason I'm upset is because people know Baskin Robbins is known for having 31 different flavors of ice cream and they didn't have anything but frozen yogurt. Why even call yourself a Baskin Robbins if you don't have any of the product that makes you that place. Either remove it from the establishment or get it together. You can't only have frozen yogurt. Terrible & really upsetting. read more

Every time I have gotton a breakfast sandwich from there, it is cold. The cheese isnt melted and cold; usually a " kraft single" looking cheese, which is terrible. Their vanilla cream donuts barely have any cream in them. We have mostly quit going to this one because their products are so low quality.Unfortunately, its the only one around and sometimes we go ahead and get something there; only to be reminded why we dont like it. read more

We were just there to stop for a coffee and the person making the coffee had a mask but it was around her chin and all her nose and mouth were completely exposed and she was talking while making them. I was shocked and disappointed. Will not return. read more

I had an emergency, Starbucks was closed... I went to Dunkin' D. The wrap was ok- but OMG so small. My latte, was missing coffee and milk and only had syrup, I did ask for flavor and specified to only get 2 out 4 shots of it. The cup was half full... or empty. Picture of contents - and I only took one sip. read more

Dunkin' - Donuts Near Me - Loganville, Georgia

I LOVE DD but not this one. RUDE manager/owner. Wanted to charge me for anything over 2 'pumps' of mocha. I go to dd at least 7 times per week and I have NEVER been charged for 3 mocha pumps!! EVER! I will NEVER go back to this dd... read more

I love their iced coffees. I visit often and just about every time my coffee is made to my liking. My only complaint is when getting less than a dozen donuts, they way they put them in a bag and by the time I get home to treat my kids, frosting is usually rubbed off. read more

I didn't even want to give one star. I called to see what ice cream cake flavors they had available and the girl who answered the phone was VERY RUDE. She gave me short one word answers and couldn't be bothered to go look in the freezer to see what flavors were pre-made. SO glad I wasn't even given the opportunity to give them my business. read more

First of all, the way the drive thru is set up is a disaster. Cars do not know which way to go and block the road. Second of all, it is extremely slow service. Then, when I finally get my food the bagel is so tough I cannot even chew it!! Terrible! So then I try and call to speak to the manager.. What a joke! They do not pick up the phone nor do they have an answering service. That's the last time I go to that place for sure!! read more

Stay AWAY! Bought a ice cream cake from this store. I asked again after calling if the ice cream cake was fresh and I was assured it was. Well, got home to celebrate a birthday with the kiddo's and it was so freezer burned it was not edible. So, off to the store to return it and explain how bad it was and I was told that there was no refunds. This cake cost $23.00. I think not! The poor little worker looked frightened as the manager tried to pull the wool over my eyes. I used my Visa card, so I explained we could do this the easy way or the hard way but one way or another, I would get my money back! She finally caved but was so rude I would NEVER set foot in there again. We don't buy donuts there since we never have received a fresh one anyway! Long story short, STAY AWAY unless the coffee is good! read more

D&D = do not like, however the BR side wins me over all the time. I love ice cream. Lately I've been on a milk shake craze and have been ordering them half Chocolate and half Mint Chocolate Chip. If you like them separately, you will love them mixed into one! read more

This DD is always quick in the morning when I'm on the way to work. The coffee is hot, bagels and donuts are fresh and the customer service is nice. The BB side is great too with a nice variety of ice cream. read more

This is one of worst places you can go for good customer service. I keep forgetting how slow they are and coming back but this is the last time. There were 5 cars ahead of me and it took 20 minutes to get served at the window. If my 4 year old granddaughter wasn't in the car and looking forward to the donut we would of left. read more

when someone orders an ICED coffee... there should be ICE in it. this is the third time dunkin has failed me, might as well pay the extra to go to starbucks and get ice in my iced coffee. read more

This location has gotten worst. Every single time I go through the drive thru and I get the same order. My transaction price changes. They are always charging extra for something that already comes with the drink. read more

I've waited almost 24 hours to write this---and, now, I even hesitate to complain about something so trivial, but it needs to be said. This DD is CHEAP. Someone pointed out that companies that care about their customers teach their employees to "give em the pickle." Meaning that a pickle, or in my case an extra jelly packet, is not worth losing a long-time customer over. Yesterday my husband and I who frequent this DD in Loganville a lot, were told we had to pay for more than one jelly packet. I've never had to do this before (although they begrudgingly hand you extra), but yesterday a worker insisted that she had never given us extra jellies when in fact she had. I told her as much and she denied it. The manager with a nose ring came over and said she would not give me the extra jelly unless we paid 35 cents apiece for them. Two customers standing right by me couldn't believe how upset they were over an item so inexpensive (huge bags of these cost them around $16, which makes the item pennies at the most). The real kicker was the same employee who insisted she had never given me any extra jelly, handed these customers TWO FREE DONUTS for having to wait for their order!!! So they get over $2 worth of free food, and they won't release a couple of packets of jelly to me. Whoever the owner is needs to teach his employees the principle of "give em the pickle." Give the customer a little something so they will return. We won't be back. And, owner--if this is your policy--you are cheap, cheap, cheap. read more

The manager/ owner of this Dunkin establishment is the absolute worse. She is always there from opening to closing. She never smiles and hates when people use their Dunkin app coupons. Half of the time their donuts are stale. The manager has become increasingly cheap, being that she does not fill the drinks all of the way (nearly two inches from the cup rim) and she hasn't been putting the whipped cream on the coffee Coolattas. When I went in to use a free drink coupon she insisted it was expired and that there was no way I could get my drink. I even showed her the coupon was still valid and she would not accept it because her scanner didn't like it. I know for a fact that she can type in the coupons code because she did it for a customer in front of me and they have done it for me at other Dunkin locations in the area when the problem has arisen. The service is also incredibly slow. I order four medium iced coffees and it took the manager nearly twenety minutes to make them. She even ignored two customers waiting to order, causing them to just leave. Even the drive through was extremely backed up. She had all of her other (probably more qualified employees because at least they were smiling at and welcoming customers) cleaning the building rather than helping to fill orders. I will definitely not be bringing my business to this Dunkin location anymore. read more

I have been going to this dunkin' for probably 7-8 years now. They have never been the best for getting my orders right, but ever since I started to drink coffee it's like they don't even listen to my order. Especially with my ICED drinks. I always asked for simple syrup/liquid sugar for my iced drinks and they NEVER use it. I'm very polite with it and I always receive such attitude when I ask for it. I went yesterday morning to get an iced coffee with liquid sugar, and they put granulated sugar. When I handed the coffee back and asked for it to be fixed, the worker just put MORE liquid sugar into the coffee with granulated sugar already in it!!! YUCK! Not to mention I asked for an english muffin and got a croissant instead... It is very frustrating spending so much money here (unfortunately i'm here 3-4 days a week) and never receive good service or product! Dunkin' in Monroe has Loganville beat by far! Hands down taking my money there!! read more

I live closer to this location but travel farther out to the Snellville location because they can NEVER get my 1 coffee order right. Their prices are higher than other locations and they charge $.25 for each drip of their coffee flavors. If you want flavored coffee you will need to pay for about 4 drips. And they charge extra for whip cream when other locations don't. I don't know who owns this location but they nickel and dime you. read more

As far as coffee this is the worst Dunkin donuts that I have ever been too. And I have been to a lot. Who sells Ice coffee and puts granulated sugar in it. It doesn't melt!! It's Ice coffee . I think it's just ridiculously cheap of the owner not to carry liquid sugar.. Loganville and Snellville. The Dunkin Donuts in Athens has liquid sugar! And good ice coffee read more

Terrible customer service. On top' store manager lady follows the same very unprofessional. Every single time they have attitude when you give them the coupons. I would not recommend this store location I would rather go down the street in Snellville and I can say they are much better. read more

Awful customer service. Icecream is about the quality of that in a supermarket and prices are high.

I will not come back to this place again, I ordered a milk Shake, it was extremely watery. When I asked for them to remake it the told me I would have to pay extra. The manager was extremely rude, but I will not shop there again, I will not spend my money where I'm not respected. read more
