Every time I have gotton a breakfast sandwich from there, it is cold. The cheese isnt melted and cold; usually a " kraft single" looking cheese, which is terrible. Their vanilla cream donuts barely have any cream in them. First of all, the way the drive thru is set up is a disaster. Cars do not know which way to go and block the road. Second of all, it is extremely slow service. Stay AWAY! Bought a ice cream cake from this store. I asked again after calling if the ice cream cake was fresh and I was assured it was. Well, got home to celebrate a birthday with the kiddo's and it was so freezer burned it was not edible. So, off to the store to return it and explain how bad it was and I was told that there was no refunds. This cake cost $23.00. I think not! The poor little worker looked frightened as the manager tried to pull the wool over my eyes. This is one of worst places you can go for good customer service. I keep forgetting how slow they are and coming back but this is the last time. I've waited almost 24 hours to write this---and, now, I even hesitate to complain about something so trivial, but it needs to be said. This DD is CHEAP. Someone pointed out that companies that care about their customers teach their employees to "give em the pickle." Meaning that a pickle, or in my case an extra jelly packet, is not worth losing a long-time customer over. Yesterday my husband and I who frequent this DD in Loganville a lot, were told we had to pay for more than one jelly packet. I've never had to do this before (although they begrudgingly hand you extra), but yesterday a worker insisted that she had never given us extra jellies when in fact she had. I told her as much and she denied it. The manager with a nose ring came over and said she would not give me the extra jelly unless we paid 35 cents apiece for them. Two customers standing right by me couldn't believe how upset they were over an item so inexpensive (huge bags of these cost them around $16, which makes the item pennies at the most). The real kicker was the same employee who insisted she had never given me any extra jelly, handed these customers TWO FREE DONUTS for having to wait for their order!!! So they get over $2 worth of free food, and they won't release a couple of packets of jelly to me. Whoever the owner is needs to teach his employees the principle of "give em the pickle." Give the customer a little something so they will return. We won't be back. And, owner--if this is your policy--you are cheap, cheap, cheap. read more

I have been going to this dunkin' for probably 7-8 years now. They have never been the best for getting my orders right, but ever since I started to drink coffee it's like they don't even listen to my order. Especially with my ICED drinks. I always asked for simple syrup/liquid sugar for my iced drinks and they NEVER use it. I'm very polite with it and I always receive such attitude when I ask for it. I went yesterday morning to get an iced coffee with liquid sugar, and they put granulated sugar. When I handed the coffee back and asked for it to be fixed, the worker just put MORE liquid sugar into the coffee with granulated sugar already in it!!! YUCK! Not to mention I asked for an english muffin and got a croissant instead... It is very frustrating spending so much money here (unfortunately i'm here 3-4 days a week) and never receive good service or product! Dunkin' in Monroe has Loganville beat by far! The manager/ owner of this Dunkin establishment is the absolute worse.She is always there from opening to closing. She never smiles and hates when people use their Dunkin app coupons. Half of the time their donuts are stale. The manager has become increasingly cheap, being that she does not fill the drinks all of the way (nearly two inches from the cup rim) and she hasn't been putting the whipped cream on the coffee Coolattas. When I went in to use a free drink coupon she insisted it was expired and that there was no way I could get my drink. I even showed her the coupon was still valid and she would not accept it because her scanner didn't like it. I know for a fact that she can type in the coupons code because she did it for a customer in front of me and they have done it for me at other Dunkin locations in the area when the problem has arisen. The service is also incredibly slow. I order four medium iced coffees and it took the manager nearly twenety minutes to make them. She even ignored two customers waiting to order, causing them to just leave. Even the drive through was extremely backed up. She had all of her other (probably more qualified employees because at least they were smiling at and welcoming customers) cleaning the building rather than helping to fill orders. I live closer to this location but travel farther out to the Snellville location because they can NEVER get my 1 coffee order right. Their prices are higher than other locations and they charge $.25 for each drip of their coffee flavors. If you want flavored coffee you will need to pay for about 4 drips. And they charge extra for whip cream when other locations don't. I don't know who owns this location but they nickel and dime you. read more
