Without removing the glove, he took my order, cashed me out, then opened the roll warmer with the same gloved hand and attempted to grab my rolls. I stopped him and requested that he change gloves. Sanitation is key in food establishments. Gloves are to protect not only the employee, but the customer as well. On top of that, there was so much icing on my rolls that I couldn't see them. The boxes seemed to be full of icing only. I had to scoop it out with a spoon. I'm not sure if this is from lack of training or just employee habits. Please address it either way. read more

She didn't make us feel comfortable when we entered and wasn't welcoming at all. Her demeanor is not a demeanor for a place like this. She brings down the entire place and it's really a shame. I honestly I'm not from here, but I would never come back here and visit giving a one star review is too much for this kind of service. The icing was on top in a big pile and there was barely any cinnamon in-between the layers. It felt like a warm bread roll with cold icing. It lacked the ooey gooey cinnamon and sticky icing flair that cinnamon rolls are known for. The icing wan't between the layers since it wasn't melted. There was no distinct flavor or chewiness to the cinnamon dough bread, but rather dry. It was still sweet because of the icing and a good size for 2 people to share. Ok but not great. When LeeAnne was here service was much faster. Perhaps short staffing is affecting this Restaurant as well. The variety is good. I would like to see more variety, offerings of the original flavoring, such as original with raisins, or original with walnuts. I did try the strawberry and blueberry on top of the cinnamon roll. All of the choices looked and sounded so yummy so I wasn't able to pick one, and I instead built my own Cinnamon roll with Cream cheese frosting and Pumpkin bread cubes. It was EXTRAORDINARY. Somehow it wasn't overwhelmingly sweet and cloying where's you just feel like you're eating a bowl full of sugar, and all of the flavors wonderfully complimented each other at the same time that they intensified each other. My only regret is not getting the name of the gentlemen that worked there, because they were so professional yet friendly, helpful, and efficient. Absolutely love this chain and was so happy there was one near where I got dinner. My friend and I stopped by and were in the mood for something sweet and this place did not disappoint! At the front, they have some specially created cinnamon buns so I went with the strawberry shortcake, and my friend got the banana cream pie. We got our buns in about five minutes, and they both were very delicious! I liked the fresh strawberries in mine which complemented the sweetness of the icing. The only thing I wish I mentioned was to go easy on the icing since it was a bit overpowering and made the bun too sweet for my liking. It is so hard to believe that it lacks all the typical ingredients of baked goods. Please note that they also offer other delights. Finally a Vegan bakery that I would recommend to anyone looking for something tasty and sweet. Saturday night, I was in the area picking up food and Cinnaholic was in the same shopping center. I was craving something sweet so I checked out their website. They offer a variety of goodies like cookie dough, brownies, cookies and Cinnamon Rolls topped with yummy additions. Their website is transparent offering nutritional facts, ingredients and allergy information which is wonderful for the many of us with food allergies or those who simply want to know what they are consuming. As much as I wanted to order several rolls, the nutritional facts kept me grounded. I ended up ordering the bite sized baby buns with vanilla frosting. My son ordered the Old Skool Cinnamon Roll, and my husband had a chocolate chip cookie. I ordered online since there was a long line and went Inside to pickup my order. Customer service seemed to be good and the restaurant looked clean. My baby buns were delicious, if I wasn't watching my weight I would have ordered a full size bun. My son and husband enjoyed their treats as well. I haven't had vegan treats that tasted as good as Cinnaholic. Restaurant Guru voted them the best vegetarian restaurant of 2021. One letter word.....WOW! The cinnamon buns are so rich, soft, thick, and super delicious all at the same time. I like how they show how many calories all the items have, that way you know what you are getting yourself into :). They have more than just cinnamon buns. There are other treats there like brownies, cookies, cool beverages etc. You can sit and eat or take your order to go. I got 3 different flavors of cinnamon buns which came up to a total of around $12. I also liked their packaging. I like how you roll, Cinnaholic! I first tried Cinnaholic in 2019 at the Atlanta location and fell in love, so I was ecstatic to hear that they opened a location OTP! I finally made it to their store a few weeks ago. The space is pristine like another Yelper said, and it smells divine! There was only one person behind the counter when I arrived and she was very pleasant and helpful. The menu offers signature flavors such as Old Skool, Cookie Monster, Campfire Smores and more as well as build your own. They'll have seasonal flavors from time to time. They also offer brownies, cookie dough, cinnacakes, Dole whip and coffee. I ordered: Cookie Monster $6.50 Old Skool $4.75 Cinnasticks $5 I sat in my car for a few minutes devouring the cinnasticks before driving home. It comes with three sticks and your choice of frosting. I chose cream cheese frosting. Incredible. They were enough to hold me over until I got home. Made it home about 35 minutes later and the two rolls I ordered were still warm. By then, I needed more Cinnaholic. Both were RICH and absolutely amazing. I've tried a few different flavors and loved them all, but I think my favorite is still the Old Skool. Tried this place for the first time today and it was just ok. I would've preferred if the flavors were alot richer and distinct. When walking in, everything smells amazing and there are lots of pictures so you have a visual of what youre ordering. I opted for a custom cinnamon roll with chocolate frosting and strawberry toping. It was served warm which is what I prefer. The taste was not as great as the smells. The roll wasn't bad but it was a bit dry as if it had been cooked yesterday and even the frosting didn't help. The chocolate frosting was more like a chocolate sauce and it didn't taste like chocolate at all. However, The strawberries on top were fresh. Overall the cinnamon roll was just ok. It wasn't bad but it didn't provide the flavors that I was expecting. As somebody who is as into the cake for the frosting as the cake itself, I'm also really impressed at the ratio of toppings; they pile it on thick! It's vegan, but as delicious as any egg and dairy inclusive dessert you can get out there. I tried asking for a refund if he wasn't going to make our order and he stood there ignoring me. No idea why he had a problem with us. We had politely made our order and didn't raise our voices until he ignored us and refused to answer us or give us a refund. Eventually a woman from the kitchen, upon hearing us, came out to see what was going on. I told her the situation and how long we had been waiting and she went to fill the order herself. First- I came in while someone's order was getting made, didn't get greeted until he finishing the order 5+ minutes later....which would have been fine except after we ordered, the guy took 4 minutes to put his gloves back on and right as he was about to start ours, he stopped to take other orders. second- my wife went to use the bathroom, which smelled (as did the restaurant itself) and there was no toilet paper and little flying bugs. Third- our order was taken at 7:04. At 7:27 we finally asked how long it was going to be and the guy seemed like he didn't even care. I was going to ask for a refund but someone came from the back and sped it along. In the time since our order was taken- 4 people walked in behind us and ordered after us and were all finished before my wife and I said something and after being in the store for 30+ minutes, a woman finally started our order. There are different ways you can dress up your cinnamon roll, I went for the coffee icing and almonds! They have fruit, candy, and different icing flavors. My roll was delicious! The roll was placed its own container, and surrounded by a little moat of frosting. I actually like this packaging because you can eat it with a spoon, and sponge up the frosting with the bits of the roll. The flavor was incredibly tasty, yet not ultra-rich or too sweet.
