My friends really enjoyed them and said they tasted just like homemade. I think the location in Midtown is a lot more friendly than the perimeter one. They should have samples of stuff also. They should have end of the day sales or some happy hour Sales. I really don't like their cookies, but because my friends do, I'll pick them up whenever I'm going to a venue. I would have drove right past this place if I had not seen a big banner out the corner of my eye. I said, "Oh my cookies sound nice right now." I've been really working hard on eating healthy but if I deprive myself of every sweet thing then I will go insane. Anyway, it's very clean place with cookies displayed very quaintly in the corner in a glass case. It's $2 a cookie and you don't get a discount for buying more it's all the same price. There were quite a few choices that were unique. I never had a lemon sugar cookie, or a pecan chocolate chip. I went for the regular peanut butter go to, as well. The lovely service person was Jamila who gave me a little history on how the store came about. Just so you know it's a cashless business. I really don't like to charge six bucks because I usually carry cash on me. I've went to this shop MANY times, and have ALWAYS had a great experience. This store is always so spotless and clean. The workers there are always professional, friendly, courteous, and efficient. Their Dubai Chocolate Cookies are so decadent and yummy, and it is a wonder that so much deliciousness can be packed into such thin cookies. The space is very clean with large windows. They also sell a few beverages, such as milk, water, and coke products, to wash down your treat. Service Service was prompt, courteous, and efficient. Food and Beverages Each order comes boxed with a foil lining to preserve the heat and a pretty blue ribbon decoration. I forgot to take a picture before I untied the ribbon as my appetite got the best of me lol. While the gingersnap, lemon cookie, and brownie need no explanation, I'll just go ahead and tell you that while I'm not usually a cookie fan, I devoured all 3 of them. Tiff's Treats rushed to my rescue when some other cookie shops were unfortunately closed (cough cough, Ali's and Crumbl, cough cough), and I seriously needed a cookie fix. This Dunwoody one is located in a shopping center anchored by REI; it's in the same section as La Madeleine, on the side closest to the outdoor retailer. Since I was the only person in the store, I was able to order immediately and only waited a few minutes for my cookies to be assembled. I did decline the warming option. The desserts came carefully packed in a white sturdy box tied with a slender blue ribbon. It was just under $11 for six cookies. Tiff's Treats has all the classic cookie flavors like chocolate chip, oatmeal raisin, peanut butter, sugar, and snickerdoodle, and they also offer brownies and cookie sandwiches. They also have a thriving delivery service. I like how they are taking COVID seriously, with masked employees, a barrier between the customer and cashier, and being card only. There was some seating outside too. The chocolate chip cookies were around 3 inches in diameter and weigh roughly 1.5 ounces. They had an appealing, chewy texture with firmer edges and were generously dotted with semi-sweet chocolate. Sold! However, they were pretty sweet, at least for me, so you may want to have the beverage of your choice on hand. read more

I ordered their Tiff's Mix half-dozen, which included: -Snickerdoodle -Sugar cookie with M&M -Peanut Butter -Oatmeal raisin -2 chocolate chip cookies!! All of the cookies were served so warm, just the right softness in my hand, and smelling so incredible. Tiff's Teats cookies lean more a bit on the relatively saltier side (not in a bad way). The sugar cookie with M&M's is one of the sweeter cookies and a good favorite. The chocolate chip cookie is so tastey when warm and especially delightful when you dip it in some milk. Tiff's Treats offers milk with your order if you'd like to order it there. This location is in the corner of the plaza in the Perimeter area. The shop itself is quaint and small and smells SO WONDERFUL. You walk in and are hit with a blast of cookie smell. What a great way to start the experience. The cashier lady was also very friendly. I placed an order for pick-up and it was ready (and warm!) when I arrived. There is an option to do delivery and curbside as well. Good experience with quick service. Very friendly staff made the visit worth it. We were bringing cookies to a party as a gift but did not know what to expect in Tiff's Treats. The inside suggests a quick in and out, as was my experience. There is no room to sit and enjoy a cookie or any other treat offered. The place is very clean, including the bathroom. The offer drinks, yes, they offer milk! They do not take credit card so BEWARE all you still carrying cash like it's 1992. I loved my experience while in the store. I had only previously ordered cookies at Insomnia, which sets its own expectations. Tiff's Treats cookies are about half the size, or about 4 inches in diameter. We ordered 12 cookies and they asked if we would like them warmed us, to which we did. We ordered the Chocolate chip, lemon, peanut butter, white macadamia, and snickerdoodle (I figured variety is important when going to a party). I only tried the chocolate chip, and I though it was good, but nothing breathtaking. However, the house we brought them to loved them! A friend recommended Tiff's Treats to curb my sweet tooth so I finally decided to stop in. Upon entering, I was greeted and the inside was so clean, filled with natural light and very inviting. Currently, they request no more than 5 people inside at a time, social distancing and a mask. There is also a plexiglass divider to keep the cashier safe. There are lots of cookies to choose from, as well as seasonal items that rotate out. This day I decided to stick with my old faithful, a chocolate chip cookie. As far as commercial cookies are concerned, this is a really great option! For those times when I have a sweet tooth but don't want to bake 2 dozen cookies on my own, this is a great replacement. What really won this place 5 stars with me was the service. Khadijah was a ROCKSTAR. She has a such a joyful spirit! She asked if it was my first time visiting, which it was, and explained to me the delivery service, seasonal favs and so much more. I'm so glad they opened a Tiff's Treats in Dunwoody! This location has better parking than Midtown and is much closer to me. I've been to this location a couple of times, each time ordering cookies... not for myself. I always buy a dozen cookies in a box as an easy and casual gift for friends, whether it's for a small get-together or a simple "thinking of you." There are also great delivery options you can find on their website to surprise your friends or loved ones with - PM me so I can send you my mailing address for some cookies: I like snickerdoodle, chocolate chip and sugar, kthanks. I've never had trouble with service, each person I've had helping me at the counter has been friendly, although the first time I was here, I was in a rush and the lady helping me was in no hurry. This location is just as small as their other locations and a bit unassuming, tucked away in the corner by REI, Goodwill and Zoe's Kitchen. I order chocolate chip cookies and they were so soft and good. I looove how they will warm them up for you which made it even better!! The cookies are very reasonable, for one cookie with tax it was like $1.62 which is not bad. They offer delivery for their cookies and I notice that the cookies will arrive to you warm and fresh. Not sure how far they will deliver but they do have other locations around Atlanta. I will probably try that service out next time when I'm craving a good cookie. I have fallen in love with Tiff'd Treats. The cookies are amazing! I love the fact that I can order from the app and pick up in store. I don't live in their delivery area, so I only order when I am near one of their locations. I have also just walked in and placed an order. The staff here are so welcoming and polite. My first time ordering I was assisted with grace and patience. I so appreciated their patience because I had a lot of questions. The case in the front of the store with cookies and brownies always looks so good. It's always clean and the products look very inviting. I have not been disappointed with an order yet. That little blue bow tied across the top of my box makes the order extra special. They tie it really fast too. Wait times are minimal here. When I've walked in to order O always get my cookies warmed up and I've never waited more than 5 minutes to complete my visit. It's really a fast process. They have a bathroom at the front of the shop too and I have had to use it on a couple of occasions. OMG....it is one of the cleanest I have ever seen. That is appreciated too. I ate two in the car cause it was so warm and it smelled so good. All three were super yummy. I think the chocolate chip will always be my favorite. Ok, so I have to give an update. The happiness fairy was kind enough to give me another shot at these cookies and now I'm mad because I'm slightly obsessed with the sugar cookies. Ha! I'm still not a huge fan of the snickerdoodle but the sugar and m and m are the best! Maybe part of the problem is that I'm a weirdo and not a huge fan of hot cookies, which is how they are delivered. I wait till they get a little hard and chewier. However, I do like the concept of them arriving in a nice little bow tied box. It's kind of a girls dream when she is craving chocolate to have someone knock on their door with a little pretty box of perfection. Definitely give them a shot. After much inner debate I decided to get a half dozen. Red velvet, 2 snickerdoodles, 2 oatmeal raisin, and m&m. Each cookie was $1.25. The man working made small talk with me at which point I learned that this location had only been open for 2 months. There are 2 other location; one is located in Alpharetta. AND they deliver y'all!!!! Say what????? They deliver freshly baked cookies to your door! Sign me up honey!!!! The worker kindly offered to warm up the cookies and of course I accepted the offer. Who doesn't like warm cookies? He even packaged it up in this cute little box and wrapped it with an adorable bow. It's the small details that do it for me y'all. I also made a small pit stop at the ladies room. Normally I don't mention the state of the bathroom, but damnnnnnn. This bathroom is what clean public bathroom dreams are made of. It was so CLEAN!!!! I don't know about y'all but if a business takes the time to keep their bathroom clean it shows me that they really care about the cleanliness of their business. Okay, now to the important part! How did those cookies taste? The first one I tried was the red velvet. It was so soft and buttery. It honestly tasted like a slice of red velvet cake. It was just the right amount of moisture and fluffiness. I also tried the snickerdoodles and girllllll it reminded me of my childhood! It was perfection. My fiancé also really enjoyed the oatmeal cookie. The only negative that I would mention is that all of the cookies have a similar sugar cookie flavor. The oatmeal cookies tasted more like sugar cookies. This isn't necessarily a bad thing, it's just something to keep in mind as far as the flavors go. I left this spot dazzled by the great location, cute store front, and friendly staff. All in all, I was impressed by everything on the surface from the immaculate cookie case, flat screen tv, service, etc. I ordered a mixture of the cookies with my brother to sample the nice variety on display. Our order included red velvet, snickerdoddle, chocolate chip, peanut butter, and sugar. The staff was nice enough to warm up the cookies. I was a bit disappointed the cookies weren't fresh or hot but was happy with them accommodating me. So about the sweets......I must say I was so underwhelmed after taking my first bite of red velvet. My brother was not happy at all either. We proceeded to sample bites from each of the types. Despite wanting to love the shop's products, I really can say that I've had better store bought cookies :( The flavor of each one was quite bland. I was not a fan of the cake-like texture either (I like chewy and not pillowy). They honestly tasted like mediocre prepackaged cookies that happen to be warmed up. We ended up throwing away the remains of the cookies and proceeded to chat about our favorite cookie shops while plotting our next visit elsewhere. Soooooooo I stumbled on this place while in the near by shopping center. Its tucked way back and not visible from the road. Boy am I glad I did! When you walk in there is a rolling rack with all of the cookies on display along with a vintage looking coke machine. Here is a list of cookies I got (hold all judgments)... Chocolate chip, red velvet, peanut butter, snicker doodle, oatmeal chocolate chip, sugar cookie. There was not one in that beautifully wrapped box that I was disappointed in. These aren't your typical hard crispy cookies either they have the perfect crispy to chewy ratio. Oh yea...and when you place your order, they take them to the back and warm them up for you! I ordered 4 dozen cookies from Tiff's Treats as a Mother's day gift for my staff. I also joined their Elite program for the delivery fees to be free. The first order they sent was incorrect, and I did put instructions on the orders. I called customer service and they re-ordered my cookies for the staff, I waited and the order was canceled without any warning. I called back and another order was placed and the apologies followed. I saw the order in the "Track my order" and saw it was on the way!!! Well 2 mins later the order was canceled again!!! I called customer service again and asked why. The problem is they are putting these stores in GHOST STORES. This was coming from a Papa Johns Pizzeria. When you pay for a service you expect to get the service! Needless to say. I will never order from Tiff's Treats again. Please get rid of these GHOST STORES and Uber Eats as your delivery service as they are doing nothing for your business. I've been wanting Tiff's Treats for awhile now. I finally got to go today. I had the oatmeal chocolate chip and white chocolate chip almond. I had them warmed and they both were sooooo good! It was like they just came straight out of the oven. I had the white chocolate first and was only going to taste the oatmeal chocolate....needless to say I demolished them both with the quickness! I'll give them a one star because of the poor quality ingredients they use. I am a prolific baker myself, so I know the value of good quality ingredients and the difference they can make in the taste of a sweet treat. And I can tell you that I knew immediately upon eating my second bite of 2 different cookies that there were some artificial flavorings and no butter going on. When I looked at the nutrition information, sure enough, there is absolutely no butter in these cookies. They use butter "flavor," vanilla "flavor" (not even vanilla extract which uses real vanilla beans), and palm oil. Even the chocolate chips have more sugar than chocolate; good quality chocolates are the opposite - they have more chocolate than sugar. For these reasons, these turned out to be some of the worst bakery items I've had in Atlanta. This city has too many very good bakeries that can produce much better cookies for me to waste calories and carbs on Tiff's. Tiff, if you're reading this.... Sorry for the harsh review, but you should really be ashamed of yourself. Your customers deserve much better quality ingredients than you're providing. And a PS - if it's the warm cookie part that appeals to you, then buy something better and put it in the microwave for 10 to 15 seconds. There's your warm cookie! read more

OMG!!! A co-worker had these cookies delivered to work at the hospital. I felt like I died & went to Heaven. Sooo yummy and delicious. I ate 4-cookies, I couldn't stop. I read some other reviews of people who went to the store to get a cookie or two and they said the cookies weren't warm enough and they asked the store to warm them up more & they said they couldn't warm them up anymore.
