Located right next door to Littleton Motel - so if you are staying there in the summer, it's a super easy walk to get your coffee. UNBELIEVABLY LAME. This littleton location had 12 cars lined up out the parking lot this morning at 10am. We waited 20 minutes in the drive thur to place an order. We first went inside to just order but we were turned away because it was ONLINE ORDERING only to go inside. How lame is this? They had six employees inside and any one of them could have waited on us or any one of the customers they turned away while I was there. LAME ooops, I said that already, I guess I cannot say it enough. So is this a poor Dunkin' donuts corporate decision if so, pretty lame with the new Starbucks down the road across from McDonalds. Frequent excessively long wait times in the drive thru (20 minutes with five or six cars waiting, and hardly anyone going inside at the time either). This has happened to me several times over the past year or so, just at this location. read more

Gave us someone else's coffee instead of our own in the drive-thru. Then acted like we were the stupid ones for telling them it was not the coffee we ordered. Then when they made the coffee for us based off the receipt we gave them back they still made it incorrectly. $16 for two large coffees. read more

I placed a mobile order shortly after 6:00pm, only to arrive to pick up the order to find the location was closed. Apparently they make up their hours on a day to day basis despite the advertised hours. I tried calling and got absolutely nowhere. Was not offerEd the order that was placed and paid for or a refund. Earlier today I was in Dunks on Main St. Whitefield NH. I have been going to Dunks for 55 years starting in Boston Ma., I was disgusted by the condition of the store. It was absolutely filthy . The floors, the counters, tables and counters were horrendous. It was so bad that when I left the store I threw my order in the barrel! read more

I was wondering who hired the staff. Today I went through the drive through and tbe person taken the order had a very hard time with a simple coffee and two doughnuts order. They gave me one price and charged me another. When I said something the man was very rude and made derogatory comments. I for one will never go there again. Nor will any my passengers. I drive for a living and drink a fair amount of coffee. I typically avoid places like Dunkin, Aroma joes and Starbucks as I feel I can get a coffee just as good at Cumberland farms, by making it myself and not having to deal with long lines and employees with attitude. Not only that but it's two dollars cheaper. My morning transport was canceled at the last minute and I had three hours until my next. I went into Dunkin on Main Street and ordered a coffee just so I didn't feel guilty sitting in the lobby taking up room, reading while I killed time. I was kind of upset at first. I was in a line of three. One person was in the drive thru and there was a wait. Counting the employees behind the counter I came up with 8. 3 were literally standing there talking about what I didn't know. When I arrived at the counter I was greeted by Jessica . Her greeting was pleasant and seemed as though she meant it. As she entered my order I realized she was a new employee. I looked around and realized the employees standing around talking were actually training new employees. The service had been slowed down due to everyone working making sure orders were correct. The manager in charge was a woman named Krissy. Her name tag said she had been a crew trainer for 5 years. It definitely showed. Krissy and her crew showed no signs of stress. Were pleasant and as efficient as possible. If I had an appointment canceled on me again I would it think twice. I'd come to this Dunkin. read more

Terrible service, workers could not use a register and had a hard time making normal drinks. Not to mention the lack of gloves and half worn masks. Workers were not wearing uniforms or hairnets. I would rather drive 2 hours to a dunkin than relive the experience. ONE STAR read more
