Cannot believe how rude the drive through staff at this location was. Not only did I wait 20 minutes in the drive through, but when I got to the window to pay and received my order, there were 5 hashbrowns in my little bag. I looked in the bag and it was less than half full. I showed it to the woman who took my card and she went to make it better, which is fine, but another young woman and young man came to the window taking issue with me. They asked if some fell out of the small bag into the big bag, and I showed them the bag, and their response was calling ME disrespectful. All I wanted was to get my order fulfilled correctly after waiting a very long time, and I get blamed for their ineptitude, and they took their frustration from the breakfast rush out on me. read more

Another New England transplant here. I'm lucky enough to live less than a mile away from a Dunkin Donuts, and it just happens to be *this* one. As someone who lived in a Connecticut town with around ten Dunkins to choose from, it was always hit-or-miss with what quality you'd get. Sometimes the coffee would be bad, sometimes the donuts would be stale. Not here. Littleton, you know how to do it right. I've never received the wrong coffee - it's always right, each time. When I order a bagel, I never have to worry if I'm going to get a tiny smear of cream cheese - they always load the bagels up. Sandwiches are hot, donuts are fresh. Staff are courteous and professional. The inside dining area is clean. New England could learn something from this Dunkin. read more

This is the best location in the area. I go there only for coffee and the occasional old fashioned donut. I agree donuts were better years ago when I was growing up in New England and the donuts were made in store. However, I much prefer their coffee to their famous competitor, whose coffee is roasted too long for my taste and the new Dutch coffee that is as burnt as my mom's was in the days in was perked on top of the stove. The other great thing about this location is its friendly, courteous staff. They have been following Covid guidelines, unlike the shop in Edgewater and I feel welcome there, even at the drive up. I went through the drive thru to order a dozen glazed donut and I was hit with, "we only have one glazed donut" from the person in the drive through. I was so confused for a minute because this is literally a donut shop. I just drove away, a literal waist of time. read more

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I placed a large order for Donuts + Coffee to celebrate Working Parents' Day at the preschool that I run. I placed the order via the app at 6:00, a full hour after the store opens, and arrived at the store at 6:15 and there was not a single employee in the building, doors were locked and lights out. My card was charged and after sitting on hold with corporate customer service waiting for a refund for 38 minutes the line disconnected, leaving me with no product from Dunkin, but our money in their pocket. I called back, was on hold for another 20 minutes before I chose to simply file a chargeback with my credit card. At this point, Dunkin will no longer be my personal, or our school's, choice for coffee + breakfast goodies. I understand that staffing is an issue for everyone these days but if you are not open, you should not be taking orders and processing payments through an app and then, provide next to no customer service and make the customer to do all of the work to be refunded for a service that they clearly cannot provide. read more

Show up at noon on a Sunday and there is 300 glazed, 1 Boston cream and 10 jelly donuts. No other flavors! You'd think they'd plan for a Sunday and not sell out of donuts. How do they make money??? Selling donuts???? Maybe not!?!?!? Will never come to this location again! read more

Usually Dunkin is a great experience with good coffee and a fine staff. Today was the opposite. I ordered a Macha Latte and it wasn't until I got to the window that Abby, the server explained I was unable to order that. I quickly replaced that order with a non-dairy latte. She was so distracted and confused and cute me off mis sentence and threw her pen down and told her coworker to "help this lady" and he proceeded to ask me what I wanted and then cut me off half way through walking away. It was very strange. When he came back I ordered my latte and confirmed it had almond milk as I am allergic to regular milk. Then he proceeded to hand me an iced latte with whip cream on top (not non dairy). They were both very rude, very disorganized, and lacked common sense in customer service. read more

I'm done with this location! It was such a welcome addition to our neighborhood, I remember being so excited to get our own Dunkin'! I'm tired of coming here in the afternoon only to find there are no donuts left. Why even stay open until 9 if you don't make more donuts. The coffee machine is down a lot too. What a complete dud in our community. I finally got fed up to the point where I looked up the owner of this store, Josh Blanchard. So, Josh, I want to know why I (regularly) can't get donuts at the DONUT store in the afternoon but can go across the street and buy them at King Soopers or even *gasp* 7-Eleven? You need to check your donut game. It'd be like McDonalds running out of beef patties, it is just is unacceptable. I could understand running low on some certain flavors and specialty donuts, but wiped clean out every time? Give me a break. That's your staple, the reason people think of Dunkin' Donuts. Yeah, sure, coffee is great (if the machine works)...but you're open until 9 and your donuts run out of stock far earlier. If you wanted to own a coffee shop, then buy a coffee shop. You own a donut shop, please make some adjustments so the staff that you're paying to serve your namesake donuts can serve some tasty donuts that you (supposedly) sell. This is not a one-time thing, but rather a pattern. This has to be my 10th time being told that you're completely out of donuts. And almost every other time I come, its down to blueberry cake and some other donut I don't want. I'm just going to stop coming as I'm sure many others have. You lost a true Dunkin' fan. Not your extremely sincere and apologetic staff. You. PS, thanks for the tears I got from my 6-year-old girl when I couldn't get her favorite creme-filled pastry or Munchkins that she earned today. Too bad for her. read more

Dunkin' - If you come between 3pm and 9pm, expect to see this. Hope you want coffee, cause that's all this Dunkin' makes. - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Littleton, Colorado

Constantly closes early. Doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to it. Today they closed 40 minutes early.

This location should be doomed, but it's Dunkin' so it will stay open forever, just to mock me. Main takeaway here, CHECK YOUR ORDER. They can't even give you a black coffee without messing it up. Seriously. All I ordered one time was a large black coffee. Simple right? Just pour the coffee from one container into my container and hand it to me. But for some reason they decided to add cream and sugar, and lots of it. Sure it's my fault for not checking the order before I left. But why should I need to for BLACK COFFEE? Other orders they can't seem to get right. -15 munchkins for the price of 20 -1 bacon egg and cheese croissant and one sausage and egg multigrain thing, when I ordered 2 croissants, topped off with ice cold (no hyperbole, I'm pretty sure they were still frozen) hash browns. -want a Boston Kreme you say? Never mind you get an apple fritter instead. The order has always been right on the receipt. I guess they just don't know how to read it. I'm done. There are local donut shops that blow these guys out of the water in quality and service. You have been warned. But if you do go, check your order, or just order and random, because that's how they are going to fill your order anyway. read more

Oh my gosh, I love this dunkin donuts location. Always friendly, always helpful. They almost lost a customer because of the dunkin in Denver or Edgewater, on Sheridan and 21st, that, somehow, constantly had their machine that makes machiattos cleaning. They owed me a free coffee because of messing it up, but they never honored it because the stinking machine was cleaning before close! Not to mention, the two girls that work there have been so rude. So this location said they'd honor their screw up and, on top of that, have been awesome ever since. When I ordered a breakfast sandwich, the guy getting it together was half dancing and singing when getting it together. I thought that was great. Anyway. Long story short... I will gladly give my money and business to this Dunkin. Thank you so much! read more

Insanely unprofessional and condescending staff. Machines never running. Orders always incomplete. Incompetent staff replaced by even more incompetent staff read more

If you are getting donuts from this Dunkin, save some money and go to King Soopers or Safeway. I very rarely get donuts and even more rarely get them at Dunkin. I stopped here on my way home thinking they would be better than the grocery store. They are not. My chocolate glazed was all donut with very little icing. I 'll just stick to going to KS or Safeway for my donuts when I get a craving. read more

I have had multiple inconveniences at this location. Last week, I sat in the drive thru at 7am when both the online time and the hours posted in the window said they opened at 6am. Finally, someone said over the speaker that they weren't opening till 8am. WHAT! You are a coffee and doughnut place and you aren't opening till after many people are already at work!?! Then today, I go inside to order at 9am and am told I need to go back out to my car and go through the drive thru to order. Why? The dining room seems open, there are other people in there, and now I have to go back to my car? The drinks and food here are on par with other Dunkin locations, but the hours and service are crap. Skip this location. read more

UPDATE new staff is so much better!! Runs a lot smoother, not waiting in line for crazy amounts of time. It's been great! Hope it stays like this read more

Consistantly stale donuts. Coffee ok. Better than the location on S Wads, but by much.

Ordered a coffee with "half as much as normal " cream and caramel and it came white tasting like Cinnamon Toast Crunch milk......

So they suck a lot of wieners. They messed up my order. I paid for a large chai tea and instead got a laté and said that they didn't mess up. Overall bad service. They don't even deserve 2 stars. Close this place down before they hire more dumb teenagers. read more

I love Dunkin', but I will never be going to this location again. This is the most poorly run, poorly managed location, with the most incompetent employees, that I have ever been to. They are always out of everything. Tell me, how does Dunkin DONUTS completely run out of DONUTS at 9:40 am on a Friday morning???? They never get the order right and have to ask you to repeat it several times. They are so slow with no sense of urgency, and frankly just don't care. They have NO CLUE how to deal with a mobile order. You might as well not even use the app for this location. Horrible service and location. Don't waste your time!!! I'll be going across the street to McDonalds from now on. Get it together!! read more

Rude staff and in the drive through only does presorted dozens. Oh, and I got home and my order wasn't even correct. Like, seriously, not only do you make the lives of your customers more miserable, but you don't even have the good graces to get their order correct. Bravo! read more

Food is typically good, however the drive-through takes FOREVER!!! There were five cars in front of me and it took 25 minutes to get through the drive-through on a Thursday morning. Make sure you have plenty of time to sit in the drive-through if going here. read more

I love Dunkin' . This store is in not my daily stop but I drive around for work so I decided to stop by. Well it was a bad experience, My coffee wasn't made correctly. They had it correct on the tag but non of the flavors were added. These people are always so nice. I've been coming here often for the past couple years. Every coffee shop or restaurant has small delays etc, it's inevitable. But if it happens, they always outdo themselves trying to make it up to me. More could be said, I've had many really positive experiences here! read more

I do not understand why this place has donuts in its name. Probably because they started out as a donut shop. I don't drink coffee so there is no reason for me to go here. I know their coffee is supposed to be very good. But their donutsn They are dry and flavorless. And there is no selection. I would not eat another one if they were free. Totally not worth the calories or the energy it takes to eat them. I LOVE donuts! Dunkin Donuts is awful. In my opinion the best donuts are Lamar's with Yummy's being a very close second. Some of the worst, but way ahead of DD is Safeway & Walmart. King Soopers is number three. This happened: my husband said he liked to get two donuts and a coffee once a week. He really likes their coffee so we went one Saturday. I ate half of mine and he asked me why I wasn't eating the rest. I told him that I thought it was terrible. He didn't say anything for awhile and then said, "You're right. They really aren't good." I am confident that ANY Dunkin Donuts would have the same quality. Yuck! read more

My experience yesterday was absolutely amazing. Right when I walk in a nice young man asked if he could get me something. I immediately said "A Smile" and he just started laughing and smiling the whole time, he said I made his day, but he really made mine. Everyone else that was working yesterday kind of looked dead, but Orion V definitely is doing an amazing job and knows customer service and most likely how to run the store. I've been here probably hundreds of times, but yesterday was the one that made me decide I'm coming forever. Thank you Orion V! Keep it up! ~ Shari B read more

This Dunkin' Donuts consistently underperforms. They can't keep up with standard breakfast traffic. They have been understaffed for many weeks. Their toaster oven has been broken for many weeks. Recommend closing this location or hiring new management to get the job done right. I can't recommend this place. Serving a donut and a coffee is a major challenge for the staff. read more

Don't go if you are in a hurry in the middle of the day though drive thru. Super SLOW! Gave them a 2nd chance....nope, worse the 2nd time

Worst experience EVER this morning. A simple order of a breakfast sandwich and 2 pieces of avocado toast took a full hour. 20 people that ordered after us left with their food before we received our order. When they finally served the order, the sandwich was wrong and we received ZERO apology for the pathetic service. It appears they focus on drive-through orders and put all in-store orders on the back burner. I will never order hot food there again. read more

This place just has low quality Donuts decent sandwiches and poorly trained employees everyday it's something they forget to put napkins in the bag they're out of product the hot chocolate machine is broken they give you a cup that's dirty and dripping so your car gets sticky it's just something everyday on the upside their hot chocolate is very good and that's why I go there read more

Nice to have a donut shop nearby - I have had no issue with service or parking. My issue is with the donuts - what should be a treat is ruined because the donuts appear to be a day old (even at 6:00 in the morning) and not fresh. I have heard that the Mineral location makes the donuts then delivers them to other stores - the stores then finish with glaze, frosting or other topping and filling as needed. If I wanted Day Old donuts - I have other options. Get fresh DD! read more

This is the third time I have come here and you guys can't make a latte or macchiato :( please fix the machine or whatever the issue is.
