3:30 PM This is my last visit to the Dunkin on Rt 9 E! 1)I was the only customer & I was ask to wait 2) I asked for 3 different types of donuts & they didn't have them. So, I told her to tell me what you do have & she copped an attitude. 3) I think training is an issue at this particular store, because on a regular basis service is poor at best! I never have issues at the Little River store, but I live off 9, so someone needs to really manage some of the people this store. read more

This dunkin was prompt and quick! We almost skipped it because of the reviews, but made a mobile order and went through the drive thru around 9a. They were very friendly and the donut holes had a great variety! Awesome service. read more

Stopped by this location for a quick cup of black coffee and a bathroom break. Received two unexpected special treats. First, since it's Valentine's Day, we indulged in splitting a heart shaped cream filled doughnut. It was delicious and fresh exactly how you would expect. The second was an energetic, kind young man behind the counter. He greeted us with a "Happy Valentine's Day" and gave superior service. We witnessed his engaging personality, and great customer service as he served the people in the drive-through. His manager should take note as this employee represents everything you want in staff when you're not there to look over their shoulder. The restaurant is very clean, which is always a plus! waited in drive thru almost half an hour!! Got to window & girl said all they had was "Decaf" tea, really????????? I placed this order online, & from previous experience, if they do not have any of the items u want, it will give u other choices!!! Think this location needs some more training!! Every time I go to this location I order an ice chai latte. Every time without fail, they forget to put the chai in my drink.

They gave me a free small black coffee while I was working at Take 5! It's perfect place to grab some breakfast too!

While traveling we stopped into this Dunkin. The lady taking orders in the drive-thru was very friendly and helpful. The young man taking payment and giving food at the window was friendly, but constantly delayed because he was too busy chatting with someone else in the kitchen area. He forgot part of the order and I had to ask him for it. Food tasted great! Prices was awesome! Highly recommend! read more

Everytime I come here I try to give them the benefit of the doubt, but everytime the service sucks and my order isn't ever correct. I ordered online this time (so why was my order incorrect idk). This location needs lots of help, the employees are rude and will brush you off! If I could give zero stars I would. But this location needs to start over from scratch! read more

This is the worst dunkin of all time. Everyone in this building is rude. I ordered my coffee and 2 hash-brown orders and 2 sausage egg and cheese croissant with no egg (due to allergies). I get to the window the woman is complaining about how hot it is at the window shut the window in my face then had to wait for her to open it back to take payment... then I pulled up to the next window, To get my order had to wait 20 more mins for the same rude woman to come to the window and ask what I was still waiting for.... I said nicely my food.... She again shut the window and no one came back for a few mins then I finally got the food and it had egg... same rude short black haired woman comes back and ask.... Why are you still here is something wrong.... I was trying to take the egg off to give to my grandma... the lady looked at me and said she has someone trying to move forward.... Every time I come here there is a problem maybe they all need to be trained better.... Today I ordered a signature caramel craze latte, it had no caramel and tasted terrible, ordered 3 s'mores doughnuts, only got one, told them and they said "are you sure?" lol so then I ordered a strawberry refreshers and received a dark purple refresher. They don't give their employees a lunch break. They are forced to take a 10 minute break for an 8 hour shift! Completely unethical.

This has to be the worst store in the chain. The donuts were hard, dry, tasteless, all around awful. Even dunking one in chocolate milk didn't help. This store apparently needs new employees or management or something. read more

We went in on thanksgiving day for donuts & iced coffee & we received amazing service!! everybody was in a great mood & our food & drinks were ready in a matter of seconds. I went in after getting off work after going on a long hiatus from Dunkin. The workers seemed busy and it was steady. The lady who rang me up seemed stressed and short but not rude. She was actually very pleasant considering the intensity of the environment. The guy who gave me my drink was very kind as well and speedy. That said my drink was...very lackluster. I ordered a macchiato and it was 40% milk. Was incredibly disappointing to be honest. The donuts I got were ok, nothing crazy. Not a bad stop but definitely underwhelming and makes my belief we need a Starbucks up this part of 9. Room for improvement but not terrible here. read more

I went inside. The lobby had people inside so I got the impression, I was in the right place. The guy behind the counter was eating as I walked up. There should be break areas for employees and you certainly don't eat while you are serving other people. I asked for a "coconut milk latte." The lady behind the counter seemed confused and took a good while to enter the order in the register. After she confirmed the order several time, I asked for a couple of doughnuts. That's when a roach ran across the counter. I discreetly let her know and she sarcastically said " I don't see it." I told her it went under the register. She then replied, "I guess we better get on that." She wasn't the least bit surprised by my report of critters. She turned around to get my doughnuts without gloves. She did use the wax paper but because she was flustered, she touched part of my doughnut with her bare hand after handling money. When, I noticed that the same person would be making my beverage, I told her, thanks anyway but never mind on my order. I had seen enough. Food should be handled with respect and service should be sanitary and professional. This place was none of that. read more

I called in an order yesterday, to pick up 10 dozen donuts, giving them a days notice. when I walked in today, they never prepped donuts for my order & the manager would not give me my order because they didn't prep for it. They All stood around trying to decide whose fault it was, but ultimately they would not fill my order & were unwilling to fix their mistake. On numerous occasions recently, I have tried to purchase donuts from the hwy 9 location. Tried various morning hours. 95% of the time they are out of at least one of my favorites. Avoid untill they figure out what they are doing. Waited 20 minutes for 3 coffee's and a dozen donuts. Only ordered 3 different kinds of donuts and 2 of the 3 were wrong, didn't realize I needed to watch them put them in the box.....2 of the 3 coffee's were wrong flavor(none) and not even half full.
