Don't stop here unless you have 30-45 minutes to get a coffee and a donut. Literally took 35 min in the drive thru and I had place a mobile order for just 1 Boston crème donut and a medium hot coffee with sugar. Like. No mixes. Nothing fancy. Pour the coffee add sugar. I was told to go to the second window and they forgot I was there. 20 minutes later I go inside and they still don't know what I have. Finally I got a coffee without sugar Won't be back EVER read more

Yummy splurge with a bacon and egg bagel and a cinnamon roll. The bagel sandwich was freshly made and served hot! So nice! Cinnamon roll was not drenched in glaze so it was very tasty and you could taste the cinnamon. Also ordered a plain cake donut which was very fresh. It didn't have the old fry oil aftertaste which was excellent. Friendly service and excellent piping hot coffee were two big thumbs up!! read more

Dunkin' - Bacon Egg & Cheese Bagel - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Little River, South Carolina

This is the worst Dunkin' there is in little river they don't have any any food employees don't wear gloves there so unsanitary they need to hire better employees read more

I've been to this Dunkin twice now and the first time I waited 35 minutes in the drive through with only 4 other cars in front of me. Unfortunately it's the type of drive through that once you're in it you can't leave until you get your food, otherwise I would've left. I was hoping it was just a bad day so I came back several weeks later and the second time was the same way. Not sure if it's a staffing issue or what but to have to wait that long in a drive through is a little ridiculous. read more

We went into Dunkin' Donuts tonight and their staff was awesome. As always, the donuts were amazing. Always a great experience at this location! read more

Nice staff but coffee is horrible. Even with cream and sugar added the coffee is extremely bitter. You'd think making a great tasting cup of coffee would be well thought out by a place like Dunkin Donuts but NOoo it is bitter and a waste of money. read more

Don't usually have any problems but I ordered two separate 10 piece munchkins on the mobile App this morning for my office and instead of being in two separate boxes they were all thrown into one bag. I paid for two separate orders not one big one. They should have been separated. read more

Dunkin' - donuts in a white bag - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Little River, South Carolina

Not much of a Dunkin' Doughnuts fan anyways and even less after today. A member of our party wanted some blueberry munchkins so we stopped at this location. It is a combo Dunkin and Basken Robbins. Drive thru backed up 4 cars deep at 3pm and not moving. Go inside and where there are two employees. There are no more than 5 doughnut selections and 3 munchkin selections. Ice cream area appeared closed. If you wanted a coffee you were in business. Never again will we stop here. read more

The drinks and food were super yummy, and the blonde boy who worked the drive through was super super nice and just super good at his job.

the food was so beyond great. I've gone to Dunkin multiple times and this is the best one I've been to. workers were so nice!!

Friendly enough employees - my wife ordered online and sent me with limited information. Items were waiting at the pickup window, except the donuts. Took a few minutes of standing around to be acknowledged and they got our donuts. Drove back to condo to realize there were no straws. Also missing an orange juice, but that's on my wife. To all take-out places - please just put napkins & straws in the damn bag. read more

I really enjoy that the couple working afternoon/ night shift. They make sure they always take care and pride in everything; while always busy and short staff. Thank you guys for all you do and for always making my coffee and food amazing. read more

If I could give no stars I would. Rude, condescending untrained employees. Tried to order an ice cream cake at BR but the employee couldn't find the order book, wrote it in a napkin, and when she got a the particulars asked me, "is that all, you don't want anything besides the writing on it?" I said something to the effect that they would put some kind of design or something, like roses on it? She said she didn't know. I mentioned that this did not inspire confidence, and she said "I don't like your attitude." MY attitude!? I told her never mind the order, and she says "Yeah, you can leave now." And I did. I will never darken their door again. read more

Horrible service ! 6 workers, and there may as well have been one. No organization. I waited 10 minutes just to order. seriously. They need a strong shift manager to run the operation. read more

Just wanted a chocolate milkshake so thought where could I get a good one. Oh I know, Dunkin doughnuts/Baskin-Robbins. WRONG ANSWER! Went to the drive thru to order a chocolate milkshake and guess what... they did not have any chocolate ice cream. So I asked, do you have chocolate syrup? They answered "Sure". I said, Make it with vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup. They answered, we don't have any vanilla ice cream. Are you freaking kidding me?! This is an ice cream shop? So I guess I'll stick to where I know I can get one...Chick-Fil-A read more

I enjoyed this Dunkin' Donuts very much. I found the building to be clean and well-maintained, as was the men's room. The staff I interacted with were friendly and attentive, and my order for cold-brew coffee came out quickly. Likewise, the coffee was good and fresh (and even came with a free refill!). Sipping it, I then lunched on the sunny patio with a good book, before having my second course inside, on the dining room's homey arrangement of couches. All in all, my experience at this restaurant was rather grand, and I plan to return. My thanks goes out to all associated with this Dunkin' Donuts location. I am grateful for, and have benefited from, your work and service. Keep it up, guys and gals! read more

Night shift is amazing. Unfortunately there are only 2 workers. However, they are the two hardest workers I've ever seen. Not only are they hard workers but they make very good iced coffee. 4 stars however for poor management and overworked employees read more

For being a busy stop, it was a great experience. In our group we got a large sundae, two breakfast sandwiches, donut and two coffees. Manager was awesome, let us know if deals going on, new flavors and was very helpful with our older grandpa. Great stop!! read more

Went to this Dunkin' Donuts and got there at around 5:15am. The hours say it opens at 5am. They didn't have the donuts nor were the doors open, definitely not the drive thru. We pulled around just to ask how much longer till they would be ready, the girl looked and saw us and ignored us as did everyone else (3 people I saw inside). I've worked in a coffee shop before and you had an hour to get everything ready. Maybe they don't but regardless it was frustrating. We went to a Dunkin' Donuts a little further away on 17s and they were completely ready with only two people. Will not go to little river store again. read more

It's the 31st of the month so its ice cream time. 7 of us went. You can't beat a scoop of ice cream for $1.50 plus tax. Tonight I had cookie dough which was great. My husband caramel macchiato. Place was crowded. Most disappointing thing was knowing its summer and the 31st they should have more than 2 people on. Need more staff. See you October 31st. read more

Every time I go to this location there is an issue. Today was the last straw. Limited selection of ice cream. Coffee wasn't very good. The worst Cappuccino Blast I've had. A shot of espresso made it drinkable. I don't think the half-coffee-shop-half-ice-cream-shop business model is working very well. We won't stop here again. read more

Great coffee. Fast service. Love their donuts. Big variety. Always fresh. Breakfast sandwiches. Easy access to Hwy 17

If I could give 0 stars, believe me I would. This was probably one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I have to pass through Little River on my way home from our beach place, and this morning I left the house at 6 AM in dire need of a coffee. I pull up to the speaker and started ordering a breakfast sandwich wanting a comvo. Very abrasively the voice on the other end barks "we don't do that anymore do something else". I ask for a pistachio coffee to which the voice replies "we don't do that pick something else" I then ask for a Heath coffee and pull to the window. She hands me an almond joy flavored coffee and I explained I asked for heath. To this she belligerently replies "no you didn't. I repeated the order back to you and you did not say that." I said "okay whatever I'll just take it." She then begins to.try to grab it out of my hands and request (rudely) to make the heath. I payed for my order and got the hell out. The sandwich was cold, the coffee wasn't mixed at all. WORST SERVICE EVER. My advice if you want a coffee in little river? Go to a gas sfation, McDonald's, someones house for God's sake before you go to that hell hole. read more

Donuts? Below average. Customer service? Lousy. This store is located in a resort area and we've visited there three years in a row. This time we picked up half a dozen assorted donuts. Most of the donuts were ok, though some were a little dry. The lemon filled doughnut had almost no filling in it, maybe one bite tasted of lemon. As I was driving by Dunkin Donuts the next day I thought to stop and see if they would make right with a free doughnut. I nicely explained about the "plain" lemon doughnut to the clerk who immediately referred me to the manager. The managers response was to become very defensive, almost aggresive, saying that there was nothing she could do and that the doughnuts "come to the stores like that!" That may or not be the case, but I can't believe a manager cannot replace a doughnut. I'll also add that previously the store had filled donuts with the flavor of our choice when none were available. Maybe they don't do this any more. I know for sure that there is a Krispy Kreme closer to where we stay, so we'll probably by going there next year. read more

My wife and stopped in about 2pm last Wednesday afternoon. Our daughter wanted donuts for birthday. The selection of donuts seemed nice (there were at least a dozen of each type/style donut available). We asked for several different types knowing what our daughter wanted. However we did NOT sample any...big mistake. When we got home about 30 minutes later and opened the sealed box, we discovered ALL (every one of the dozen) donuts (several different styles) were stale. It is hard to know exactly how long the selection of donuts was sitting on display, but the staff must not know how to anticipate customer traffic because it seems unlikely that we happened to only pic those types that were left sitting too long. read more

Service was very slow especially sense there were no other people there besides me. The woman taking our order was very rude when she told us what she did and did not have almost like she hated her job. When we got to the window there was no one inside placing orders but the workers were making milk shakes, that I didn't order. When she finally gave me my food the doughnuts were in a bag not wrapped or any thing just in there all smushed and disgusting looking. And to top off the horrible experience my dad orders the chicken wrap and the lady hands us bacon egg and cheese.I wasn't very pleased. read more

I have heard a lot of people complain about this particular DD location but still went here very frequently because it was close to my house and I've never had a problem...until now. Janie rang up wrong drink and no food, then lied and said the drink was rung up wrong but made correctly...it was NOT the correct drink. I have been ordering the same drink at least 3-4 times a week for the past 6 months. Since the drink and food ordered, together cost more than the drink she rang up, she gave me the food and called it even; AFTER I pointed out that my order was wrong. I tried to drink the beverage I was given, even though it was the wrong item, but I didn't like it, so I had to return later to get the correct item but that was an inconvenience for me. I understand people make mistakes but it is unacceptable to lie to cover your mistake. I would not have minded waiting for my order to be corrected on my original visit, I wouldn't even have given a bad review; but she lied to me, like I wouldn't be able to tell the difference between an Iced Caramel Latte and Iced Cookie Dough Coffee. read more
