Everyone is always friendly. Food is fresh and my order is always correct. This location is better than the other locations around.

They do not train their employees to make drinks the same. Simple orders like a nitro cold brew, I ordered 3 separate times and the cup was more than half empty twice and the third cup wasn't even 3/4 full! Businesses like Starbucks and other coffee shops have the ability to at least give you the amount of beverage your cup should have in it! Food is definitely not worth it. If you "customize" your donut order you still can get random donuts. One order I placed for 10 count of munchkins was fulfilled with 3 normal size donuts! I know it's a franchise but it's a customer service job, and the experiences you get are not worth the money. I'm done with Dunkin Donuts and this location is just poor quality and service read more

Well I came back here tonight. Wasted my birthday drink on a large watered down pumpkin swirl iced coffee. My fiancé ordered a medium iced coffee with caramel swirl, but they gave him pumpkin swirl instead. Definitely not going back to this location if they are going to be stingy with the syrup and mess up the orders. Best selection of Munchkins in the area! Also the staff is friendly. Many times they have given us complimentary regular size donuts when we order the Munchkins. I shouldve read the reviews but it's Dunkin Donuts and who reads a review on them before going in. And it must be an Indian thing to be cheap, which permeates from owners to employees. Every time I've been to a dd and ordered a butter bagel, Ive made sure to tell them to have enough butter on it and not let the bagel be dry--today was no exception. And just as it happens everytime when Indian employees are working, today they also handed me a bagel with little to no butter on it. Seriously people. How much money are you saving? It's freaking butter. This place actually took it to a new level though; the bagel was stale and chewy. Better to save old ones than throwing them out I suppose. Anything to save a dime! read more

Pretty much your typical DD. There is a nice sizable seating area inside and they do offer free WiFi. This location does also have a drive-thru. Most recently stopped in here over lunch and had a coffee and a tuna sandwich on a bagel. This is the first time I've had lunch at a DD and the sandwich wasn't too bad. They toasted it and I liked the warm bagel with the cool tuna salad. I really like DD coffee, especially the pumpkin caramel! Service was quick. What I didn't like about this place was the bathroom. It definitely needed some attention. The door lock doesn't work, but you can still lock the door with a latch hook that they have. The toilet paper wouldn't stay on the dispenser and they only had a hand dryer to dry your hands and the hand dryer sucked! I eventually gave up and just used my pants to dry my hands. read more

Coffee isn't mixed all the way, gotta take the lid off and stir it while trying not to spill anything in my car. One dollop of cream cheese on my bagel. How about bad service? I was never a fan of Dunkin Donuts til Tmobile Tuesday introduced me to the iced latte after a few free drinks through their app. Every week I have been getting one and I am growing to like their product. Yesterday, I went to the Store on 6 Kugler Rd @Limerick, PA. Scanner didn't seem to work @Drive Thru. Tried multiple times. I was baffled. Yesterday was Tuesday and the Tmobile perk was freshly loaded into my account and it was the first time and I even left the house all day. Well the younger guy at the drive through just said it wasn't working, it apparently says it was already used. The older lady in the store chimed in and said well you can only use it once... accusing me of using the code multiple times. I told her I was well aware of that and I know the codes only work once and it could not have been used yet because I just literally loaded the code into my app. There was no attempt at trying to problem solve or get to the bottom of the situation. Instead they made me feel like I was trying to pull a fast one. While I understand that it is a 3rd party app (Tmobile), THAT IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT A CUSTOMER, you simply shouldn't talk in that manner. I feel like the staff are just really lacking in customer service skills. I went to another Dunkin Donuts @Royersford, PA and it was smooth sailing! I was able to get my Iced Latte with no problem... AND MY CODE WENT THROUGH WITH NO PROBLEM. IMAGINE THAT???!!! I wanted to call (610-495-6540) the store to speak to a manager and also notify them that their scanner might have a problem but their phones don't even work! Called last night and this morning... No answer and their VM is full. No such luck, but I guess that is to be expected since they could seem to care less about customer service. WoW... just wow! I will never support this store again... I will take my business elsewhere, different DD store or better yet just start buying Donuts altogether at Giant instead with their yummy Cronuts (a must try btw) and buy coffee at McDonald's instead! I seriously cannot explain to you how bad this Dunkin' Donuts is, I go to Dunkin' Donuts all the time and unfortunately this Dunkin' Donuts is the closest one to my house. This Dunkin' Donuts has the rudest customer service and make the drinks the poorest of any place I've ever been to....Most Dunkin' Donuts seem to get the sugar granulated doesn't go into an ice coffee they use simple syrup or flavor swirls. Our coffee order always seems to be wrong, this most recent time I went back because my coffee didn't taste like vanilla or sugar was Added... I expected to have a new coffee made for me the proper way instead I got my same coffee and she told me she just stirred it and that was the only thing that was wrong... That doesn't make any sense. I visit a lot of DD's, usually a pretty consistently good experience. This one is a hot mess. Ordered 4 items from drive through. Iced coffee. More like dishwater with some sugar added. Threw it out it was so bad. Plain bagel toasted with nothing on it. They threw an un-toasted, unsliced bagel in the bag. Plain toasted bagel with egg and cheese. Looked like a lenders mini bagel. Even worse, egg and cheese were as if just taken from refrigerator. Wheat bagel toasted with cream cheese. Burnt and did they run out of cream cheese? Thin spread not even on whole bagel. Everything bagel toasted with egg and cheese. A bit burnt but overall they got this one ok. read more

I just don't understand. We gave them our order for an iced chai latte and a signature iced pumpkin spiced latte. The guy repeated the order back to me. We paid $8.00 and drove off only to sip our drinks and find out we had plain old iced coffee and it was crappy coffee at that! read more

This is definitely one of my favorite they always make my caramel macchiato perfectly. Their sandwiches are always made nice and fresh and warm. And I always carry a reusable straw and they're so used to me coming that they always make sure and ask do ice need a straw. This place is the worst..I waited 10 minutes to be served at the register and the place was empty with the exception of the drive thru window. When my order was finally taken, they proceeded to walk away and go back to the drive through window without serving me. I finally got my donuts after 15 minutes of waiting and they were rude. It's a Dunkin Donuts, so the food (ie, donuts, bagels, coffee) is the same as it is at every other Dunkin (which is a good thing, considering you want consistency). My complaint is with the people that work here. They are frequently rude (especially at the drive thru where I've had the most problems) and mess very simple orders up. read more

This Dunkin' Donuts is sub par. They always screw up my order and act very inconvenienced when i ask it to be re-made. The drinks look nothing like They do on the menu. Every time I order my kids a frozen drink it looks absolutely nothing like it does in the picture which leads to big disappointment. They never put whip cream on the drinks even if you ask for it. I don't know how you could screw up a large hot coffee but somehow they managed to do that as well. Compared to other Dunkin' Donuts in the area this one is pretty awful. read more

This last visit, I ordered a frozen mocha coffee - was handed a drink w barely any ice, no mocha and no straw and was dismissed. After asking them to remake, they were visibility irritated. Horrible customer service. Asked if I purchased a drink could I get my own cup filled with ice for free. She said no problem. I order a Macchiato for Over $5. Then she informs me the ice 'in my own cup' will be an additional $1. I have gone to this Dunkin more times than I should have. If they get your coffee right you are lucky. They make my coffee wrong more times than not. If you are planning to grab a coffee before heading to work make sure you have at least 5-10 minutes to wait in the drive through line. Also if you order on the go and don't have time to wait in the drive through and run in they will yell at you for going in and tell you next time they won't give you the order. I have given them "second" chances more times than deserved. Disappointing. read more

The customer service has me disgusted ... no greeting whatsoever when you come to the window... the women that was making my coffee was talking on her iphone, then proceeded to talk on the phone while handing me my coffee... no goodbye, have a nice day. If I could give negative stars I would. Today, August 6th I went to the Limerick DD location somewhere between 8:15 to 8:30 am. They had a very long line but it was moving fast. I used the drive thru. I ordered two black XL coffees and munchkins. As I pulled up to the window, the young guy working proceeded to spill the coffee on my hand and down the side of the inside of my vehicle. My hand was burned! It is very red and still hurts. I immediately screamed because it instantly hurt. I had to yell "can you get me some napkins?!?!?" No apology from the guy. There was an older Indian woman standing right there. She saw the entire thing happen. She was the one filling the coffees and didn't fasten the lid properly. Nothing. No apology from either employees. They didn't bring the manager over. They simply quickly refilled another cup of coffee and pushed me out. This is the worst service I have ever received from an establishment. Accidents happen but you immediately deal with the situation. You apologize (at the very minimum) immediately and repeatedly. You get the manager right away. You comp the meal. You do something! YOU ASK IF THEY ARE OKAY! This location is so worried about money and how quickly they can move the line that the service is awful. I only went here because the power was out at our house and I can assure you that I will never visit this location again because of the way I was treated. It was their fault. Their mistake. Accidents happen but you have to make it right and they in no way did that. The new cups they use might be better for the environment but they are very flimsy and dangerous with hot coffee. Oh by the way... we are in the middle of a pandemic - this staff needs to learn how to wear your masks! I saw multiple staff members with their noses hanging out. My husband and I just moved to the area, and unfortunately for us, this Dunkin location is the closest. My husband drinks a cup of coffee practically every night, and each time he goes, he is greeted with a miserable staff and unfriendly comments. One gentlemen in particular never says "hello," "have a good night" or anything else that people normally say in the customer service business. To make matters worse, if my husband or I arrive 10 or 15 minutes before closing, we are always scolded and told that they are "cleaning up." Then why does your sign say you close at 10:00 if we can't arrive at quarter of?? We used to go to the Dunkin in Audubon and the service was wonderful!
