The snakin bacon is continuously and excessively burnt! When I mention this to staff , I'm met with rudeness, eye rolls and exasperated sighs. so, I go to Starbucks daily. Every morning. I'm a fed ex driver in Lebanon. Usually I get a pink drink with no ice and extra cold foam. The staff at Starbucks is amazing and they always take care of me. I tip em well for it haha. I'm not usually a complainer, but this experience made me look for a way to post a review. Anyway, idk about you ladies and gents but with the way the economy is right now, I don't screw around w spending money for crap. Everyone told me to try this basically generic pink drink at Dunkin. I was thirsty and done w route so I did. First off, when I got there, one lady was in front of me. A minute later, it was my turn. For like ten mins I sat there waiting while three workers including a manager (I assume from his collared shirt) did random stuff in front of me. One was sweeping, one was filling machines and one looked stoned out of his mind w a cast on. I was like "okay, maybe they're just handling a couple things and they'll help me soon". Finally, as my truck w packages from pickups sits outside, they help me. I asked super nicely if I could have no ice w the strawberry dream refresher. The stoned guy looked at his male manager and the male manager (which confused me) looked at the woman worker, she then looked at me and said "it's corporate we can't". I was like, if it's a melting issue or whatever I truly don't care. She said we can't. I moved on lol okay... light ice is fine. But seriously I hate ice because it makes the drink watery as heck. ANYWHOO- then I asked for extra cold foam and to please buy the size that comes in the cool cup. Stoned guy says "sure". When I get my drink it's filled w ice, not even the normal amount of cold foam- like a dip basically and no cup. Never spending my money here again. Which is sad, because when I'm treated nicely. And I get good service, I'm a loyal customer. Good luck if you want anything changed or any extra stuff on your drink. Avoid the Dunkin at 96 Hanover Street, Lebanon, NH/Jiffy Mart, like the plague. If you want to throw money away, and be extorted (of your money), this is the place to go. Add to that, employees, who just don't give a shit about you, or about your food or beverage, or your food's safety. I ordered a premium, allegedly hot beverage (close to $6.00), and got the wrong beverage type, COLD (not hot!), after waiting for the employee to attempt to make the beverage not once, not twice, but three times, each time with the wrong ingredients (at the Cappuccino machine). I don't know how an employee could go through the motions at the Cappuccino machine, and turn out a cold beverage (both the Espresso and the milk were cold). If I were a betting man, I'd bet that the employee was ***high as a kite***. I can't imagine any other reason for such stupidity and such dysfunction. Lord help any customer who thinks their food is safe, with the incompetent employees working behind the counter at the Dunkin, at 96 Hanover Street, Lebanon/Jiffy Mart location. The Dunkin brand would be well advised to pull this franchise, to avoid any further degradation of their brand (by this Franchisee). read more

This location of Dunkin' Donuts was alright, especially in comparison to some of the others we visited during our trip. The quality of the drinks/doughnuts is ok. I have to admit that Dunkin' Donuts isn't my favorite anyway, but the service at this location was quick and friendly. This store appeared to be pretty clean, so I think it's an ok stop for coffee or a snack. read more

This location focuses more on their drive thru than the customers in store. Stood there for about 7-8 min waiting for someone to acknowledge me. Finally someone came over to drop off an online order and luckily it was mine. Guess I will be ordering on the app and picking the drive thru option from now on. Overall, not a great experience. I just tried to get breakfast here and they wouldn't sell me orange juice! I was told I had to go through the drive thru in order to get orange juice. So because I wasn't lazy, and actually walked inside, I wasn't allowed oj?? I work in lebanon. This DD is convienent for me...but. after several stops today was the last straw. This place is too slow, incompetant and rude. Not to mention the condition of my donuts!! They were boston creams....broken ooosing and flipped upside down in the bag so the chocolate top stuck to the bag not the donut. I reviewed this Dunkin' 10 months ago and have the same complaint. It is June 17, 76° and they're out of iced tea. Again. How difficult is it to keep black ice tea on hand? Yes, they have iced green tea but it is nasty. My opinion. The woman at the drive-through helpfully announced she was brewing black tea right now. Doesn't help me. If I was reviewing Dunkin based on this past week, I would give it one star. Because some of the regular employees are so nice, kind and efficient, I'm giving three. Those folks deserve at least five stars but the store is a puzzlement and, increasingly, a disappointment. It is hard to review a place that runs out of a typical menu item. Twice in the past week there has been no iced tea. How does this happen? Actually, it has happened three times in the last two months but twice within the past six days. Iced tea is not difficult to make and once it is brewed, you're good to go. No one seems to have a reason why they run out. Well, it IS summertime and, perhaps, people are thirstier? It's simply a matter of someone making it. There were at least three people working. This Dunkin also ran out of register tape today. How does this happen? This gas station is cleaner and all around less sketchy than the other gas station a block away. It features a Dunkin' Doughnuts drive through. Gas prices seem reasonable, but I'm new to the area so others may not think so. read more

They provide fast service, even when they have a long line in the drive thru or inside. Staff is always polite and efficient.

I used to work for plenty of fast food places so I always try to have patience and sympathy. My patience is done. They mess up my coffee order *over* 50% of the time. It's not even a difficult coffee order. Small iced coffee, 1 cream, 1 shot of caramel. They usually put either tons of cream or tons of caramel, probably to cover-up the sub par coffee. The only reason I keep showing up is out of convenience. At this point convenience doesn't matter too much if I'm going to get diabetes from the rediculous crap they keep putting in my coffee. read more

Slow every time you go there, like most of this terribly managed and staffed chain. You can't simply get a coffee without it taking 10-15 minutes. We walked out again today without ordering. Maybe management needs to hire more people so they have enough staff to cover the shifts. Why are all Dunkin Donuts "dunkin do nots?" Saved ourselves 5 dollars and will go buy a pound of your competitors' coffee tomorrow. PS Try making your donuts fresh. Price Chopper's are 100x better and they are a supermarket. read more
