Was passing through Quaker bridge mall and went to this Dunkin . Nice location .. parking was ok.. few other shops in the same complex . They also had baskin Robbin's inside the Dunkin. They had ice cream cakes and other shakes .. Service was slow .. billing was also slow . Took sometime to get our coffee and hash browns . Coffee was ok.. very watery and tasted average . Two months ago, I visited with my daughter and a friend, and ordered a half-dozen donuts and refreshers for them, plus a large iced latte for myself. The latte looked dark, but I didn't say anything and left. At the car I realized it wasn't a latte but just regular coffee with milk. When I returned to the store, staff told me too late to change it--very dismissive. This morning, I went again with my husband and daughter. We ordered a medium latte, donuts, and a 6-meal deal. I asked to swap the bacon egg sandwich for sausage (same price), and was rudely told "No." So we ordered an extra sausage sandwich. It's ok but when my daughter said she was thirsty, I asked for tap water, and the cashier rudely said I had to pay for it. The Indian female staff at this location are never friendly. Even on good days they were always rude and seemed angry. I will never return. read more

This place deserves an award! They've managed to make ice cream and donuts depressing! That's truly a feat for humankind. Step in to this confectionary as the scents of bleach and cleaning fluid enchants your nostrils. Greet the employees who will not greet you back- no matter how many times you wave as they hide behind the counter, hoping you'll retreat back to the parking lot. Spend $40 on a custom cake for a child's birthday party in which they'll confuse chocolate ice cream for coffee flavored- not realizing it until dozens of juvenile partygoers exclaim, "This is disgusting!" and fellow parents judge you for unknowingly trying to serve their offspring caffeine. Stopped in with some family who wanted to get an afternoon coffee. Not being a Dunkin Donuts fan I should have passed, but I was a little hungry and decided to get a coffee and a sandwich. One sip and yes...I'm an exasperated coffee diva. F'ing Dunkin Donuts sucks so bad! How do people drink this horrendous stale coffee? It's old! Its burnt tasting! It's AWFUL! Aside from their repugnant coffee, the egg in my breakfast sandwich tasted bitter and temperature wise was somewhere between room temperature and cold. I had to throw it away. The entire experience here sucked. OK. Dunkin' Donuts has good coffee products. I prefer DD coffee to Starbucks any day. Donuts and bagels are good. Most food products taste like dirt and are made in the microwave. This DD does not have a drive-in window, but has a Baskin Robbins. read more

Service is generally prompt, the seating area is large, bright and generally clean, and the product is as predictable as corporate would like it to be. Sometimes you just want a utility grade donut, your kids need a box of munchkins for school, or you need a non-offensive cup o' Joe. This place will fill that need perfectly. read more

I went there this week with my two children. I hadn't been there in about a year and a half. There was no hand sanitizer and the ATM that had been there that I was hoping to use was removed. How can you run a business with food service and not have hand sanitizer in this day and age? I never ordered. We just left and fortunately there was a Costco right across the street which had both an ATM and food which was fine. read more

My wife called yesterday to order an ice cream cake because we needed to pick it up in less than 24 hours. Whoever answered the phone said no problem, just order the cake online. She ordered it online no problem. She called this morning to see if the cake was ready for pick up and described what it looked like and said on it and they told her it was there and ready for pick up. When we went to get it, there was no cake. The woman working told her we could pick any cake out of the freezer as a replacement, but there was only one that would have matched the occasion we needed the cake for and it was strawberry flavored (she ordered a vanilla and chocolate crunch cake). We now have to rush around and search for another cake! I am very disappointed!! read more

Went online via Baskin-Robbins and ordered a "Ready NOW" ice cream cake at this location. The only reason I chose this location was because two other BRs near me went out of business, and this one was near another stop I was making (over 20 min away from my home). I plugged in a time of about 45 min later to go pick up the cake. I got to the BR and they didn't have the cake. Got a refund because they didn't have any other cake available that suited our needs/tastes, very frustrating. What's the point of having an online ordering option for cakes that are "Ready NOW" if they don't even have it when you go to pick it up? I won't be doing that again. read more

I can't stand this place but it is convenient to my daughter's school. The people at the counter are rude, super unfriendly and are always talking in their native language while staring at customers and laughing. All of that I can get past. What I can't get passed is that I was here on Monday also and there was no soap in either restroom. I told them about it ON MONDAY and again there is no soap in the bathrooms ON WEDNESDAY EITHER. I told them over an hour ago and all three stood there staring at me. GUESS WHAT THERE'S NO ONE IN HERE AND NO ONE HAS GONE TO PUT SOAP IN THE RESTROOM!!! It is now 1105am and I told them at 947am. And still, all three standing at the counter talking. IT DISGUSTS ME THAT THEY DON'T EVEN CARE!!! It makes me wonder if they wash their hands because they have to use the restrooms too.
