Fast and friendly service! Great coffee! The counters and general appearance of the dining area and checkout areas were clean and organized. Service is the difference maker for me and these folks were GREAT even though things were busy! Smiles and being greeted by everyone running back and forth was refreshing! Only leaving one star because zero isn't an option. This is the WORST DD ever. I have no idea how they are still in business. The first time I tried this place was a year ago. I did an online order and order a half dozen donuts. They were apparently out of some that I had chosen and just replaced them without even asking. They were also extremely rude. Today, I placed an online order at 7:24. Go there around 7:30, maybe a bit sooner and waited at the drive thru thinking they were just busy. Pulled up to the window and no lights. Got out and went to the door, since they had let my order go through AND CHARGED MY CARD, just to find the door locked with the "open" sign on because they are supposed to be open until 8pm. Seems like they are going through Alot of new hires and whatnot right now. Never super busy from what I have seen. Ive ordered something right off the menu & I was told "we dont have that" oh wait you mean this..? ..yes.. yes this is what I said. I can imagine it's difficult. I can not imagine this place busy at all because every time I visit they aren't busy at all and seem super rushed and stressed. This store needs a serious overhaul! Wallpaper peeling,food and drinks dried running down the walls. the most inconsistent dunkin i've ever been to. but lately it has been abhorrent. the coffee tastes like it has either gone bad or is so watery that it tastes like nothing. i never even thought about leaving a bad review until today, though. i am vegan and have an extreme sensitivity to caffeine, so i need my coffee made with both almond milk and decaf. today, neither of these were made. it is extremely dangerous to give someone who asks for decaf non-decaf. i am beyond upset. beyond these issues the staff here is completely incompetent and there is only one girl there who actually knows what she's doing. the store inside is disgusting. i have worked at a dunkin before, for almost two years in fact. so i know what a properly trained staff should look like and what an actual coffee should tast like. just disappointed. update: decided to give it another try for some reason and get a refresher which was obviously made with water instead of lemonade. don't know why i tried giving them another chance. read more

I'm wondering if there's even a manager at this location because this entire store should be shut down and every person needs to be fired. The drive thru had about 10 cars so we decided to go inside. It took 20 minutes to even order food. While we were waiting, I heard an employee tell their coworker to "say that the machine is down because it's too busy and we can't handle it". I have never had a good experience at this Dunkin'. One time they were out of medium cups and said I could only order a small or a large, did not offer to discount it or anything. Another time they straight up forgot the espresso in my latte and gave me a cup of hot milk. Today, I mobile ordered a latte and when I went in to pick it up they said they were out of espresso... and vanilla. I'm conflicted about this Dunkin' Donuts. I've had both good and iffy experiences here. I've come in and gotten 50 donut holes, a dozen donuts, and a whole pot of coffee for my classmates one time and even though they had to make a fresh pot of coffee I had a great interaction with the main worker who was helping me while also helping his new coworker. I've also had interactions where the employee working the drive thru speaker wasn't very good at customer service. I told him what flavor iced coffee I wanted in the beginning and then I asked what their smallest sized cup was he said 16oz and then he asked what the flavor was again. I just assumed he was new and couldn't remember the flavor. The thing that bothered me was the curt, slightly rude way he handled the interaction. This last thing some readers will judge me for, but...I asked for a small (16oz)and it said small on my receipt (so I was not overcharged thankfully), however I received a medium (24oz). Yes, the cream was there and yes the flavor was correct (and delicious), but I'm trying to lose weight and I can't do that with 80 more calories added to my perfect coffee drink. I know what you're thinking, "Just put it in the fridge for later, or toss out the extra," and I understand your logic, but I can't in good conscious not drink all of this splendidly flavored coffee in one sitting. It's too good. Too add to what other yelpers have said I have also noticed a high turnover rate of the employees and I'm sure that's not a coincidence based on the poor treatment they appear to receive from some of the management. I have yet to witness that and hope I never do. It would behoove the owner of this franchise to make sure his or her management is not letting power go to their heads and becoming tyrants to their subordinates. I knocked on the drive through window and she basically ignored me until she realized I wasn't going away. When she opened the window she said they were closed. Bagel was hard as a rock. Tater tots were literally black. They forgot my donuts, then gave me the wrong ones when asked for them. My husband and I elected to go inside and order. I like one of the breakfast sandwiches and was getting him to try it. The staff (of I believe to be 2 people). Exclusively catered to the drive thru. They avoided eye contact with us, did not greet us at all, and never came to the register. When a couple came in behind us, we were sure that we would get some sort of acknowledgement --- we were wrong. After a while, we wished the couple behind us good luck and left. I had gotten similar "service" on the one other occasion that I was there, but tried to give them the benefit of the doubt that it was just a bad day. I visited Lansing, MI in February 2020. I definitely stayed away from this Dunkin' location, drove past and avoided another awful experience. My complaint over 1 year ago was never resolved with a simple $10 electronic gift certificate. I was inappropriately charged because the rewards on the Dunkin' app were deceptively not honored at this location. The manager/owner tried to gather cell phone number and home address rather than resolve the problem. So, my $10 has bought them frequent Yelp review warnings to AVOID THIS DUNKIN' at all costs. I went in to pick up some treats for my class today. I did not know I was walking in on the most uncomfortable customer service experience of my life. Let me paint you a picture; there's two young employees working and one extremely degrading and rude "manager" type figure breathing down their necks. He was LITERALLY screaming at them. I don't care what kind of mistakes they made, this man's behavior was unacceptable. The young man who was helping me was very kind and considerate. This is my first review ever. I'm not keen on wasting my time on negativity but this was the worst service I've ever gotten out of delivery. I also have been there twice before and gotten bad service and bad food. I ordered almost 50 dollars worth of food off Grubhub. The Grubhub issue isn't DDs problem but to add onto it, I tipped the driver 8 bucks and he ignored my calls and also did nothing I asked for in the delivery notes. I received about 5% of my food I ordered. I got a ton of random items that I didn't order whatsoever. All over the map too. Random muffins. Random donuts. You name it. Then on the bag, was a little receipt with 6 hot items on it I actually ordered, like wraps and sandwiches. I got 1 of those and the one I got, had an English muffin on it instead of a bagel like I ordered. And it was even on the receipt attached to the bag. Food was also cold. Every time I've gotten hot food from here it's been cold. And this was the first time using delivery so the others were actually in house. I called DD three times and got no answer. Never will I go there again and it is by far the worst Dunkin I've ever been to. I gave it a third chance and I'm a reasonable guy. I love DD coffee, but this location is awful. After they messed up every drink I ordered, I took a 6 month break from going there. This morning, on my way out of town, I stopped in and asked for a large ice coffee with half and half and a shot of toasted almond. They attempted to make it three times. First time, they forgot the cream. Second time, I saw them make it with decaf hot coffee poured over a whole cup of ice. I said they advertised cold brew, not hot coffee watered down with ice. The attendant said they were "out of cold brew" to which I replied they probably shouldn't sell something they don't have. Third coffee was hot regular coffee poured over ice and half the cup filled with either milk or half and half. So, I got watered down milky coffee water. I promptly tossed it in the trash and went to Starbucks. I can't imagine ever stopping at this location again. read more
