I almost don't even feel like this review is needed considering just about every other review is 1-2 stars. This is quite possibly the worst Dunkin' Donuts around. They consistently screw up orders and hand out terrible product. Today, for example, we got some donuts and munchkins. Asked for a mix of both. The munchkins were 99% glazed. Not a mix... 23 glazed and maybe 2 powdered sugar. And they looked all melted. Same for the donuts. They all looked melted and with minimal icing. Whoever owns this place needs to clean house or sell it to someone who actually cares. I don't even understand how it's still ope. read more

I went in on Morhers day with my mom and my one little sister to order my mom donuts. I went up to place my order and the manager kaylee or kayla was so mean. She yelled at me for asking a question and when i placed my order gave me an attitude for no reason at all. This wasn't the first time this happened with her. They're new charli remix cold foam is amazing. I understand it's not easy dealing with order after order; but I always ask for extra foam and I would pay extra for it and they never add extra foam for me. Also there's supposed to be cinnamon on top- they NEVER add it on and the cold foam dissolves within two, three sips. I also got hash browns that were hard as a rock. How they find that acceptable to sell? You literally have to ask for the hash browns fresh. Morning shift people are usually really pleasant.. Idk. Do better please! read more

Everytime I go to this Dunkin, I ask for "light ice." Everytime I leave, I am never given light ice. What's even worse is the sticker always says "less ice." Today, I purchased an iced beverage. Asked for light ice. I saw the gentleman making my drink. I asked him if it was mine, he said yes. I told him I asked for light ice. I can't give zero stars or I would! Worst DD ever!! Went through the drive thru ordered my drink kid with money hanging out of his back pocket scans my dd app and then says wait what did you order? I told him, then he said I need to scan your app again so I let him and he says there's not enough money (I had checked and it said I had plenty) so a manager that was standing near the window chimes in and says the app isn't always up to date. So I paid. Got my drink with a straw that was too short. I asked the kid at the window how do I know when the money on the card is accurate he said I don't know... I said can I speak to the manager maybe she can help me. He walks away comes back 30 seconds later and say she doesn't know either. She couldn't even be bothered to come to the window! I asked her name and he said Olivia. I called DD and the gal on the phone easily informed me how to update my balance on the app. And eased my concerns of being ripped off for a double scan by an unkind worker. I will not be back to this location. I will go to Waretown instead. Olivia and the kid lost my business for this DD for good. read more

Ok, first off my 5 stars is not for D & D and its coffees and donuts. I do like both, but realize that there are some really good non-corporate coffee shops out there that I am more apt to go to. As far as this Family run store, I don't think you will find a better one. The owner is a very community based person and has been for many years. She is very quick to help her community in any way she can, by either donating her product or making a financial donation. The staff is always very friendly and quick to serve you. read more

Lately this place messes up my not-so-complicated order every time I go! Today I ordered a macchiato with almond milk and got regular milk instead. Yesterday my iced coffee was sweetened instead of unsweetened. I hate to complain, but if I'm paying $3-$5 for my coffee, I would like it the way I order it. I had to throw both out because I couldn't drink the regular milk due to an allergy my daughter has (nursing). Wasted almost $10 in 24 hours here. The drive-thru staff needs to be retrained. Ok, this is less a review of this particular Dunkin' Donuts location than of the brand itself. But if I had to point out a single thing about the Forked River location, it's that the drive-thru is a bit of a train wreck, in that when it's backed up (which it frequently is - especially between 8am-11am) it spills out into the service road between Rt. 9 and the Shop Rite parking lot. Also, the drive-thru message board greets you with a recorded message rather than a live person, and the recording, until recently, was a male voice saying "Welcome to the Dunkin' Donuts..." The Dunkin' Donuts? Really? Look, if you're going to represent your company, you should at least make sure you get the name right. This has recently been replaced with a female voice that says the name correctly, so all is good now with this. Dunkin' Donuts used to have a lot fewer locations than it does now, where they can likely be found within a mile or two of wherever you may be. Their slogan used to be "It's worth the trip." And it really still is, even if the trip may only be a few blocks in length. Their coffee is much less harsh (i.e. - bitter) than Starbuck's, and they don't have obnoxious names to describe the products or the size of the orders. The iced coffees are particularly good, as are the lattes, which have recently become my favorite item. All the coffee selections are offered in a variety of flavors. The coolattas - frozen drinks offered in several flavors - are nice as well. Just don't drink them too quickly, as brain freeze is almost guaranteed! Dunkin' Donuts offers many food choices, ranging from doughnuts (obviously) to bagels and muffins to breakfast and lunch sandwiches. The bagels are fresh and big. The muffins are moist and delicious. I love a good breakfast sandwich, especially on a bagel or English muffin. The only thing I've found with DnD, however, is that they don't seem to toast the English muffins nearly enough. I even suspect they throw them in the microwave with the pre-made egg already on them to get them heated quickly. I usually avoid the hash browns. They are round fried potato coins that seem to ooze grease, and they have an off-putting onion flavor that will stay on your tongue long after you've eaten them. One last thing, and this comes down to your personal opinion, is whether to tip or not tip the staff. Many of the locations I've been to have a tip cup on the counter, and some even have one in the drive-thru window. My opinion is that the employees are not like waiters who make less than minimum wage and rely on tips to supplement their income. If you're just pouring me a cup of coffee, a tip probably isn't necessary and shouldn't be expected. But if the staff is courteous and do something that the customer feels was "over and above" the normal service, tipping seems like a good gesture to let them know you appreciate their efforts. In all, Dunkin' Donuts is a can't-miss spot if you find yourself on the road and want to stop somewhere to grab a quick coffee and doughnut. read more

The Lacey township Dunkin Donuts is a mediocre, cash grab, and calorie filled enterprise. My main problem was with the service. They were a bunch of rude, and inconsiderate heathens. They put no whipped cream in my vanilla bean coolata, when I asked several times for them to do so. I wouldn't recommend this Dunkin Donuts to anyone in this town or area. This is the second time this has happened to me. I made it very clear the second time when I ordered an iced coffee that I wanted decaf. After finishing the entire drink I started to become shaky. I have panic disorder and am extremely sensitive to caffeine. This is the second time they have forgot to make my coffee decaf and the second time I have had a full blown panic attack because of it. I cannot sleep and it constantly feels like I am choking. I am never ordering coffee from here again, they constantly mess up my order. This is our local DD so I tend to go here alot. Just like any other fast food chain the product is the same however there are a few issues with this spot. First issue would be the drive thru and its proximity to the only entrance/exit to the business. Traffic tends to bottle up which prevents any movement during the busy hours. Also the entrance/ exit leads to the shopping center and not to the main road..Very poor layout and thats why they only get 3 stars from me. read more

Worst Dunkin I've ever been too. I get the same thing almost everyday and everyday I have to give it back and have them fix it. Many times I use the drive through but end up having to go inside because the order is wrong. The coffee tastes like water and that's saying something considering I get sugary flavors and liquid sugar because I like my coffee sweet. So I started asking for extra flavor and I never ever get it. I would never recommend any of my friends or family to stop here. Lacey township had a few different coffee places attempt to establish a coffee house in town, but unfortunately, they were unable to sustain themselves. D&D Coffee is better than the WaWa Coffee people flock to. It is worth the wait in the long line. read more
