First time here. I Ordered 25 munchkins (10halloween 15 regular glaze) people came, ordered and received their order before me. Finally 10 minutes go buy and one worker asks me if I'm waiting on something. I tell her I'm waiting for the 25 munchkins. At approximately 2 PM yesterday, I drove through the Dunkin' Donuts off El Toro Rd. I hardly ever eat fast food or use drive-throughs. On the rare occasions that I do, the experience isn't always great and understandably so, cashiers deal with a lot of impatient and preference oriented customers. However, this visit was a refreshing exception. Sydney who took my order was calm, patient, and even kind enough to make a suggestion when asked. She was well mannered and chuckled along with me. When I pulled up to the window, I was greeted by Michael, who was just as pleasant. I asked him to pass along a kind word because she truly made a positive impression.The coffees were delicious, the meal tots were perfectly crunchy, and while the sandwich was good, I'd probably skip the bagel next time unless you plan to eat it right away. Lastly, I have always loved the Dunkin' app deals! They're seriously a steal. Dunkin was my saving grace in college. I highly recommend this specific location. Duncan has some of the best coffee in the world. We stopped here this morning for some coffee and donuts at a prayer meeting. Duncan has some really good donuts here. Cheapest Donut place to get a dozen donuts. Now I know why. The donuts were about 2/3rds at best the size of other Mom and Pop donut places. Every donut tasted the same regardless of the type. The Jelly and Boston Creme donuts didnt have any creme/jelly on the back half of them, so they barely stuck the piping bag in it. They put sugar granules on some donuts not powered sugar as well. Giving this Dunkin' Donuts a 5 for the service we got! We came here for the Veterans Day deal and the gentleman working the counter was very gracias and ensured that we knew about all of the deals they had. He really showed love to my husband who's a veteran. It was a great experience and made us want to come back to this DD in the future. We got maple bars, a French donut and a chocolate filled donut. Our favorite were the maple bars. Something about the classic flavor hit the spot. I also got an iced coffee which I have always liked from DD. This location is a drive thru or walk up only as others have mentioned, which I think is great for those who are on the go and are stopping for a quick bite. Obsessed with DD, I use to live across the street but still frequent this one because if you specify your order they hit most of the time. When they do get my order right boy is it fiiirree! Love that they have Oatmilk and so many swirl flavors to choose from. Nothing beats a DD run in the mornings or when your boo brings you coffee from here haha! I have never encountered such poor customer service. I came here to order a vanilla spice with oat milk and half a dozen donuts. I was interrupted in the middle on my drive thru order by a different woman who yelled "ARE YOU THE ONE WHO ORDERED THE LATTE" but asked no clarifying questions. When I got my drink it was a pumpkin spice latte, and not the drink I ordered. I went up to the window and a blonde woman with blue eyes and a manager tag greeted me and when I told her the drink was wrong, instead of just apologizing and correcting it, she tried to argue and said "Oh, this was only made because the word 'pumpkin' was said". Neither I nor my passenger said pumpkin in any context. She remade the drink, but when I asked if it was oat milk she said no, so she had to make it again. When she handed me the drink the third time, I asked her to clarify the order, and she got very irritable with me. Turns out, even after three attempts at trying to clarify the order, I still ended up with the WRONG drink (a chai latte). I will never return to this location and I suggest other people avoid it as well. read more
