I've been here 3 times and each time gets worse. First time, they were out of most of their doughnuts and some of their specialty drinks so I had to get a plain doughnut and coffee. Second time, I waited 7-8 minutes in the drive-through to get to the ordering window to find out they didn't have what I wanted, so I left empty handed. Third time, I went inside to 3 VERY disgruntled workers who were on their cellphones, and screaming slurs at their boss on a cellphone and angrily pacing. Worst experience... first off I don't know what has happened to work ethics around here?? I had a 4 year old and my husband with me and the employees were all joking around with solace other, shouting/ talking loudly, being crude and perverted. All in front of us. I used to get this free medium drink coupon on my birthday. I do not anymore. I don't know why, but it's probably for the best I don't really need coffee. What I do like are the donuts. When they are nice and warm and it's so soft. That's the best part of having a donut. Glazed is obviously the favorite for me. Something about a plain glazed donut that's just the right amount of sweetness. Unfortunately these weren't the peak warmness. At least they weren't hard as rocks either. I ordered and prepaid with the app. When I arrived there were several cars in line and I joined them. Due to the layout of the drive they, once a car gets in line behind you, you are stuck. I waited 25 minutes to get to the intercom to order and was asked wait. After several more minutes I asked if the cashier was there and was told "nope". At that point I was able to drive off. I have been contacted NOT by Duncan Donut Corp but by an employee who read my unfavourable review of this location not honoring DD customer survey coupons. Rather they disposed of my donuts when my coupons did not work. Matthew is an 18-year old employee who cares about Customers. Unfortunately, I have been driving through the drive through since March 2022 trying to order a latte or mocha and each time I've tried, I've been told that the espresso machine is down. Back at the end of May, I asked when the espresso machine would be repaired and they said "we ordered a part in March". I swung through this morning and the sign on the drive thru speaker (that used to say "our espresso machine is down") was missing. I, excitedly, thought that meant the machine must be fixed! They featured a Signature Cake Batter Latte on their menu so I ordered one of those... only to be told their espresso machine is down. McDonald's has a better track record with their ice cream machine at this point, which is really saying something. It has almost been 4 months now. I've worked at coffee shops before and have never heard of something so bonkers like "our espresso machine will be broken for a third of the year, maybe more" before. "If lovin' donuts is wrong, I don't wanna be right." Dunkin' Donuts is back from near extinction in Western Michigan with a couple of brand new great locations. I suppose they had to reinvent themselves in the area. The franchises that closed were old and dated and this definitely reintroduces the quality product I'm used to. They tucked this donut shop back in the corner of the parking lot on the corner of Westnedge and Whites Road. You can almost miss it if you're on Westnedge and don't look west as you're crossing the intersection. As always, the donuts are delicious and the coffee is good tasting, too. You'd think people would turn their nose up at DD coffee but I rarely talk to people who don't like it. I'm particular myself and it always hits the spot for me. Recommendation: If you're not in the mood for donuts the bagel sandwiches are great, too. The people here are nice. Service is courteous and prompt. Nothing stands out uniquely about this DD but that's probably a good thing! The taste is fresh and consistent. No surprises other than I can't believe I ate that many donuts...again. read more

I live walking distance this Dunkin' Donuts, and I am still a semi-regular (if not a regular anymore) customer. The employees are always nice (I have NEVER had a rude employee). There have been a couple occasions in which my drink was not made properly by a new employee but it has never been an issue getting the drink fixed (usually just lacking one ingredient anyway). One time, my S.O. walked to Dunkin' and got drinks only to realize he left his wallet at home, and was about to rush home to retrieve his wallet. The employee let him have the two (99-cents happy hour) coffees for free since he didn't want my S.O. to have a "bad experience" - how nice! On another occasion, the employee pointed out to me that they did not have any more of the mix for a drink I wanted. However, the employee was able to suggest to me a similar tasting drink that they would be able to make. (Now, I typically order that second drink - haha). So anyway - 1. Wonderful service, the employees seem happy to be there even if it is hectic 2. Awesome deals on their items at different times of the day/week 3. The inside of this Dunkin' is always clean (I have never been to their restroom, though I strongly suspect it is clean) Having been there a gazillion-bajillion times without one negative experience, I think, is fantastic. read more

The young man that waited on me was heavily tattooed never looked at me while he took my money because he was engaged in a conversation with somebody in the store and then he went to get the donuts and instead of giving me three he gave me six but only charged me for three because he never looked at me and he was still engaged in some kind of conversation with somebody in the store. Went there yesterday 12/27 around noon. Horrible service by the girl that waited on me. Zero greeting, zero interaction aside from taking my order. I ordered a coffee with a shot of caramel, it was very bitter, with no caramel, I also ordered a breakfast sandwich, after a few minutes I went to check on the status of it, they forgot to make it. My son and I were the only ones in the lobby, not only did she forget to make it, she totally forgot what it was. Very disappointed in the experience I had. My order was taken and when i got up to the window they asked me what did you order again? THEY HAD NO CLUE!
