Really bad service, the men with the glasses is very rude. The food sometimes is good but the service I don't like.

Let me say this some of the workers are really helpful and happy to serve but some workers needs to cheer up they give a attitude that doesn't seem welcoming face seems upset and angry which makes me seem why are you working there if you gonna have attitude. read more

They do not how to make drinks. They barely add coffee/espresso just milk and sugar. Everytime I come here it's the same issue.

First time at this location and the hazelnut coffee was ok. It was missing sugar and hazelnut.

I ordered a refresher drink with little ice, the young lady bought me back almost half a cup of drink with a very lite ice, I then asked her could she put more drink in there, she stated that their policy is less ice less drink. UNBELIEVABLE! plus the drink cost more at this Dunkin then I normally pay. Dunkin you have gotten my last purchase. Then they had the nerve to auto pay $25.00 on my card without my knowledge, still trying to fight this charge. read more

So my husband and I did a mobile order for two drinks and two donuts. When the lady hands us the order she says that they don't have one of them because it gets very busy at night so I ask what kind they have because most Dunkin's I go to let me pick the new one and she said no we gave you a glazed, I tried to ask if they had other ones because they can't just have glaze when they are open 24/7 and my husband got something other than glaze? But she just kept saying no. Super rude and probably won't be back. Refreshers were not that good either. Sad I didn't get a donut I wanted. read more

Worst Dunks in GA. I've went to this location many times over the years. They would charge you for the air you breathed after you walked through the door if they could. I ordered a cold brew and asked for no ice. They told me there would be a charge if they were to make it without ice. WTH!!!??!! My order contained a sprinkle donut another drink, croissant & muffin. They forgot the donut and never gave me a receipt and fake scanned my rewards QR code. I went back for my sons sprinkle donut and spent 15min looking through transactions for my purchase while telling me there wasn't any record of my purchase. As I stood there literally at the counter eating the croissant with the DD paper on it!!!!! He finally found it and handed me the donut. He didn't want to...... ......open business in our communities and using our dollars in other communities and even another country. The ambiance is not tense and unwelcoming...... read more

My doughnut was so stale when I bit into it I thought they had accidentally given me a bagel. And my coffee tasted old too. At 6:30 in the morning?! Didn't you like just open up? Ugh... Not gonna let it ruin my day. Do better guys. read more

I absolutely HATE visiting this location. As a night owl , I often drink coffee at night. The night cashier is always angry and rude. Her accent is difficult to understand and she's always yelling, compounding the frustration. read more

We were traveling through and this Dunkin' did right by us! They took care with our order, getting everything right and packing them well so nothing got smooshed etc. It was noon, and they still had our favorite donuts. Thanks for starting our day off right! read more

Everyone that we have come across has been nice. Just wish they had more selection of donuts.

Ordered avo toast and the toast was rock hard like it had been sitting for ages before the avo was put on. The apple fritters were extremely stale and the coffees were really bad, my cappuccino taste like a shot of coffee pretty sure it was just foam on top no actual milk in with the coffee. The older indian lady serving us was rude and as soon as she heard our accents she pushed the tip jar to the middle of the counter. We are not that stupid lady read more

This is by far the worst location. I went here a couple of months ago and the person taking my order via drive-thru was rude. This morning, a different woman taking my order also had an attitude. I ordered a black coffee and it was fine. However, I ordered the bacon strips and they were cold and tasted like the box that they came out of. I will definitely be going to the Riverdale location like I've been doing. read more

Great customer service, fast and friendly!! Granted, I did have my dog in the car but the people were very sweet! Super fast service! read more

Mariah delivered exceptional service! I've worked in customer service for six years and I could not have recommended that she delivered her service any other way. read more

The ladies working there are super sweet and kind but the drive thru takes wayyyyy too long.

I come here regularly for both cups of coffee to be half full of foam barely any coffee. Order two croissant both were stale and tasted very old. I like this place the staff are nice today I spent more on trash than anything we enjoyed. Hopefully y'all get it right read more

Disorganized kitchen, wrong coffee order, coffee made incorrectly, and the staff was extremely rude. There's not much more you can do to earn a bad review. read more

My DD is disappointing sometimes. This is the location that is close and convenient during my commute. The young lady at the window is always pleasant and efficient, however, she can only be as efficient as her team. One morning recently here was a working making the hot food items with his pants hanging below his buttocks. Unacceptable in the food service industry. I usually order with my on-the-go app and drive thru. One morning there was obviously a manager present, everyone was zipping alone and clothing was appropriate. Love DD and this convenient location just wish there was consistency. read more

I ordered liquid sugar I said it two times at the drive-through I still get my order it has regular sugar in it who wants regular sugar with a cold drink the sugar just sits at the bottom disgusting I walk in speak to the manager asked nicely can I have my drink remade he then proceeds to tell me that they do not offer liquid sugar at this location had someone told me this when I said it two times at the drive-through I would not have ordered at this location pitiful read more

Dunkin' - Lrg ice Iced Coffee - Donuts Near Me - Jonesboro, Georgia

I'm so disappointed in how rude these people were at the drive through window. There was no one in line behind me and I asked for a second to read the menu. "One second is $200." I had never tried this location before. I never will again. And no, it's not funny. It's a pattern around here. read more

Pretty standard Dunkin Donuts, although I will say the staff were hilarious, with their smiles, jokes and entertaining conversation, even at 6:30 am. The staff were also really helpful in making a muffin selection. Yes, I know, a muffin decision isn't exactly tough, but it's always nice to get an opinion! Located at the corner of Tara Blvd and Mt. zion, you can't miss this place but even if you do, just do a U-turn at Mt. zion and you're back in business. read more

Dunkin' - the outside of a dunkin donuts shop at night - Donuts Near Me - Jonesboro, Georgia

Very busy and slow at times. Since this place is on Tara Blvd aka Hwy 19/41 and just before you hit I-75 it can get hectic in the mornings. The best coffee served extremely hot-so don't even think about suing, they have warning stickers all over the cups. FREE wifi! The donuts are always fresh and the coffee is not bitter. Combine this coffee with a box of Krispy Kreme and I am in total heaven. :-) read more

Dunkin' - Low cal & low carb options. - Donuts Near Me - Jonesboro, Georgia

Always stop by in the evening for coffee to make the drive home. The coffee is watered-down & weak. They also charge for more than two pumps of flavor. If you ask for them to fix it, they fan you off. They also do not offer certain coffee types at night. read more

This lady at the intercom decided to cuss us out and yell at us through the drive through when we just asked if we could get a minute to decide what to order. the line was not being held up at all like who tf treats costumers like that. It's Dunkin'. Blazing hot coffee. Freshly brewed. Enough said. Never a bad experience. I never do the sandwiches, I'm not a eater of breakfast. I've stopped eating the donuts, they show up on my thighs the next day. Lol. On my way right now actually. read more

I normally don't leave reviews but here I am. One of the owners is very rude. I was a regular customer until today. I always order a medium hot coffee with cream and extra sugar. Today when I pulled up to the window she has an iced coffee in her hand. I then tell her I ordered a hot coffee. She tells me"No, you said iced coffee". She gets an attitude with me when they both misheard my order. Hot and iced don't sound that similar to me but I digress. Well I received my correct order and then proceed to pay. She practically snatched my card out of my hand and then says "Next time you order correct". I wait for my and she shoves it in my hand. After this experience I will most likely not patronize this location anymore. read more

This is the Dunkin Donuts that I typically go to however today I came in and I'm not sure what they were doing because I ordered food on the mobile app gave them extra time before I got here and I still had to wait almost 10 minutes for a macchiato that I ordered 15 minutes prior. What's the point of having the mobile app if I'm still going to have to come in and wait 10 minutes or more. Period. read more

I don't know why all the negativity for this location, I think they're mistaking for the Morrow location because this is the good one. The staff are nice and the coffee is always fresh. Doughnuts seem fresher than Morrow too. By the reviews they're mistaking for the other Dunkin' a few miles away. I believe this is a family run Dunkin Doughnuts. Always nice and get my order right, I go out of my way to come here! read more

Coffee was disgusting which is odd since Dunkin Donuts (to me) has the best coffee ever! Did not taste fresh at all. Will not return to this location. read more

They gave us the wrong order. Then the muffin was hard and stale. Lastly, the tea had been sat out for too long and was very sour basically drinking poison. I don't recommend eating her. Also terrible customer service the people were really rude and they had an accent so you couldn't understand them. They also would repeat stuff in their language so you couldn't understand what they were saying. read more

The service is good, the quality of the food/drinks is good - though I wish the food was hot upon arrival to the drive through window. I've had frozen coffee here twice and a couple of the maple bacon croissant sandwiches. Good, but not great. read more

So I have only stopped here for breakfast around 6:45 am. I've ordered food and donuts both are average. The menu food does take a while when you order it, about an extra 4-5mins. The coffee I order is always on point! The staff is friendly and have a lot of regulars. If I do have a bad experience I will be sure to share it with my yelpers. read more

If I could give no stars, I would! The managers and employees here are ALL rude! I've been here a couple of times and they are sloppy and disrespectful of customers... Very rude man on the speaker. I pulled up to the speaker asked for a strawberry banana smoothie and the guy yells on the speaker no no only basking robins. So you are telling me you're only serving baskin robin items and your also Dunkin' Donuts. I politely said I'll go to the one in Stockbridge since they serve smoothies. Also the ones in the city of Atlanta sell them as well. Very disappointed!! read more

Last week spent quite a bit of money for bagels and coffee. One of the bagels I specifically asked for butter and not cream cheese and the lady came from behind the kitchen trying to argue that we asked for cream cheese however the receipt had stated differently. She took the bagel in the back and apologized. When I got to to the car, it showed that she had just merely scrapped off the cream cheese and added butter. What if I was allergic??? read more

I made a Yelp specifically for the purpose of sharing the horrible experiences I've had here. If I could give them zero stars, I would. One of the owners on night shift (male probably in his 40's) is extremely rude. Since this location is the only one open 24/7 near me, I always go at night and I was a regular customer. They have gotten my order wrong plenty of times and every time I correct them, they have an attitude. One time I ordered a croissant and I got a bagel that was so hard it seemed like it was days old. I realized once I was home so I didn't get a refund. I have many stories but my last straw was tonight. I ordered a medium iced coffee and a croissant, they charged me $9 and when I got to the window I got a small HOT coffee and when I said It was supposed to be an iced coffee, he got mad and told me that I said hot when I clearly said iced. Then he charged me again for a MEDIUM and gave me a small iced coffee. I said no it's a medium and he said he didn't have medium cups. Already frustrated, I said well that's not my problem, if you don't have it you don't charge someone for it and then give them something else. When I called him out and said they get my order wrong everytime, he told me not to go back as if I was in the wrong. I will be reaching out to corporate, someone like that has no business dealing with customers. read more
