I waited 19 minutes from ordering to receiving my food. When I pulled up to the window I waited four minutes before any worker even spoke to me. My order was a medium iced latte with oatmilk and an original glazed donut. Nineteen minutes. I am not impressed. I've worked in a drive through before and I couldn't imagine not addressing a customer who's been waiting to pay for four minutes. Pretzel Egg & Cheese AND CRONUTS, yes all right here in my coffee mecca :-) Okay, the place is clean and the people are nice but nowhere as fast as what I became used to in New England. But then again it is to be expected because the further south you go the slower seems to be. Hey, I'm not knocking it, I appreciate a slower pace especially as I get older :-) That, however, does not apply to Chik-Fil-A because those folks know how to move a line of people, seriously, but I digress. I usually get a large coffee but last stop it was for a HUGE iced coffee with Stevia, and it was great! I need to try the holiday Sugarplum Macchiato before it's gone. Went through the drive thru today 8/26/2020 at 4:52, the lady that took my order was very annoyed from start to finish and when I received my egg and cheese croissants the cheese and the egg were both cold, disgusting. And I had to go back into the store to get another food item because they forgot to give it to me and when I went in I am almost positive that the woman was going to eat it because the food was right beside her and her mask was down. Additionally the receipts said two different names on them and both of them were men's names so I didn't even get her name. I will not be coming back to this location. read more

Never fails to be incredibly slow, mess up your order or a combination of all the above. You could be standing waiting right in front of the dude who took your order and 10 minutes later still don't have it and he acts like he has no idea you ever ordered anything. If you come after 3 pm plan on waiting to order much less for what you order. I don't know if I always hit shift change or what but this location is always slow when I come by after work. I am a regular at this Dunkin Donuts, but several times they have cleared my order from the screen and I have had to wait over 10 minutes for a simple coffee. This morning I placed an on the go order (which is meant to be faster than the line) I didn't receive my order until almost 10 minutes later. I use the on the go app so I can be on time to school, but this morning I was not. The quality control is terrible often the coffee tastes weak or watery. They're not as fast as other Dunkin' locations. I will be taking my business else where. read more

The service was so great, but Dunkin Donuts just doesn't have that WOW factor for donuts. The dough isn't good, but I do like the cream filled ones! I got a medium iced hazelnut coffee and it's pretty good - just reaaaaallly sweet, so if that's you're thing, go for it! read more

You MAY get the right order going through the drive through, and if you make the mistake of going in to grab some quick food, expect to wait until you ask if your food is ready, and watch them scurry around to make it. read more

I called in today to make a complaint about my service. I've noticed over the last several weeks that both the efficiency as well as the quality of service has went downhill! The Sunset Drive location in Johnson City has had a very high turnover rate by way of the employees. Knowing that, I wasn't going to write a review. However after today's phone call with Tom, the location manager, I felt it best to let others know! This after, I bought two ice coffees and a donut like I do every single afternoon. Upon paying, I saw that the coffees were not made right (as many as I've bought over the years, I can tell by the color if they're made wrong). When I asked the girls (both of which are new and training) to add to one of the coffees, one of them preceded to explain how it couldn't be wrong! I again asked to have more mocha added to it and politely explained how it was to light in color to be what I originally wanted, she gave me attitude, grabbed my cup, walked to the counter and did literally NOTHING to fix it! After apologizing to both the girls for upsetting them, another employee comes to the window to tell me that they're both new which was nice. But, driving away and having a sip of the "remade" coffee, I just wasn't going to be able to let it go. The coffee resembled a class of ice milk, nothing like an ice mocha! I then called that store and spoke with Tom, the location manager! After telling him what had happened, he asked which young lady gave me attitude. Not knowing her name, I said the "black girl." Tom began to tell me that he didn't have any black girls under his employment. Then asked if I had any other issues!? Well, yeah! Over the past few weeks, the drive through has slowed down tremendously and has actually became dangerous! Tom dismisses this by explaining that they've experienced a lot of turn over lately. I agreed with that and said that after having fired the manager in training, assistant manager or whatever her title was, "Heather", the drive-through and the inside area seemed to stay backed up! And, since then, I noticed more and more GREAT employees were leaving there! Having been in management and retail sales for years, I know first hand what it takes to have an well established and thriving business, YOUR EMPLOYEES! I guess I over stepped with my comments because Tom quickly told me that he (that location) was up over 25% in revenue and was still growing! He then gave me the contact information to his manager and said good bye! I was NEVER asked to come back in and they would replace my coffees (which company policy is posted everywhere stating that they will make it right) nor did he ask for my information so I could be given a credit at that location! I took his comment about his growth in revenue to mean that he "doesn't need or want my business" and that's okay! But Tom, if you're going to ask someone what they feel are problems be prepared for their answer! By the way, Tom did reassure me that he would talk with the girls, especially the one I described! My reply to that was "wait, you told me you didn't have any one by that description"? "Oh no, she's mixed," he said... You may be asking yourself what I ended up doing with the 2 large ice coffees that were less than drinkable!? Great question, I drove over to the Milligan College location and placed another order. As I pulled up to the window and told my story, the super awesome lady there offered to make them for free, which I gladly paid because it wasn't her/ their fault! I also showed her the original coffees made at which see smiled and judging by the color knew they were NOT what I ordered! Also, that young lady ended up being that locations manager, gave me a small side cup of mocha and apologized profusely for the Sunset store! My family and I will be driving a little further now to frequent the Milligan store , they seem to really appreciate their customers! 5 STARS to Milligan College Dunkin' Donuts!!! My son and I have a weekly doughnut date at this Johnson City location. I just went with my son to get doughnuts and coffee for him/tea for me on his way to school. The young man running the register did not offer a receipt, and I did not insist on one because I did not expect any issues. We sat at a table to eat our doughnuts while waiting for the coffees (one for my son and one that I was to take for my husband). After several minutes of waiting, the coffees were ready. My son took one sip and said it did not taste right. My son did not want to take the time to complain and request it to be made correctly so I took both coffees back to the counter and informed the staff that my son said the coffee did not taste like it should. The guy that made the coffees insisted that he made exactly as ordered. I again said that my son said that it was not correct. The staff offered no assistance so my son threw his in the garbage. I took the other home and had my husband to try it. He made a face and said that it was not even close. I drove back to the store and walked up to the counter and informed the staff that now my husband had tried the coffee, and it is not correct. I requested a refund; however, the manager said that he would remake it. I insisted on a refund for my son's coffee since he was on his way to school and would not be able to return for several hours. No refund was given. The manager stated that he would replace when my son is able to return to the store. I took the replacement coffee home, and my husband said that it was correctly made. There have only been a handful of times that this location has made an error in my orders, but this is the first time that the staff did not attempt to correct their error when I brought it to their attention. I feel that I had to get irate before the staff would even offer to remake. By the way, while the manger was making my husband's replacement coffee, I heard the guy that had made the original coffees state that he had just messed up someone else's order. I hope that he remade it before that customer had to drive home. read more

Great location! Friendly staff and excellent coffee. I would highly recommend this location. It's the cleanest Dunkin I have ever visited.
