The employees here are super awesome- even dealing with my indecisiveness on every visit. You cannot go wrong with any of their signature lattes, although my favorite is the caramel craze. I started going here during COVID when other coffee shops were shut down, and am so happy I did because I refuse to go anywhere else now. This location is the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. My family lives in the area, so unfortunately it's the most convenient, otherwise I'd probably pick another location. Everyone there is either sassy or seems like they HATE their job. As for today- today was really frustrating. Showed up and the drive through line was wrapping around the parking lot. Naturally we tried to walk in and we were turned away because they were "only taking drive through orders" which WOULD have been fine. Except for the fact that the very next couple to walk in after us was serviced. I'm sitting in the drive through watching family after family being serviced INSIDE after I was turned away. I asked the drive though girl if they were now taking orders inside and she said she'd ask. Handed us our food and coffee, didn't say thank you, didn't offer offer or give a receipt (again with the sass and hating their job) and never answered our question before she closed the window and was visibly done with us. Stopped to get donuts after church. I've never had such horrible donuts before! They were so stale. Not soft at all. Won't go back.

I love Dunkin' and this location never messes up my orders BUT the customer service is not great at all. I understand it can be challenging working in food services with hungry people, but there is no need to pass the attitude onto customers that are trying to reflect a positive attitude to you. I've interacted with numerous employees and I only know of 2 older women (not sure of the names) that are very polite. I will still continue to go with a polite tone of voice and smile on my face to prove there ARE kind people in this world! read more

Really bad service. After every item ordered the cashier Jets asking "is that all?" I'd say no and continue with my order she said "oh my God are you done now?" Posting what I sent to management directly with no reply. I just wanted to reach out to you to talk about an incident that occurred on Tuesday around 11:30am. I went through the drive-thru and before I began to order, the person on the other line was laughing and could not take my order. Someone else jumped in and I ordered a large cold brew, light ice, once cream, one sugar. Everything went well, I picked up my drink and when I pulled up the app to pay it was exactly how much I had left on, $4.21. I proceeded to drive off and when I took my first sip, I noticed it was so sweet. I turned around and expressed my concern with one of the employees working the window. They asked someone to remake it and use sugar granules. The other employee used syrup again. I saw it and asked if they could please use granular. The lady working the window asked another employee to make my coffee. This gentleman noticed that they were out of cold brew and proceeded to pour espresso in the cup and top it off with iced coffee. The whole time I can see everything that he is doing. He hands me the coffee and says "here you go". I asked if this was a cold brew and he said "yes"... I then proceeded to ask him why he used espresso and he said well we ran out of cold brew. I also asked why he used iced coffee over. He said that sometimes they do that when there is no more cold brew. I asked again so this is not a cold brew. He realized and acknowledged that he made a mistake when he lied to me. I took a sip and it was disgusting that I gave it back and asked for a refund. The original lady working the window gave me my money back in the form of cash and it was wrong. She gave me less than 4 dollars. I actually remember how much it was because I even joked with her at the window that the amount is exactly what I had left over in my account. They eventually gave me my change back. This whole time not one employee said "sorry for the inconvenience sir" "is there anything we can do to make it up? ''. Absolutely nothing. Your employees were laughing and couldn't take an order, they messed up on my drink to the point that they lied to me about what I was being served (which is a big issue and could have been a lot worse) and then the incorrect change. I do not know how you run your store but maybe remind employees they work in the foodservice industry and need to be a little accommodating and understanding of other people's circumstances. They could have offered , "Sir, we ran out of cold brew... is there anything else that you would like instead of the cold brew?" I would have immediately said the iced coffee would've been jsut fine. This is not the first time I am having issues with this Dunkin' and it's sad this is the only one in the area. Otherwise I would never come back after so many negative experiences. read more

Coming from the northeast I grew up with DD. Love their coffee and love their donuts and breakfast sandwiches. At this location the donuts are very heavy and they don't have all the varieties they have up north. They just don't taste the same. Coffee is still really good though. The breakfast sandwiches are decent. Today however the restaurant was really hot! As in maybe their air conditioner was broken. It's 89 degrees outside and easily the same temperature inside. This is by far the worst DD I've ever been to. I'm from the east coast and we LOVE our Dunkin, so when I learned we had one so close to home I was thrilled. EVERY.SINGLE.VISIT has disappointed me. I kept going back thinking it would get better...N O P E. I've been there mornings where they have no other bagels besides plain and wheat. They didn't have any donuts available but maybe a few selections. I ordered a bagel with butter on the side. They said they couldn't do butter on the side so I got it anyway. They gave me a microwaved bagel with spray on butter. Literally spray butter. I couldn't even eat it. While we were in the store, an older gentleman walked in and asked for a small decaf coffee. He gave them $100 bill and couldn't break it, mentioning he only had a $1 besides the $100. So literally EVERY time I have ever visited this location it has been a s*** show. Specifically the last two times we have waited in their insanely long drive thru line because they refuse to open their inside for even just walk out orders. And once we got up to to order they are out OF ALL DONUTS. You are a donut store WHYY DO YOU NOT HAVE DONUTS. I Would not care as much if my children were not in the car, and patiently waited for 30 plus minutes for their donuts. Ok so ... I don't know what's up with the glaze lately but ... it's horrible. My self and other patrons were concerned about the new glaze...maybe a new recipe? I hope not. The glaze on over 80% of the large selection was (opaque) water thin, dry, brittle with chunks of unblended sugar sporadically drizzled about. As if the donuts were days old. There was a misunderstanding from my side on a drink and they did a great job in fixing it and getting me exactly what i wanted

9:30 am and out of almost everything. I ended up with a dozen donuts 6 that I really didn't want. The toasted coconut (my favorite) only had toasted coconut on the top not like other Dunkin Donuts where it is completely covered. The sugar in the hazelnut iced coffee crunched in my mouth it hadn't been blended in. Just had the most unpleasant unprofessional experience here! Firstly, I try to order but the young girl with dark curly hair kept laughing at me and then took 20 minutes to make me a small drink! There was no one else in front of me either! She was named Candace I believe? Something near that. And to top it all off, I took the lid off my coffee and something clear and stringy was floating at the top of it... I ordered a 10 pack of munchkins (I was told they only had the powdered ones) a maple bacon sandwich, a chocolate iced donut (I was given a glaze, returned it and received an iced chocolate donut) I wanted to order the Halloween special spider donut but I was told that they only had the purple one. The sandwich had one slice of bacon. The powdered donut holes were cold in the middle as if they had been frozen and thawed. My 10 year old didn't eat the chocolate donut because he said it tasted like old oatmeal. My 5 year old didn't eat the purple donut because she said it tasted like bubbles. When I tried to add a order of donut fries, I was told that orders couldn't be modified. I won't be returning here. read more

I have come to this Dunkin many times. Today, I asked for a peppermint mocha, and I received something that tasted nothing like it. It tasted like weird bitter coffee water. It was horrible. That being said, I have noticed that when I go to Dunkin early in the morning around 7 am that the coffee quality is subpar at best. I am not sure if this is due to who makes it? If I go in the afternoon, I usually get coffee that tastes much better. I don't understand why there is such a difference between morning and afternoon. To start the girl at the counter was rude although I believe she thought she was being funny. I went around 11am and the place was not very busy on the inside (but the drive through have about 4 cars) which was why I wake them inside. Little did I know they would pay more attention to the drive through rather than both the people in the drive through line as well as the ones inside. It's been over a decade since I've been to a "Double D." It's one of those places that you see on the way to some other place, unlike Shipley's, which seems to border just about every neighborhood. So, when I saw that this one opening just 10 minutes up the road, I was a bit excited...just as excited as hundreds of other people in the area who have crowded the doorway and drive-thru of this interestingly placed little shop (it sits at one end of an interestingly set up mini strip-mall). After seeing the madness in the last few weeks since its opening, I decided to wait and catch it early one weekend. This past Saturday was the day! I'll start with the end result and say that I surprised my family with an assorted dozen that they were more than thrilled to gulp down! The drawback (in my book): In the drive-thru there are two, separate menu boards you come upon when you drive up. The first shows you the various donuts (upwards of 20 items) with an blurb that tells you that you can order an "Express Dozen" and encourages you to have the types of donuts you want picked you by the time you place your order. You wanna know why? Because the menu (that is actually two menus, side-by-side), at the point where you order, contains everything other than donuts...everything! So, if you recall if the menu read "Blueberry Crumb Cake Donut" or just "Blueberry Cake," or maybe you wanted the "Double Cocoa Kreem Puff Donut" and not the" Double Cocoa Kreem", or was that the "Double Cocoa Dream?" You're going to spend some time getting the person on the other end of the dummy box to explain it is that YOU want. Sheesh! I had so many varieties swirling around in my head that I just winged it, because I thought that there would be another menu to look at. Sure, it's just a car's length to the next menu, but that is one long list and some pretty tongue twisting names. I'm just sayin'... Double D., all it takes it just a 2x4 attachment to the right side of the second menu to add the assortment of donuts. That way granny doesn't have to ask the grandkids what the other sign said. Today, I drove all the way over to Dunkin, because I prefer their coffee over Starbucks, however, at 8:24 this morning, their doors were locked and the drive thru line was about 16 cars long. I didn't have time to wait in that terrible line, so I had to turn around and go all the way to kingwood for work. I was disappointed and frustrated that I drove in the opposite direction of work for coffee to see that THE DOORS WERE LOCKED. How are you going to be a coffee shop and have your doors locked? I was totally excited about Dunkin Donuts opening in my area and even more excited when I got coupons in the mail for it. My husband loves their coffee when we buy it from Kroger's so I just had to take him! We visited on Sunday around 10:30 and thought nothing of it! Upon arrival there were lines wrapped around the building for the drive through and a line almost outside from the inside. Once inside it was COMPLETE CHAOS! The servers didn't know what the drive through attendants needed, the coffee lady was issuing the wrong drinks to people. My husband and I planned to run in and out but that wasn't happening with this crowd. My husbands order was messed up and he ended up getting two free donuts that he ultimately gave away to some child's parents. The coffee was just ok and the donuts subpar. I could have totally enjoyed my Sunday breakfast by visiting the donut shop that is attached to the gas station at the front of my neighborhood AND saved money/gas.
