I've gotten to try many items from Dunkin' due to having one on my college campus but I haven't found anything I liked besides a sour cream donut and the one I ordered at this location was not good. The food is poor quality, highly processed and trust you will get instant regret after spending high prices on the food. On another visit here I ordered hash browns which were mushy and broken apart and a chicken bacon croissant that was so doughy and had no flavor. The drinks taste like pure sugar and coffee flavor. Also, the interior needs either a renovation or better cleaning because it does not look appealing inside. Overall, I do not recommend Dunkin', but still try it, you may find something you like! read more

The coffee is absolutely disgusting. I found a random piece of PLASTIC in my drink. Thank goodness I pulled it out of my mouth and didn't swallow it. This location has pretty poor reviews and there's some fairness to them. A continuous complaint is their customer service. Perhaps, this is due to technical issues but ordering through the drive-thru feels like talking to a brick wall. The food is usually cold and a hazelnut iced coffee with one pump of syrup and milk takes several times to be made correctly. Unfortunately, it is the only Dunkin Donuts in the area but I'll spend my time and money anywhere else. I always try to see the bright side but I cannot think of any reason to ever go back to this location again. Honestly, that is how bad this location is. Once inside not one employee acknowledged me so I had to raise my voice to get someone's attention and ask about my order. Just like I figured it was sitting by the drive thru window getting cold. Went in this morning to grab my son breakfast before his appt. Instead of donuts he asked could he have a sandwich with sausage & cheese. The female at checkout was very nice (she's the only reason for 1 star & the fact I couldn't put anything less) & stated they have a sausage, egg & cheese. I said that'll work, just no egg because he's allergic. She proceeded and said she'll just take the egg off. Well as I'm waiting, the food prep station is open so I saw the young lady making the sandwich. She made the sandwich with the egg on it but realized it said it said no egg. She then took the egg of & bought the sandwich to pickup. I explained to her (nicely) I saw the egg touched & that he's allergic. Boom, attitude & unprofessionalism activated. Her voice escalates and says "we need to know if their is an allergy". I looked at my receipt & it states no egg, I then show them. At this point I thought she was remaking the sandwich, but NO, I've been standing for at least 3 minutes. Another lady walks up and said do you want a refund? You mean to tell me I've been standing here and it wasn't being remade. During this the blonde young lady with the white vapor Max is upset, agitated, and bothered. Engaging in convos with other employees that seemed towards me, but I won't assume, was distasteful even if it wasn't. You're in a customer service business that is open and customers can hear and see everything. The young lady then come back that asked would I like a refund to say "can I give you a refund or something else?". I asked for something else, but I noted the unprofessionalism. I see why the overall stars are 1.5, that's ridiculous. We do frequent this location but usually through the drive thru. This is an unfortunate day of events, because my kids request this place & I actually love their avocado toast. But I'll simply have find another location. Do better with customer service please. We went through the drive through at 9am today, on a Saturday. It was pretty busy, but we weren't in a hurry. They had us pull around to wait for our food. Again, no issue. But then they brought the bag, my husband ate one of the hash browns and then we closed the bag and continued waiting for our sandwich's. Went through the Drive Thru around 11:15am on 09.08.20 when placing my order they were out of pumpkin munchkins, no problem. Continued ordering breakfast and a drink. Drove up to pay and then they tell me their out of croissants. At that point I should have canceled the whole order. The cashier gave me some options to replace the croissants so we agreed on a wrap. Thinking it will be everything the croissant was supposed to be. However these people cut the sausage and egg in half which is half of what I would have gotten for the croissant and still charged me full price. So i paid over $4.00 for this "wrap". This place deserves 0 stars. I choose to frequent this place because it's close to work and I love the coffee. On numerous occasions I have had less than even substandard service, but I continue to keep giving them the opportunity to make things right, until today. I ordered my coffee this morning clearly and loudly. The person taking my order asked me to repeat the order, no big deal. I pull up to the window and he is texting on his and has headphones in both ears. Whatever, I left and knew I was going to come back later for my afternoon coffee. My plan was to give feedback about my experience during my next visit. I return later on and I am the only customer inside. I can tell the gentleman on the drive through window is being trained. I can hear laughing and profane language being used from behind the counter, but I couldn't see anybody. I peeked over the counter - three of the staff members are sitting on the floor behind the counter engaging in their own small talk while completely ignoring any customer that walks in. Horrible!! The two women that were at this location definitely know how to make you feel un-welcomed. When I was taking to her she never even acknowledged what I said. Then when I went to pay she took off with my card for way too long. Then she comes back to the drive through window and there is a larger black woman with her. Used to love Dunkin Donuts. I take my kids out to breakfast on the weekends and often they ask for DD. We go at about 9:30 each time and it always seems like DD iscalready out of items by this time. The real low was my last visit there. I asked for a sandwich on an everything bagel and a toasted everything bagel. They stated they were out already I was told. I stated really? It's only 9:15 and they didnt seem busy. The clerk ran to the back and came back and stated they have some and could give me the sandwich. I said great, and extra bagel, at which she frowned but didnt say anything.
