I am really impressed by this Starbucks!! The gentleman in the back really cares about how the coffee is made you can tell and I really appreciate that nice fresh and strong. I asked them to double toast to my spinach egg white feta wrap and it is perfect for the first time! Also, My Sons ham and cheese croissant was toasted perfect! I didn't know it could get any better. I was inclined to review this location after a very positive experience this morning. The staff here is what gets my 5-stars! They were busy and filling online orders, but were still very personable and friendly. This location does NOT have a drive-thru, so I suggest you do an online pick-up if you're in a hurry. There are several places to sit inside, as well as an outdoor seating area. The parking lot can get a little bit chaotic so be careful. As far as food goes, they have a decent selection of snacks and pastry-type things in their case. read more

This is one of the nicest Starbucks I've ever been to. I'm not huge on Starbucks but this place is fast with service, always friendly, and knowledgeable. It's not usually crowded and they know how to use gift cards, which a surprising number of Starbucks seem unable to do. This place is like the Cheers of Starbucks stores. Think Central Perk. I spent two days here catching up on work after a hurricane took out my power and internet, and it felt like every other or every third person to walk in was greeted by name. Some baristas knew drink orders by heart. Even observing the way the staff interacted; I felt like I was an extra in show or a movie. All that said, in addition to the electricity and WiFi, I choose Starbucks because of the consistency in product no matter where I'm at in the country, and this place is no different. Full disclosure: I've been a gold card Starbucks carrier for years. Generally speaking, at most Starbucks, I find the coffee, service and cleanliness a cut above similar establishments. That being said, I feel this location is my favorite. They do what others do just a little bit better. It does not matter if you're coming in the morning or later. The staff during the entire day maintains a high level of competence. The only downside is that this location doesn't have a drive thru. However it does seem to allow them the opportunity to focus their entire staff's attention on you - the person standing in front of them. read more

After receiving an email from Starbucks concerning May's happy hour on frappuccios, I decided I was overdue for a visit. Decided to go to this location instesd of crossing the other side of the road and be tempted to gp shopping at the one located inside Target. From the outside, this little corner suite looks itty bitty, but dont be foooled-- this location has a lot of depth inside with ample bar seating and window seating. Very warm colors wrap around the entire space, creating a calm and inviting scene. I almost wished I didn't have to rush off to enjoy and soak it all up. My sister and I just got to drinks here, the gentleman who is making the drinks has very long hair. It was not tied back, he just had a cap on top but it was otherwise hanging around everywhere. As my sister sat and drank her drink, about a third of the way through, a hair came through the straw. My sister has blonde hair, the gentleman later he has long dark hair. It was a very long dark hair. Now, I'm trying to be discreet when I call the pink haired barista girl to the counter and ask her to lean in closer, so I can let her know that my sister found hair was in the drink without everyone in the place hearing about this unsanitary result, and that the gentleman-who was the only one who was making Everybody's drink inside the store-might want to tie his hair back. She stared at me blankly stating they don't touch the straws. Thank you, definitely not a Rice Uni student, no Harvard in her immediate future. How did this particular location blow your expectations so far out of the water that it stands out as a shining 5 star beacon amongst the sea of standardized coffee storefronts? The world may never know. This location is in every way representative of the typical Starbucks experience. Service is fairly courteous and quick, but lacking the personality of more exemplary baristas. There are chairs and couches inside, and little umbrella topped tables outside, if it happens to be nice, and the wifi is free. read more

I came in here a late Thursday night just before closing to redeem my free drink or food item because it was expiring that day. The guy who rang up my drink was helpful but didn't take my name for my drink. Although the place was relatively empty, I would expect common procedure of taking orders. I sat down to wait for my venti black tea lemonade to be made and was scrolling through my phone. Good thing I looked up after a while because my drink was sitting on the counter. Not a cozy atmosphere at all. This particular location doesn't want anyone stating long. All of the chairs are hard wooden chairs. The staff is not friendly. When I greeted the staff with a "hey, how are you guys?" The response from one of them was "tired & hot." Not even a smile. They were out of the Christmas holiday blend, because they just didn't want to brew anymore. Starbucks just seems to not care anymore. Frustrates me that Chick Fil A restaurants can train and hire, brite, friendly and delightful people. I wish others would follow suit, it clearly possible. read more

I am a Starbucks lover I love all things coffee first and foremost. I got the chai tea vanilla latte no water with coconut milk and extra shot of espresso. Yumm and she made it perfect. This Starbuck is located inside of a Target in a shopping Plaza. Today there was only one barista working so I was somewhat slow but she was very nice very kind and she got my order perfect.if your in a rush this is not the place for quick and fast service but they do listen and get you request write the first time. I've always said I'm paying $6 for a cup of coffee it better be flawless not the best place to come study because they only have about 2 outlets so if you need to plug you mind might not have the best luck but on the upside no one really sits inside of the Starbucks its more just I'm grabbing coffee going shopping or grabbing coffee and going home. read more

I'm normally too frugal (cheap) to pay for coffee when I can make it myself. Even so, I come here 3+ times a week. My wife is devoted to their straight black coffee. My 3 y.o. Wants their "cake a cream", a cake pop plus milk! They're always friendly and welcoming. Sometimes they're sold out of my son's favorites but I can't blame them for being popular! We substitute a Cheese Danish at those times. Overall this is a nice place to hang out, meet friends and enjoy good tasty drinks & pastries. Absolutely the best Starbucks we've been to. (The one in Buena Park, CA, comes close though.) The service has always been exemplary. We've been inside and through the drivethrough and it doesn't matter how busy they are, we're still treated like the most important people there. They treat everyone like that! I always have the frozen drinks with no actual coffee, and the strawberry creme is awesome. My husband says the coffee is always served at the right temperature. These guys are just great. read more
