No. Just no. I am a HUGE fan of Dunkin' Donuts, all of their coffees and teas are great and their food is good too. But this location has disappointed me multiple times now. They've gotten my order wrong 3 different times, and refused to work with me 2 of those times. The gentleman I believe to be the manager, is rude when he works the window and argumentative. I was so excited when Dunkin' Donuts opens, but it was a complete let down with the wait times, and then the donuts themselves are not that impressive. I remember being a little girl and how awesome they were, but not anymore. First time at this DD was last night. They are still VERY new. Around 7p we order at the drive thru, and like another reviewer mentioned, the menus preceding the actual 'speaker box' show all the donut types/prices, and the menu you actually get to park in front of while ordering, is everything but donuts. I had to turn around while ordering, and try to catch a few donut names on the backside of the donut menu...odd layout. The poor boy did terrible...I actually felt sorry for him. He asked me my order, didn't know if he had the donuts I ordered, asked me how many I ordered total (I didn't count, I was just ordering 1 of these, 3 of that??? isn't he taking MY order?), a lot of ummmms, and a lot of 'ok so how many???'. Well after that really long order through the speaker, I get to the window, and yes, you guessed it, he asked what my order was, yet again. I literally had to rethink all the kinds and amounts...I think I ordered more the second time because I was so confused and ready to leave by this point. We came to the conclusion that they only had maybe 1/2 the donuts I wanted, we left with 1 extra, and 2 wrong flavors. He did give us a coupon that expires in 5 days...I probably won't get to use it. The 2-star saver? The donuts we did get, like the chocolate cake and pumpkin cake , were very very good. The lemon filled ones we did not order, but received, were not. Second time they took my money and told me afterwards Coffee is sold out if i could Please Park in the front and wait they would bring it out. they never came. I had received two gift cards for DD, so the kid and I decided to check them out. I got the mint hot chocolate - AWESOME. Basically tastes likes a liquid Andes mint - YUM! My only complaint, ironically enough, is how very super hot it was. I had to wait a good ten minutes before I could take a sip! (So, no, not a valid complaint at all!) I also had the smoked sausage breakfast sandwich with no egg (I'm picky about eggs), and it was also pretty darn good. The kid liked his hot chocolate and bacon ranch chicken sandwich, although, he's not a fan of hashbrowns, so I got to munch on those. MUCH better than McD's or BK's by FAR. Highly disappointed coming to this place especially since there arent any in California. I literally drove 30 minutes out of the way just to taste a stinkin donut! Well, i ordered about $30 worth of items and omg, the donuts were stale! HUGE HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT! There were literally like 5-12 donuts to choose from (thats not too many compared to other donut places). Honestly really bad customer service and they're really slow. A friend and I went inside to order, but nobody was there for 10 minutes then we decided to go through drive thru and they told us they couldn't do two separate payments and we should've stayed inside. Then we ordered and we had two drinks, they repeated it just fine, but when we go to the window they only gave me one. When I said I ordered two they said they only charged me one and if I wanted another one I'd have to go through the line again. The line that was so long that it wrapped to to side! If I could give them no stars I would. Don't bother coming here unless you're into bad customer and slow service. read more

At first I was super excited that a location was opening close to our home. We went on the second day of their grand opening. It was a HOT Mess. Long wait, slow service and not enough donuts!! I gave them the benefit of the doubt since they were brand new. I went a few weeks later. The lines were shorter but the employees and mangers had no clue what was going on. I started out in the drive thru and had to get out and park because the girl at the register didn't have my two coffees ready after waiting 20 minutes. I went inside to get my coffees. They were not ready nor had they even started making them yet. The were apologetic, but this does not fix your organization and communication issue. The coffee was horrible no flavor and honestly I could have stayed home and made it better myself. Needless to say they have lost a return customer. Get it together Dunkin! read more

I so badly want to love this location and I am cheering for them as much as I possibly can but I just can't seem to get consistently good experiences here. I'd describe this place as hit or miss. When they're on, they're on. When they aren't, they absolutely stink. I will say that my experience with them this past weekend was good. They tend to go out of stock on certain varieties of donuts on the quick which is disappointing. I like getting the glazed blueberry donut here along with a vanilla iced coffee. Their kolache is decent. My son loves their munchkins - specifically their blueberry, chocolate, glazed, and powdered. We like to eat our donuts on site rather than take them to go. There is plenty of seating which is nice as most donut shops are quite small. Cleanliness can be an issue at times here. I get the sense that they do not have quite enough staff. We'll keep coming back and giving it another try. read more

This DD location is absolutely terrible when it comes to customer service. & it is an absolute disappointment it being that DD has my heart and has been my all time favorite donut and coffee establishment to go to. Every single time I have visited this location there has ALWAYS been an issue with my order being incorrect (& that's because I order through the DD app, "on the go"). However, this past Friday (Good Friday) was my breaking point. The young lady working the window (Rikki V. according to my receipt) was just absolutely horrible! Not only did she try to give us the wrong order, she rolled her eyes and scoffed at me whenever I pointed out the issue. Last but not least, I mentioned she had forgotten my donut and she clearly stated "god damn, fucking bitch" & continued to roll her eyes at me. Damn near threw my donut at my and slammed the drive up window. If she hates her job so much, why even show face to begin with? Had a similar experience to Maggie's review. The man at the window complained when we told them the order was incorrect. Afterwards we found the cream cheese on the bagel seemed to be not as much as usual. Also, this is now the second week their hot chocolate machine was down. There was a Pro though. When I pulled up to order I was asked to wait. There were two cars waiting at the window, and maybe 4 people inside. I waited over 5 minutes. After the long wait when I went to the window the young lady didn't really care if I was there or not. She was not customer friendly at all. She gave me the donuts and asked me to pull around and wait for the Kolaches. A few minutes later a young man brought them to me, no big deal. Visiting from California where we sadly do not have Dunkin Donuts I was happy that this location was close to my families home. The store is so cute and the atmosphere was very warm and welcoming. The customer service was great and they even gave us free donuts to try and the donuts were delicious! In reading previous reviews I didn't have any of those issues. From my understanding the location has only been open a few months so maybe they need a little time to work the kinks out. But, overall I was very happy and pleased with my experience and if I lived in Humble I would go there often. read more

Great coffee! Morning staff is usually overwhelmed because they are understaffed. Three people can't handle the morning rush at a donut shop, this isn't the fault of employees but the management. If you increase the number of employees I'm sure it will be a positive change for both your customers and employees.
