Food and beverages are astounding at this place and the staff are really great with all types of customers, but even better with the Karen types too. We had this one come in there yapping on about how she was from Ann Arbor and she never has to wait this long for her basic drink order. #1 her drink was not basic at all. Since the fall drinks have returned, my fiancé and i have gone to dunkin more frequently for the pumpkin cream cold brew. Everytime we have gone they have messed up our order in some way. Today they handed me these (pictured) and i told them that this was a latte not a cold brew: the girl turned around told her coworker and they all began to talk shit about us while the window was open. Just thought I would share this here as well as posting it all over social media tick-tok Facebook all of them to tell my truth. I was recently hired as a store manager for the new Dunkin , Mugg and Bops location on Oak Grove Rd. in Howell Michigan. I started off there doing very well. All of my employees liked me, I worked well with everyone. My mother came to the grand opening. They told her how happy they were to have me and how great of a worker I was I also have text messages of them praising me for a job well done. Then a few days later, the COO of their particular franchise daughter asked me about my sexuality. I told her that I was gay. Normally I keep my work and private life very separate but if somebody directly asked me I'm not going to lie about who I am. That same day I was fired after I was asked about my sexuality up until then everything I did was great, and I was such a great worker. I worked the whole week. My grandmother was on her deathbed. I never asked them for any day off besides her funeral, and then the day I come back from burying my grandmother, they fire me with no conversation no explanation. The owner didn't even have enough decency to have a conversation with me instead she blocked me, so what other reason would that be? Besides the fact that I'm gay. it's wrong and I will not sit here and take it. I have contacted an attorney. I have called the Better Business Bureau and like I said before I will be posting all over social media to tell my story. I tried calling their HR department and was told that they are on lunch and they would call me back and never did so I hope this blows up all over social media so that people can see the real kind of people there supporting when they go to that business. read more

This place is very busy in the morning and the staff absolutely try their best to deal with the line of customers going out the front door and the line of cars all the way out to the street. If I could give zero stars I would. I understand people have bad days...but the service is the same each time I go...just terrible! Each time I order through the drive through, they ask me to repeat my order several times (my order isn't rocket science...hot caramel latte with almond milk), then I wait in line for 2-3x longer than necessary, only to get the wrong order! They usually leave out the almond milk, or give me hot instead of iced. They have even tried giving me the order of the person in the car behind me. I will not be back unless something changes. I am a regular customer of this location. My husband and I spend an average of $15 per week at this very location. I keep TRYING to give them every opportunity to gain my confidence, but today was the absolute last time. I purchased a dozen donuts, and a Vanilla Chai today. The donut selection went fairly well, but the Chai was a complete disaster. A gentleman behind me ordered 2 Chai, so we were both waiting on that order.... and waiting... and waiting... and waiting, to the tune of 12 MINUTES!!!!!! And then... when the chai came out, the gentleman that was AFTER me got his 2 first!!!!! Trying to keep my composure, I left the store. When I opened the cup to my Chai, it was only 1/2 of the size that I ordered. UGH... no more!! I'll take the extra time to park in front of Howell Coffee House, and pay more! I'm not sure what happened to this location. But in the past year, it has really gone downhill. My husband and I used to frequent this Dunkin all the time as it is very conveniently located. Recently, however, our order is wrong more than it is right. We've had the wrong donuts given to us, bagels not toasted, coffee with sugar added... Went to exchange a coffee mug bought for me for Xmas by my husband. Did not have a receipt. Unused with all the tags/stickers still on. Wanted to upgrade and would pay the difference. First class manager would not allow because he said I could not prove it was purchased there. Told him he still could resell it but he told me all stores discard their returned items. I don't know what planet this manager lives on but he should ask Costco, meijers, etc. I have personally seen returned, unused items being restocked all the time. I was tempted to take the identical mug from the display and mix them up and say "oops!, What do we do now?!". They Lost a weekly customer for $12.99. He also could have rescanned it to verify it was once part of his stock. Total clown! read more
