Although the service with sweetie for a drive-through at this location, I did not get any napkins in the top of my coffee needed to be wiped off. I also received a QR code for a free donut that I tried to use, but it never registered, and the cashier never caught on, and therefore charged me for the whole order. I tried to go through the virtual assistant who put me in contact with, a separate assistant, Cameron, who also could not help me and advise me to call a service line from Monday through Friday. However, in the past, the virtual assistant would offer 250 points to your account, which would equate to a free donut. There has been multiple issues with timing of service at this location, and getting an accurate order. If you have another Dunkin close to your house that you like, I recommend that one. How is it possible to consistently get a bad cold brew? The cold brew doesn't taste like cold brew at all, and unfortunately, it's the only dunks on my way to work unless I get off the highway in Manchester. So I go hoping to finally get a good coffee, and once again, they didn't fail to disappoint. The cold brew taste like burnt day old Maxwell house filtered through a homeless person's underwear. I'd give 0 stars if I could. Staff is so rude including the manager. Messed up my order and gave me an attitude about it. I asked for the manager and she called me a Bitch. The cook was absolutely rude. I can hear them messing around in the background instead of listening to the order and argue with me after I repeated myself 3 times that I wanted eggs in my sandwich. They also never gave me my hash brown and argued with me telling me I never ordered it. The cook made me go all the way back and order it again even though the manager repeated it in the speaker. Walked in this morning to get bagel and coffee. Lady making bagel was screaming at other employees in front of customers! Then this bagel lady was throwing sandwiches at the customers waiting... I'm guessing she prob wasn't in a good mood! ..... but the bagel sucked, she was so angry that she just toasted it, threw a glob of butter on it and called it a day. Worse dunkin ever. One rude employee that is just mean Ordered 4 coffees easy order and they messed it up 2 times and said "well I read it back to you so!" I paid took it and threw it out. It's a Dunkin donuts. Not sure I need to say much more. We stopped by at 5:30 in the morning on our way to the airport. They must have just opened. The manager was running the register and one of the ladies getting ready was shouting at him and came out surprised that they had customers so early. They were friendly and I was happy for that interaction. The coffee came out alright and did the job. The Boston creme donut was average and the egg and cheese croissant sandwich was a little chewier than I had wanted, but all of this set us up nicely for the morning. Complaining about the erroneous outcome of my food or drink orders is not something that I would typically do, however, this Dunkin' Donuts continues to lack professionalism and lacks care for simplistic detailed request. ALL THREE TIMES in the last 6 months (I try to avoid this place like the plague) I have ordered coffee with one cream, and I have received my coffee incorrectly made. I have requested a correction ALL THREE TIMES -- only to receive my coffee back in the same cup with incorrect order detail on it, tasting like half the coffee had been dumped out and more added in. It costs about .30 cents to make a coffee which makes their coffee overly priced and clearly their staff is overly paid. Would give zero stars if I could. Went through the drive through and they made my drink wrong. When I went in to get it fixed she said she made it right, when I told her how to make it she instead put pumps of vanilla bean flavoring in and it gave it back to me. It now has the consistency of syrup. Disgusting drink and horrible customer service. Go less than a mile down the road for a much better Dunkin donuts. read more

The best experience I have ever had at DD's. Lisa waited on my husband & I. We're travelling to VT from MA. We were warmly greeted. We bought coffee and munchkins. My husband ordered dark roast. When Lisa poured it she felt it wasn't hot enough and asked if we would mind waiting while she brewed a fresh pot! this experience was one of the best dunkin's i have ever gone to. i work a 9-5 and this was a CHEFS KISS. the service was immaculate and i was treated so well and my drink came out so well the perfect combo of evrything. the drinks were also so good and i 10/10 recommended. only adjustment is the cash register because the worked said it wasn't working so you should get that looked at . i love laugh love this dunkin! read more

Very poor service. Did I mention they have very poor service? 10 minutes to get a med black coffee. If I hadn't already paid I would have walked out. 6 staff people and two customers. This is continually the worst experience of customer service of all dunkin donuts. Most dunkin's staff will greet you, use manners, and smile at least once but not here. The drive thru usually has a few cars backed up and will keep you waiting for just a single coffee. Which is baffling because when I go inside to order I find my self standing at the counter with all the staff paying attention to the drive thru. Besides the unfriendly staff, the coffee always ALWAYS taste burnt not to mention the coffee is made completely wrong. For example today I ordered one Iced latte and one iced coffee, and received two iced lattes made not even the way I wanted the one iced latte. While there are many Dunkin Donuts locations that all seem to have everything organized and fast across the river, this Dunkin donuts baffles me. There could be one person inside and the staff is constantly freaking out. I almost never get the correct order whether it be a plain bagel with cream cheese or one iced coffee. Of all the Dunkins that I go to, this one is the worst. They keep it pretty clean in there, but they have messed up my order quite a few times. I went through the drive-thru and my iced coffee was $2.18. I gave the cashier a $20 bill and $.18 in change. He took it and then asked what I wanted him to do with the change. I replied that he should put it in the cash register so I would get $18 back. He then asked if I wanted to give it as a tip, I said no, it is part of my payment for the coffee. I then said to just type in the $20 and 18 cents into the cash register and it will tell him what to do. He then dumped the change in the tip mug, and proceeded to try and give me $17.82 back. I took the bills and explained that he needed to put the change back and give me a $1. Please hire people who understand what change is, and that they don't need to figure it out in their head, just use the cash register and trust it. I was at the window for almost 2 minutes trying to simply get my $18 in change. While he was new, understanding how to use the cash register should be covered in training before putting employees behind them. read more

We just moved in right down the street so we were very excited to learn there was a dunkins so close. Unfortunately, everytime my boyfriend and I have gone here they've completely gotten our order wrong even when it's dead. Its frustrating to have to go back multiple times to get our coffees fixed. It would be in your best interest to re-train your employees or set up a better system. read more

Worst DD ever. I have been ones across the states to include ones in Texas. Texas beats the crap out of this one. Never ever to return to this one. Colatas were watery no body to them. Tastes like vanilla milky water. Ordered turkey sandwich on a ciabatta bread. At 5pm they were out so I had it on a plain bagel sauce was placed right in the center of the bagel, meaning he did. I went to this location around 9pm this evening (7/2/17) after a fantastic day at Salisbury beach! BUT I did NOT expect to be so ignored! My friend and I went in, used the bathroom and stood in line to order. She ordered her things and patiently waited for her order--which, took an extraordinarily long time, considering it wasn't very busy. While the guy at the register was helping prepare my friends order neither him or his other coworker even acknowledged me but to ask me something about my FRIEND'S order (I'm a customer, why would I have bothered to pay attention to someone else's order??) and walked away without another word to me. I continued to patiently stand there for another solid 10 minutes as I watched the employees serve not one but TWO other cars who were going through the drive-thru portion of this DDs without even giving me so much as a glance. My friend finally received her order and at the point I spoke loudly to my friend uttering the words (while shrugging--confused, annoyed, and hungry) "Well, I wanted to order something, but I feel like I'm just being ignored" and only at THAT point did the other employee on staff (a young woman) walked over to take my order, but at that point I was already halfway out the door. I wait in line patiently for 15 minutes total--mind you, there were no other customers inside, aside from my friend and I, so they were definitely not swamped--even with the couple people going through the drive-thru. It seemed like the two employees were having several issues and my experience overall was entirely unacceptable. We didn't have time to sit around forever, nor the energy to exhaust worrying about being NOTICED as a paying customer. We live four hours away and it was already after 9pm.
