This is one of my favorite Dunkin's because it gets me energized and awake early on weekday mornings. I generally visit between 6 and 6:30 AM, and there is rarely much of a line through the drive through. Even if there is a line, it moves very quickly. The staff is always so pleasant and friendly (they probably feel bad that I have to wake up early for work too). Love using the Dunkin app for extra points and perks. Very fun! read more

The drive thru is very fast moving, however this a busy location and they are often sold out of certain items such as the selection of donuts. They are affiliated with the DD app and you can certainly order ahead too. Their lobby is usually closed and their drive thru gets congested rather quickly on peak hours. read more

this is specifically for the Saturday mid day shift. the drive thru on a weekday morning is perfect and so efficient so go then, not on a Saturday. I ordered a decaf iced americano. I am highly sensitive to caffeine as of recent and if I drink regular coffee, I can't sleep until like 2am. I am writing this after being up until 2-230am because clearly someone didn't read the sticker on the cup and figured it would be fine. people ask for decaf for multiple medical reasons...the least they could do is follow that. you want to screw up the milk or the sweetener? fine. but the 4 hours of sleep I got last night which now ruins my entire day and causes me to feel like total crap is thanks to their lazy attitudes. they even closed the inside because they couldn't handle walk ins, just drive thru. and before you say they are understaffed and the nonsense "nobody wants to work" rhetoric, there were FOUR employees inside which is how many are always there. read more

This is the best Dunkin in the area. I've gone to others due to convenience and was never as satisfied as when I go to this location. They're very fast- no matter how long the drive thru line is, you'll never wait longer than 5 minutes. The employees are all very friendly and I've never had my order made wrong. I do agree that the parking lot set up is kind of awkward but that's nobody's fault besides the builders and doesn't get them any less stars, in my opinion Lol. read more

It's a very tight squeeze that can only fit a few cars, and the exiting drive-thru traffic has no visibility of you if you're exiting from the parking lot. The parking lot here is an accident waiting to happen. Otherwise, the staff here are friendly and get the orders correct in a timely manner. I've noticed they have flavors that most other Dunkin Donuts shops ran out of long ago. The prices are normal with other DD locations and I've never been mischarged as mentioned in previous reviews. read more

The slowest inside service I have ever encountered. The drive thru is very fast. One person works walk in and takes her sweet time. 4 persons work drive thru. When I commented gentleman said they are short staffed. Maybe management should treat their employees so they have pride in there work. read more

The man at the drive thru was super rude to me and when I went to the window to complain the girl was super rude. We even said that we k ew the complaint wasn't about her. Instead of a I'm sorry miss she said "I think he was nice have a good day". Not the way you handle a complaint. That's how you get bad reviews. An I'm sorry gets people to forget they have a complaint. She should learn that for next time. Also the coffee is always crap here honestly. read more

Tipping is expected now and no longer appreciated. In fact, I paid $2.25 for a drink that was $2.13 and the lady assumed the change was hers to keep and walked away from the drive through window. I was in a rush and left like a sucker. read more

My order is always made right, but this place overcharges and then does not give you a receipt. My friend and I have had several instances where we order a drink and they didn't give us a receipt and when we checked our bank accounts, it looked like they charged us double. I always ask for a receipt now, but I was in a rush last time. When I checked my bank account they had charged me $4.90 for a small iced coffee with almond milk. I'm pretty annoyed. read more

This place is a rip-off. Charged me over $2.00 for one..let me repeat, ONE English muffin than a separate butter charge of $1.25 when I asked for lightly buttered. Went back in and after complaining, they reluctantly gave back the $1.25. Went to the D.D. on rt. 35 in Lawrence Harbor and was charge $1.10 for one English muffin and only .25 cent butter charge. You lost a customer. What were you doing? Charging each half of the muffin as two separate muffins? Shame on you. read more

Its a chain, and this one isn't as clean or well run as others. The coffee is okay in a pinch, but really, you can do better.

This is hands-down the most efficient DD drive-thru I've ever been to. You can tell they work really hard to move people through.

I HAD to review this dunkin donuts and give it 5 stars just because they are SO fast! I've never been to a more efficiently run dunkin donuts. I went here to get my early morning coffee. The woman at the drive thru recommended the cold brew coffee so I decided to try that. It tasted great and I got it very fast. By the time I drove around my coffee was ready! Amazing service, will definitely recommend. read more
