While I'm NOT a fan of Dunkin Donuts, this is definitely one of the better locations, in Delaware. The restaurant is usually pretty clean and the employees are far more friendly than most places. That being said, Dunkin Donuts coffee is not, at all, to my taste and their donuts taste like they've been sitting in a case for about 3 or 4 days before being served. The bagel sandwiches are decent but, not worth the money and hash browns are positively disgusting and smell like pure grease! My 4-Star rating is simply due to comparing locations, not quality of product! read more

Went to Dunkin' Donuts in Harrington this morning and heard a customer AND employee talking about how annoying/loud my 11 MONTH OLD was being and how they didn't like it. And then the employee handed me my donut and said "here. Just take it and go. Your child is screaming" and walked away from me and didn't charge me just so I'd get out of the store faster. The food was TRASH! I only ordered 2 wake-up wraps and an order of hash browns. the wraps were cold. I asked for the bacon to be crispy, instead it looked like it was half cooked. the hash browns were HARD and cold! This is NOT okay! Every time we have been in this location the employees there were pleasant! A far cry from the Dover location across from Price Honda. The Harrington location hands down is one of the best I've been too! The drinks are consistent and everyone always has a smile. 9-28-16 So...when the tip cup is low...remember this. Your personality goes a long way. I truly take back everything that I've said about the awesome service here. The poor miserable woman working tonight. I don't wanna go back. As soon as I pulled up to the drive through the girl taking my order had an attitude. "What do you want?" Said in an incredibly rude way. And then as I'm ordering "hold on hold on hold on" and then after I order she doesn't even tell me my total or anything! Just says "pull around" in an irritated and rude way! I just wanted to order breakfast, man. The guy at the drive through who handed me my food was lovely and I have no complaints against him but that girl needs a serious attitude adjustment because you should NOT be speaking to customers who haven't done anything to you like they're an annoyance on your soul just for existing. Super nice staff and typical DD offerings. Parking lot is small and awkward but drive thru is fast. Never an issue with service of food. They always have the current items unlike the DD in Seaford. Try the chocolate strawberry filled donut YUM. read more

This Dunkin Donuts doesnt make donuts and they are always old & Stale. Also they have a bad habit of not giving you your penny when you buy a coffee for $2.99 They also keep the napkin dispenser turn toward themselves and only give you one napkin. So now I just make my own and save, $25.00 a week There free wifi also sucks. It blocks most site the public visits. read more

I Urge any people of color to STAY AWAY from this Dunkin Donuts. My Husband and I were discriminated against on 3/7/2020!! We went to the drive through and placed our order but the employees refused to make our drinks or even come to the window and acknowledge us as we sat and waited for our coffee. I watched as they prepared the drinks for the car behind us (white people of course). We sat at the window blowing the horn as they looked at us in disgust and would not wait on us! My first time at Dunkin Donuts. I don't know if it's because we're sort of in the South but everyone here was SO nice!! I just got a breakfast sandwich and my husband got a muffin and iced coffee. I tried some of his coffee because I wanted to try this famous Dunkin Donuts coffee. Not bad! My breakfast sandwich was pretty good but honestly nothing beats the Sausage Egg McMuffin. read more

I ordered 25 munchkins, I was given a bag of donuts and told the guy at the drive through window there was no way that wa 25, he assured me I was wrong and there were 25. When I got back to my hotel and empty the bad there were 10 munchkins. I called the store and explained this to the girl that answered, she ended up hanging up in mid as I was explaining when I could return for a refund. I called back and a guy answered and proceeded to argue with me about the situation and delay when I asked to speak to the manager. Amanda got on the phone and I explained again the situation. If they had addressed my concern about the wrong order when I was there none of this would have happened. Now I have to be inconvenienced to go back to the store for a refund. In my 20 years experience with Dunkin Donuts I have found that the Caucasian and Filipino owned stores are far more superior then any of the Pakistan or those from India. Their stores are always dirty, their coffee is always regrind or just old, their food is subpar and they will write off old food as a loss but still keep on shelf and charge full price. read more

I have not visited this establishment in 3 years. If I can give this "business" 0 stars or negative stars, I would. Insects constantly crawl all over the place to join customers for meals/snacks. The food and containers are often dirty. The service is provided by some employees that should not work near people. Some of the employees are rude, unprofessional, and callous. One employee continued to ask a customer for their number. Talking to their "store manager" was fruitless. Their then "store manager" was a completely uncivilized, indignant, and antisocial woman. She would harass a customer to leave the premises if the customer stayed past 5 minutes. If you are using a computer or sit in your car shortly after eating, prepare for her to have a temper tantrum. She even gossiped, spread lies, and defamed customers. On multiple occasions, she was completely hormonal and not able to speak past a 4th grade level vocabulary. When she ran out of rational things to say, she would simply threaten and yell. Once, their regional support manager was nearby and turned a blind eye to her behavior. If the owner of this shop has not changed the "leadership" in the last 2 years, then, customers are better off eating out of a garbage can.
