Baskin Robbins ice cream is the best ever. However I was so disappointed when I walked in to order pralines and cream, as advertised and it wasn't available. Coffee was all right but not how it should be. It was pretty weak. Employees know nothing about the app to assist customer and didn't even care to help. One of the donuts was incorrect but my husband did not want to make them correct their mistake as he was already irritated with the employees at that point. Was a very disappointing visit. read more

Dunkin' Donuts is one of those guilty pleasures I indulge in when I want to say screw my diet I'm going to eat something that puts a smile on my face. Most times though, when I walk in thinking I'm going right for the Boston Creme donut, I see a banana, or oat meal, and realize if I practice some restraint I won't have to pay for it later on the scale. But when I'm not practical, I go right for their Boston Creme. What's not to love about a place like this with so many frosted and frozen treats AND coffee that Dr. Bob Arnot, the author of The Coffee Lover's Diet, found has the highest levels of polyphenols or plant-based antioxidants, that help reduce inflammation in the body. This dunkin donuts is located in a tiny plaza. Parking shouldnt be a problem but can be kinda crowded during the morning rush when people are stopping by for coffee and donuts. Unfortunately, they do not have a drive thru. I've been to this location many times and never had a bad experience there. Although the employees don't say much or smile a lot, they still say their "hellos" and "thanks yous." The place is well kept. The tables seems to be wiped, floors mopped and windows cleaned. I've never went in there before and said to myself how dirty and gross this place is. When you walk in, your shoes don't stick to the floors. I would say they are pretty stocked up with donuts. I was once told its made in house but i'm not sure if it is still true. Any time from open till noon ish, your chances of getting a donut you want is high. I stopped by around 4-5pm a couple times and some of the popular ones were out. I was stuck with a vanilla long john. Disappointment!!! I was craving for their french crullers that day! If you dont feel like going to Fancy Starbucks, stop by this dunkin donut. When the place isnt crowded, its not too bad to sit and have a cup of joe ;) read more

Came on 04/08/23 at 11:15. The girl who was in the window was extremely rude, ordered a Carmel coffee and she tried to hand me a cup of Carmel instead of remaking the coffee. She was transferring money and food without gloves, her hair was as messy and all over. She then proceeded to slam the window In My husband's face and told him next time he can make his own coffee! I went back a few times because I had a coupon on my large coffee for a free egg & cheese wrap and then a free donut. There's nothing really terrible about this place, but everything is just a little 'meh.' The food is okay. I don't know what the hubbub is about this blandish coffee. They do not offer soy milk. If that makes me bourgeois, then so be it. It's what I like. I think the donuts taste ok, but they are not nearly as good as the local place down the road. The employees aren't particularly bad either, but I feel like a number at the counter. I like the ice cream cake petit fours they sell in the Baskin Robbins case. On internet and google it shows the closing time is 10pm. We drove in the rain just for donuts that my kids were craving for. Arrived at 947pm people sitting but the doors are locked. Knocked on the door but the guy waived us down and said we are closed. Please close at 10pm or change your closing time to 9:45pm. Waste of time. By the way went to Burger King next door because Dunkin Donuts don't know how to tell time and returned a few minutes before 10pm and the place was total darkness. Went inside on the last minute, it was just 15 minutes before they were closing so I thought "they would probably rush us to order like all the other restaurants" but as soon as we ordered, we were pleased. The guy who served us was the best!! He was patient and answered all our questions. My girlfriend is hard of hearing so it was a PLUS!! All in all it took about a few minutes to order. I can only give this location 3 stars for the lack of a drive through, and the difficulty to get to. Okay, I know, 1st world problems, but you have to turn off Grand Ave and make a bunch of tight turns to get to the front of this place. Otherwise, donut selection is standard, although nothing like what the website says they offer in terms of variety, but this seems par for the course. All I seem to find at these places are long johns and rainbow sprinkle donuts..... My son who just graduated from the Navy BC walked in this store with his sisters. Mr. Wiiliam O. who was behind the counter not only disrespected my daughters but also my son who just made a commitment to defend and protect this country. No one owes anything to my son but for someone who is willing to give his life for someone like Mr. William O. should be waited on with the same respect as any other PAYING customer. This is directed at the DUNKIN DONUTS on Hunt Club and Washington street and the very rude and ignorant owner/manager Dixtin Patel. He treats customers like second rate citizens and instead of trying to ensure they come back he chases them away. His curt ways about him and rudeness have given rudeness a new meaning. Been told by employees he treats them the same way. I personally will go out of my way to get DD coffee and donuts to avoid him. An update from my review last month...afternoon/evening service is better! A week after my last review, I stopped by to get coffee on a Saturday morning. The "area manager" of the store was there. I heard him telling the store manager that she needed to hire more people. Sure enough, as I stopped by in the weeks ahead, there were new faces and triple the staff. I have been to many Dunkin' Donuts in Illinois and I have to say that this is the best one. It is clean, the staff is extremely nice and helpful, and the drinks are ALWAYS consistently perfect. I got the Dunkin app on my phone and now I order ahead and my order is always correct and made perfectly. I go here about 3-4 times a week so it is really great that they are so consistent. Me and my sister went there today to get two iced coffee during happy hour. Only 3 younger people where working, a girl (who I think was the manager) guy with black hair on the register and another guy making the drinks.....we got our coffee really quick and as we left my sister dropped her coffee the manager and the guy on register just kept working....so we cleaned it up ourselves as I walked up to get her another coffee the guy who was making the drinks gave me a new one for free and got a mop...he was super sweet and I gave him a tip..so dude with blonde curly hair thank you..you really know great costumer service!!! read more

Friendly staff, cheap prices and tasty coffee! It's not burnt coffee like the over formatted joint from Seattle. The coffee is mellow and the staff will add your cream and sugar for you behind the counter instead of having to pay double the price and then stand in line to add your own cream! How many times at Starbucks have you asked the barista to leave room for cream and then you receive the coffee filled to the top? You then have to risk burning your hand to dump some of the coffee out in the waste can before adding your cream. Not at this place! Dunkin does it right! Now, the pre-made sandwiches, donuts, ice cream, and other frozen concoctions are all edible and reasonable in price. Is this a high end bistro? No.....its a place to grab a bite and cup of joe on the run! My only suggestion is to add a drive through! read more

The donuts are ALWAYS stale, even in the morning when you expect them to be fresh. The ice cream has freezer burn on it. The employees are nice and can handle a crowd. Order a toasted bagel and coffee, and you may be ok. If you want a good donut, go to Gurnee donuts. read more

Stopped in for a chocolate mint chip shake. The guy says he can't make it. Why not? No ice cream. I look over at the freezer with the handpacked quarts of mint chip ice cream and said can't you use that? He said no. So I walked out empty handed. Short sighted on their part. Been coming to this place for years and never had a problem - till recently. The ice cream is still great, but the service has become awful. The two girls that close together are rude, do not have adequate people skills, and I've been here twice now where at 9:55 they are turning the lights on and off so the customers can leave, and finally at 9:59 they actually turn the lights off with customers still in the store. Feeling awkward and not welcomed, we feel like we have no other choice than leave even though we are not finished with our ice cream. I understand that the store closes at 10 o'clock but customers shouldn't have the lights turned off on them and be forced to leave the place. Employees that close the store should not be walking out the door at 10:01. I feel like you should find better employees that actually care about the store and how the customers feel. read more

I believe the wrap I bought was not a real egg, so I went to the website and found the "egg" ingredients: : Fried Egg: Egg Whites, Water, Egg Yolks, Modified Corn Starch, Natural Sauteed Flavor (Soybean Oil, Medium Chain Triglycerides, Natural Flavor), Salt, Artificial Butter Flavor (Propylene Glycol, Artificial Flavor), Xanthan Gum, Citric Acid, Coarse Ground Black Pepper. Not returning to this location. Ordered a medium (16oz.) Cappuccino with Mocha and received 7-8 ounces of the product; the rest of it was foam. If I wanted a small cup, I would have ordered one. Location is inconvenient as well. read more

I stop here every morning on my way to work and used to love it because they were so efficient at a busy time of day and the coffee is amazing. Coffee is still great, but their service has really taken a dive. Not sure if they just need more people or if they have a lot of turnover. They do have about 3 team members that have been there a while and are extremely courteous. Hopefully they can improve. read more
