Amazing donuts!! Being new to the area I chose to go local for national donut day and landed on duck, so glad I did! Walking in they were super kind and friendly, and the smell of fresh donuts in the air is a great way to start the day. They let me know the specials of the day and gave me some suggestions, even gave me a free donut for the day! I like to have some options so I went with a half dozen, my favorite were maple bacon, strawberry shortcake and blueberry streusel! I also grabbed a salted Carmel cold brew with it which was a nice addition! Came here to pick up some donuts for my family. The store is in a good location with plenty of parking. They've got indoor and outdoor seating. I walked in and there was only one other costumer so they took my order quickly. I ordered the Breakfast Dozen. Each and every donut was made fresh to order which made the that much more enjoyable! My favorites were the Peanut Butter Fluff, Coffee Cake, French Toast and Blueberry Streusel. All.the donuts were delicious but these four were my favorite with pronounced flavors that werent too sweet and yet well balanced! I'll definitely be back to try the other boxes. read more

GREAT experience! The service was excellent, the food was delicious, and ambiance was small and pleasant. We went here while visiting my son who graduated from the Navy. It was my birthday and we wanted something other than a cake. We never been to a Duck Donuts so we decided to try it. We are so glad that we did. The donuts are made fresh and you can really tell the difference. They were beautiful and delicious. I would come back if I were visiting Illinois, but since we have one here in Las Vegas, I guess I will check this one out and see how it measures up. I came to visit my son for his boot camp graduation, and he told me Duck Donuts was the best spot around--his RDCs had brought him some, and he couldn't stop talking about them. Naturally, we had to stop at a location on our way into Chicago, and I'm so glad we did! This is what I call a real donut experience. The batter is made fresh, the donuts come out hot, and then they're decorated and frosted to order right in front of you. These aren't grab-and-go donuts you eat in the car, you sit down and enjoy them, maybe even with a knife and fork. The shop had a nice outside deck and even a window where you can watch the donuts being made. There were so many fun flavor combinations, and everything we tried was phenomenal. The price was right on point, the service was fast, and the workers were very friendly, which made the whole visit even better. Not a great first impression to be honest. Stopped in while I was in the area to check out this little shop. It's a nice little stop with inside seating and outside seating. They also have a window so you can watch how the doughnuts are made from start to finish. It's pretty fun for the littles. I asked the young lady who took my order what she recommended, and she suggested the Maple Bacon or the Sunrise. I did decide to order the Maple Bacon, and the other I ordered was on the Mother's Day specials and named Chocolate Glitz. They were served hot, and I'm certain they are probably delicious warm. I was on my way to an event and did not take the opportunity to try them until I got home. At which time everyone said they weren't anything too special. I believe they were having some issue as they were tossing a handful of more dough rings. Also, when I asked, after waiting some time, if they were working on my I was told "No, we're working on an Uber order." Hmmmmm ..... not the best answer for the wait time frame I had there. It took about 15 minutes. I wish my photos were more clear, but it works. Also, there is certainly a need to update those flier menus as that isn't a great look. I ran to the washroom and heard one of the girls say "there she is"... lol. Not sure what that was about. I eventually got my donuts and made it to the event on time. So all is well. Having lived out east and had local Duck Donuts close by, there was a void in my life after moving back here....at least that's what I thought, when thinking about donuts. The problem comes with the donut being perfectly average. It's not a great donut to start, so the less-than-average toppings don't really help much. Upon walking in I noticed how dirty this location was, it was very early in the morning so I fell like it should be clean. The staff seemed annoyed to be working and were not friendly. Tried brushing it off but of course it could not be that easy. I first discovered DD out in the Carolinas in 2022. I was out there for a music festival with some friends and ordered them as a surprise. The unlimited or seemingly unlimited number of combinations that you can create is wonderful! They definitely have something for everybody! They do offer Savory sandwich options if you don't have a sweet tooth, but they're definitely hard to resist. You also have an option to add a random rubber ducky to your order and they nailed it on the head with the one that they sent for me! The staff behind the counters where you can enthusiastically watch them make each donut move as quickly as possible while not moving too quickly to mess up the sweetness that will soon hit your tastebuds.
