I previously walked into this location requesting a Gyro plate and he explained they do not have such an item on the menu. This guy just refused to provide gyro plates when they are clearly on the menu. Besides all that, the food was tasteless and Cleary old. The tzatziki sauce was tasteless. Almost $19.00 in the garbage. I should have went to Sammies in Grayslake. They are always spot on. Will never go again

Didn't much care for the cheese sauce open and all over items and inside of the bag. All napkins I grabbed was used to clean my hands and the other items wrappers in the bag. But my mom and sisters order was a whole other story. They ordered before me. They ordered two chicago sytle hot dog meals with onion rings and my sister stood there waiting for a good 15 minutes. Until my mom went up there. Like this order was easy enough, what happen. At one point my sister was the last person standing there. No one asked if she needed help or got her order. We all get busy, but ... Ultimately the food was delicious. The ambiance was nice. The facility was clean. Wish I could find the name of the young man who was the cashier for my order who also was cleaning up by the condiments and caring for the trash. He needs to be promoted to a lead!

My hoagie was full of delicious and perfectly cooked steak, full of seasonings, oil and mayo making it slightly wet like I like (I love my sandwiches saucy). The bread was tender yet sturdy enough to hold all the wet goodness, and to my surprise, the onions weren't overpowering. I was tempted to save half of my sandwich for later that day, but it was so good I ate it all in one setting. Unfortunately my waffle fries were non-edible. They were all fried way too hard and crunchy like rocks which was disappointing. The service was quick and extremely friendly! Since they were out of curly fries they gave me a few extra waffle fries (just wished they weren't cooked extra hard!) and I was offered an iced water cup for the road on a 92 degree day!!!
