And I got this interesting chocolate milk that had a good amount of protein in it too. Donuts and milk! The donuts tasted pretty good. A good combination of airiness and fluffy and seemed to be fully cooked through. That lemon filled jelly donut was pretty hefty too; definitely one of the heaviest donuts I've ever had...lol As I was checking out, the lady behind the counter informed me this particular store has been going strong for more than 40 years, which is damn impressive!! It was reminiscent of the apple danishes that McDonalds used to sell years ago, but 10x better. The apple filling was a sweet delight that i can rarely find. I really enjoyed the pastries here and everything tasted way better than they looked. If I would have known the goods were going to be great, I would have bought a lot more.
