Early Morning Coffee!! I was in the Grove City area for a few days and visited this Dunkin location a few times. I used the Drive-thru and visited the insde of the store. On all of my visits the staff made my drinks correctly and I had no issues. I went here mostly because it's the only coffee place in the area open ealry the in morning. read more

I went to Dunkin today and there was an employee there named Brooklyn who talked very inappropriately in front of me and her coworkers, on top of other customers. It always takes so long here. Went one time, took 30 minutes in the drive through. So next time I went I decided to do a mobile order and pick it up through drive through because they have a mobile order bypass lane. Well the bypass lane was closed so I had to wait 20 MINUTES for my order which I did online earlier AND had already paid for. Pretty annoying restaurant. First of all it's extremely hard to even get in the place if you're coming from the college campus so to get in was a struggle itself. Stopped by for a quick cup of coffee while visiting GC. I thought most businesses had registers that do the math showing how much change a customer should get back. I gave the cashier a $20 and she shorted me $5. I pointed it out to the cashier and so she made the correction. I left wondering why they don't have registers that help the cashiers in returning correct change. Then I realized she never gave me a receipt either. read more

The actual employees are great. The manager is one of the worst I have seen. I have seen her take out the tips out of the tip jar and she screams at the employees at the front counter. It is disgusting, I come in multiple days of the week and does nothing while the teenage workers are trying to stay afloat. She does nothing. read more

This dunkin is by far the worst of all the chains. Unless you drink plain black coffee you are likely to be disappointed. I asked for a pumpkin latte with half the sugar, i was informed they do not use sugar in that specific latte. Understood, so I then just asked can you put in half of whatever makes it so sweet then? The worker agreed, I pulled up got my coffee which felt light but I kept moving, after getting home I opened it to discover they only filled the cup halfway with the normal sickingly sweet coffee. The manager refuses to speak with people when they are obviously upset that their drinks have been messed up EVERY time they've been there for a whole month. The manager also yelled at my fiancé on the phone, then hung up on him, they then refused to answer the phone when he attempted calling back. They always screw up drinks and food. It's really not worth your time or money. Especially when management is just as terrible as the service and product you're buying. Just make the extra few minutes drive to Starbucks, at least they are friendly, don't screw up your food or drinks, and don't hang up on you if you call with an issue. The worst part about all of this is that they were NOT busy. The product shouldn't have been messed up for the 6th time, it was me and 1 other customer as well as 2 drive thru orders. Absolutely ridiculous. I will say the girl who waited on me at the front counter was exceptional, she was very kind, worked efficiently, and was super peppy. All of our order was made online by my fiancé, I didn't know anything was wrong until I got back home with his stuff. I'm writing this to warn you about this location. He said every time he goes they screw up his drink, he also orders the SAME drink every time. They've gotten it right ONCE. I've worked at this store and it's honestly not hard to get drinks or food CORRECT. The job is hilariously easy. read more

I have never been more unsatisfied with a "fast food" place. I was late my brothers high school football game because the drive through took at least 25 minutes. That is unacceptable. That dunkin' is so inconsistent. You don't if it's going to take 5 minutes or 30 minutes for just a coffee. Also the drinks are extremely inconsistent. Sometimes they'll give an iced coffee that tastes like it's supposed to & sometimes they'll hand me toilet water in a cup that has brown food dye in it. Then not to mention the people who work there don't even explain or apologize for the long wait. They have no pride for where they work & no sympathy. They weren't even trying to move faster. If you look through the drive through window they are moving at actual turtle speed. Another thing, when i get a singular donut they almost always just throw it in & its upside down. Because of it being tossed in there like a rag doll the icing gets everywhere on the inside of the bag & makes a mess. Do better. read more
