When i think cowboy boots i think tepid, drip-coffee sitting on a burner in police-station break room, being filtered into the mouth of an overweight, but no-nonsense detective with crumbs in his wilford-brimley mustache. This place is dripping with a barn-y, live-laugh-love vibe. It's very yeehaw. And they play Christian music; which, messaging aside I probably wouldn't mind except Christian music is always across-the-board godawful. Point being, it is a very specific vibe. But. The owner runs a tight ship. It's a high volume place and no one is lolly-gagging; everyone is bouncing around on their toes, nimble and bright-eyed, ready to test the limits of their blenders with the just-called-in-order of 14 smoothies and fraps, on top of the snaked-around-the-building line for the drive-thru. They have a good system, and are usually on point, with efficiency and speed and accuracy. I have been going there for the better part of a decade and i have never had a drink screwed up. Furthermore, my drink is always consistent, regardless of who makes it -big points for that. There's another place in town where my choice beverage varies wildly in taste and consistency depending on who is working that day. Also they don't use any of those garbage Monin liquid syrups; they use the better Torani syrups, and even better, they mix the espresso with the syrup, so that it's emulsified properly in iced coffee-drinks and not just sitting heavy on the bottom of the cup for you to suck up in one go through your straw.

I loved the vibe inside -- the atmosphere really goes hand in hand with the name of the place. There's plenty of space and seating, including areas where you can hold meetings, work, or study. The staff member was super nice, explained the menu well, and even allowed us to customize our drinks if needed. While ordering, we also discovered they have a drive-thru, which is perfect if you're on the go. DRINK REVIEW Toffee Nut Crunch at 50% sweetness, and it was a hit -- You can taste the flavor without it being overly sweet. 5/5. I'll enjoy counting this cost! The staff was friendly and chatty, and even asked how sweet I preferred my latte! Turned out one of the girls and I share a love of horses! Also, ladies, if you like beautiful interesting spaces, check out the ladies room! They've taken a rustic wood table and made it a sink, paired with a beautiful deep red wine wall treatment...it was a joy to see! There were only 2 people in front of us when we went in. The screen with the coffees on it was not on so we had to wait to get to the counter to pick our coffees. I ordered the Tiramisu latte, a cream puff (it was not labeled in the donut case so that's my assumption of what it's called), and a caramel cookie. My friend got a coffee, a donut, and a breakfast sandwich. Ordering was simple.. we got our coffees about 15 minutes after we ordered. Ok that's fine, looked like there was just one girl working on coffees. It took about 25 minutes to get our donuts (which were ready in the case). We got our donuts finally when my friend went up to the counter and asked. It did take about 15/20 for my friend to get her sandwich, which was more understandable because it was a hot sandwich and it did come out verrrry hot. I'm sure they're working out the kinks because they're new so if I come back, I'll update this review for sure! Everything was very tasty, just took awhile to get. The caramel cookie was good, kind of thick but still good. My friend said her strawberry donut was tasty and so was the sandwich. The coffee was super sweet and good, but had a hint of banana flavor, I'm guessing from maybe someone getting a banana latte before me lol. Overall, everything was great, just spent wayyyy longer than I thought standing around waiting. Editing my review to add: My friend had ordered a cinnamon roll but was told there would be no cinnamon rolls until 9am. Kind of inconvenient on a week day when a lot of us are going to work!

Everything felt clean and well-maintained, which is always a huge plus for me. One thing I really loved was the variety. Whether you're looking for breakfast, coffee, a sweet treat, or just a quick snack, there's truly something for everyone. I will say that many of their offerings lean toward the sweeter side, but everything looked absolutely delicious. I tried the maple bacon donut for my husband and a guava donut for myself. The donuts were incredibly fluffy, which I loved. While the guava flavor wasn't as strong as I expected, it was still enjoyable. I'd give it about a 7/10. I also ordered the mango bowl, which is similar to an açaí bowl but with a mango base instead. The fruit was absolutely pristine--fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. However, I don't think I'd come back specifically for the bowls. For the price, the portion felt a bit small, especially considering there are other places in town that offer larger bowls at a similar price. That said, I will definitely be back to try more of their menu. The breakfast options looked amazing, and the prices seemed very reasonable. They also offer a wide variety of coffee drinks with some unique flavors that I'm excited to try next time. Overall, it's a cute spot with plenty of options and definitely worth checking out!
