Everyone who works at this Dunkin is fabulous. They are all so kind and friendly, it really makes a difference! Love the brown sugar cold brew here, and they are always happy to accommodate and make me an English muffin toasted with veggie cream cheese, instead of a bagel. (The one bakery item with no soy, hurray for me!) the service is always fast, and they are steadily busy pretty much all day. Quickest drive thru, even when they are busy and trying to run both sides! I don't know how they manage to run the Dunkin & Baskin so smoothly together, but they do and I'm impressed. Poor and irresponsible service. Used the kiosk to order in the store. Go to pick up my order they don't have one of the donuts I ordered available. Didn't say that on the kiosk. Staff said I could choose a different donut. I just asked for a refund. She said only the manager could do that who was not around. Seriously what a rip off. Came here on a whim as it was on the way. I drive for Lyft so coffee plays a big role on my drives. Went to the drive through window and ordered the usual extra large coffee with cream and extra sugar from Dunkin as Starbucks does not have an extra large. To my surprise, the usual 2.80 drink is $3.00 at this store and worse, I got the coffee without any sugar. I will never drop by this store again. The one star rating here is for the lousy service this place offers up... especially if your a walk in. I trust your familiar with Dunkin Donuts and I personally like DD's but of all things my favorite is the Vanilla Cream Filled donut... and this place does not have them. **2900 Belvidere Rd, Waukegan, IL location** I am only giving this place a five star review because of the young lady, Stacy, that's working on shift tonight. She was managing the cash register, donuts, coffee, ice cream, and the drive thru with ease. She kept a smile on her face and never made me feel like she was annoyed by the fact that she was working alone and people kept coming in waiting for her to take their order. I'm sure she was overwhelmed with the six of us waiting to order, six waiting to get their order, and the three cars in the drive thru, but she never let it show. This is by far the best Dunkin' I've ever been to, the staff is amazing and I've never had a problem with the food or coffee. I've been going here since my freshman year of high school, and now I'm a sophomore in college in Chicago. Every time I come home I make sure to visit and they always remember my order. I'm giving three stars ONLY because the staff is SUPER friendly, it's always clean and the coffee is really good , I will continue to visit for the coffee. However, the sign says, Dunkin Donuts. The donuts /bagels are small, they last about a day or two at home before they're rock hard and their quite expensive, $1.60 for a bagel, when Jewel sells a much tastier, fresher bagel for $0.60. I occasionally drive thru for a tea or breakfast sandwhich. This morning was no different than others but a great reminder of how good, friendly service really makes my day. I've been to Dunkin donuts all over in the surround areas. And this is by far the WORST experience I've ever had at a location. The Lady asked what I wanted I asked for a moment ( so I could make a decision ) and she literally said "ummmm okay" and she started talking about me to other employees SHE LEFT HER HEAD PIECE ON!! Repeated my order clearly three times, twice at the speaker once at the window, still got it wrong.

It's not that their food or ice cream is bad, but it's the service and the workers. There's some girl who takes my order a lot and sounds like she's sleeping. WAKE UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!! One time I came here and asked for two egg and cheese wraps. That is the most simplest thing they could give me. But no, the guy hands me SAUSAGE egg and cheese wraps. So I told him, "I asked for egg and cheese only." So he gives me an attitude and rolled his eyes, exchanged my order and then ... COMES BACK TO THE WINDOW WITH SAUSAGE EGG WRAPS ONCE AGAIN. I told his dumb ass "I literally asked for egg and cheese only!!!!!" And he gets mad and throws the bag in my car. What a disgrace. He also smelled like tree bark and fungus. So he should fix that cause I don't need my food being touched and handled by someone who doesn't know proper hygiene. There's another guy there who doesn't talk and he just stares at you like he's trying to guess your height and weight or some shit. Some creepy shit going on there I'll tell you that. Serious attention to food safety and sanitation at this DD location! Server went from mopping the floor, to a cash register at drive thru Then served me without washing his hands. That said: I bought three (3) donuts reluctantly. Quality: Two (2) of the three donuts were: stale, hard and just not edible. Customer service: I tried to call; using both telephone numbers shown on receipt . NO answer NO greeting,,,NO customer service. Rudest DD around. Dont give you total at drive up are snotty if you don't continue with your drive through order even though they don't say anything. When they get the order incorrect will argue with you that you told them something else. Was told by owner last night to go somewhere else... Ummm OK. There is one bright spot a young gentlemen that works there with glasses that is always friendly and quick and is not related to the owners.
