Nope. Went to Dunkin in Gorham based on their company's commitment to Covid-19 prevention. According to https://www.dunkinbrands.com/covid-19-update, "Dunkin' was one of the first chains to close in-restaurant dining, and we quickly implemented national safety standards including: Requiring the use of face masks and single-use gloves by all restaurant employees." I went through the Gorham drive-thru on Saturday morning. I saw three employees, all wearing dangling face masks with their noses completely exposed while they processed orders. As someone with high-risk family members, I never would have gone here, had I not believed the commitment on their website. They are not taking Covid-19 precautions seriously enough for me to spend my money there. I'm not risking my life or the lives of my loved ones for a coffee. read more

I come to this area every year to go camping and every year we go to this dunkin since it's the closest...it has the worst service I have ever seen. The average wait time is 35 minutes in the drive through this year. It is ridiculous. Never going here again. Unacceptable. read more

The jelly donut was good but not as good as Tim Hortons's jelly filled donut. The Macchiato iced coffee drink was not good. My daughter ordered it with sugar and cream. They did put the cream in it but left out the sugar. Our son said the hot chocolate was good. His breakfast sandwich (bacon, eggs cheese on a bagel) was just okay but could have been better. He also ordered a donut which was just ok. I ordered a ham, egg, cheese, on English muffin. I thought it was better than McDonald's. I ordered a large coffee with a shot of French vanilla, 1/4 cup of skim milk and sweetener. My coffee was not hot enough. It would have been better if they heated up the skim milk. read more

I live in Gorham however I go to dunkin all around the country and this location is buy far the slowest and worst service of any. All year long they can not keep up with the demand to complete orders efficiently and correctly. Expect to wait an absurd amount of time. Every time I go they are either out of most of their supply of donuts or food needed to make complete sandwiches. Example, it was just after 10am and they were completely out of eggs so could not make any egg sandwiches. Example, wanted to try the chicken salad sandwich and get another one for a friend to try and they didn't have enough needed to make two sandwiches so I had to get one and settle on something else. Worst customer service ever! My husband and I had stopped in for drinks and he ordered one of the "energy punch" drinks. Both drinks were ok, although we both had to mix them since they really hadn't been. But the service left much to be desired. When my husband ordered the energy punch, our server glared at us. We weren't sure why so I added in "the blue raspberry one, right honey" just Incase that was why. But she continued to glare and barked our price at us. I swiped my gift card as she walked back to get our drinks. When she came back, and my husband walked off to get straws she said "what did you use to pay!!" I was caught off guard by how rudely she said it that I took a minute to respond "with a gift card." She started snapping at me about how only the cashiers could swipe gift cards (I Legitimately didn't know) and how I must always go through the drive up since I didn't know. Truth is I'm just more of a Starbucks girl... anyway I didn't know what to say so just apologized as i quickly put the card back so we could get out of there. Once we got back in our vehicle my husband said, what was she saying to you, I told him and he said we really should have made a complaint to someone there. So here we are on yelp for the first time ever... our receipt said our server was "Louise S." So what I'd like to remind her is I know customer service can be a tough job (my husband and I had both had jobs in it at one point) but treating people like that isn't going to help. read more
