I had a wicked difficult time with the app at this location. And then just decided to hike my butt inside instead. They were super nice inside, although I understand why the app wasn't working...it looked like they had been RANSACKED by feral children. It was a mess and the donut case was nearly empty. When driving in the early morning, in desperate need to get some caffeine into your body to help stay awake, this location of Dunkin that was open when we came (it looks most Dunkin' opens at 4:30 am), was greatly appreciated. It looked closed at first glance, but it was open. The counterman was manning both the register and the drive-thru. Ordered a large coffee with cream/sugar and a couple of donuts (chocolate sprinkle and boston creme)...for under $6 total. The coffee was very good. I was hoping the Boston Creme would taste different (better?) than what I've had from the Chicagoland area, but it was the same....though, I guess I was in Maine, really (yeah...I sound like a tourist). I just want to start off by saying I'm not trying to be rude. I'm not that upset I'm just really confused. I typically order a sausage egg and cheese on a plan bagel with with the avocado spread on the side. I get up to the window and she hands me the bag of food and a box. I politely ask her what is this? And she said the toast. I said oh I just wanted the avocado spread i didn't order any toast. she then turned and talked to her Manager and neither of them seemed to know what I was trying to say. She then handed me another avocado spread when I just wanted to be refunded for the toast I didnt order. We arrived at 7:15pm. They close at 8. I asked for a bagel and they said all of their ovens were off so we couldn't get anything toasted. Then they were out of muffins and veggie cream cheese. I asked if we could get an untoasted bagel and he just walked away and came back with it then said he "didn't have any knives" so it was uncut. Cream cheese on side. Charged me $7 for that. This is the most consistently inconsistent, poorly managed, poor quality Dunkin I have experienced. All issues come down to management, coffee is rarely good..waiting nearly an hour for my mobile order to only have my donuts forgotten and bagel not toasted..having the whole store out of cream one day at 7am...employees not trained on customer service. Have been through the drive thru a few times now and always had the large iced coffee with two creams made correctly and the hash browns hot and tasty. It is fast and the employees friendly. Donuts fresh as ever, at least in the morning anyway. This drive thru is wierd as it is all under cover and very long. If you make a mistake, u end up ordering at an old bank drive thru or a pharmacy drive thru. Three drive thrus all in one location. The exit is also at the bottom of a steep hill, which makes it fun too. read more

Dissapointed!!! Our order was wrong, they forgot our donuts( we got someone else's order) and they put milk in my husbands coffee,which he couldn't drink. We are on the road so we couldn't turn back to have them correct it. That was our mistake on not looking at the donuts they did give us and the coffee. It's not good , I got a bec on a bagel that was fine but vvvvvvv greasy and then i got 1 just ONE plain donut for my dog and they didn't give it to us and i said that was so disrespectful of them because they are the reason our dog population is lower everyday they don't care about feeding the hungry. Horrible service... shitty watered down overpriced coffee. Waited in drive through 20 minutes. Only to get the worst ice black iced coffee i have ever had. This place never has good coffee and yhe service sucks. Should have hone to Cumberland farms or startbucks. $3.55 for a cup of brown water that was so gross i threw it out the window after 1 sip. Seems like everytime go get a coffee they are always out of caramel swirl...if its a popular item i would think they would order. And they have a bad habit of closing earlier then their posted times. Due to this cumberland farms will now be my choice for ice coffee. read more
