One of us ordered a single vanilla on a waffle cone. Dude must have put in extra, because it was HUGE. The triple scoop s'mores frozen custard wasn't so big, but it was creamy and tasty. Burgers and chicken were greasy, not in a good way. Lots of oil at the bottom of the chicken cup. Double Cavern buns were soaked in oil. Other than the oil, the meat was good. Plenty of toppings, even adding a good amount for extra pickles.

I have visited this location on several occasions as it is on my way to work so very convenient…read morehowever after many very unpleasant encounters/experiences with a certain employee named "Joy" (name on her name tag) I will be taking the extra time to go to the other Dunkin location on South St. This employee Joy will be standing outside extremely close to the gas pumps and the front entrance smoking cigarettes or if she happens to be the one behind the register she might take your order or she might just ignore you but either way you can expect the rudest customer service you have ever experienced!! On one occasion I watched her almost run a customer over with a big full trashcan. I couldn't believe what I saw!! On another occasion I was standing in line behind a customer ordering and Joy was at the register taking the order, the customer proceeded to ordered a breakfast sandwich and this Joy employee says "Imagine that" as she is rolling her eyes with a look of utter disgust on her face clearly showing how annoyed she was she had to make a breakfast sandwich and these are only a few of the incidents as I could keep going and going but I won't. As a local business owner myself who takes pride in the customer service we provide I am both appalled and baffled on how Dunkin Donuts can allow an employee to be this rude daily and she continues to keep her job! Then I think about how horrible she probably treats her coworkers if she treats the customers this way! Where is the management is my question?! It's part of the area, which is to a degree charming, as hard working men and women. Do be careful turning in and out of here as 55 can be a higher speed. Really polite employees. It's definitely got a nice vibe here. Fresh croissants and other baked goods. Coffee is always fresh. That's huge and another reason to stop here. This is close to a lot of area attractions. Best guess is to enjoy this and the valley. It's time well spent.

Sue runs the counter and she is amazing! She runs both registers effortlessly and knows where everything is and what to do. I won $9 from a $3 scratch off, she got me tickets and a slice of pizza and was getting another customer rung up all at once! Everything in that store is fresh and clean.
