On one occasion I watched her almost run a customer over with a big full trashcan. I couldn't believe what I saw!! On another occasion I was standing in line behind a customer ordering and Joy was at the register taking the order, the customer proceeded to ordered a breakfast sandwich and this Joy employee says "Imagine that" as she is rolling her eyes with a look of utter disgust on her face clearly showing how annoyed she was she had to make a breakfast sandwich and these are only a few of the incidents as I could keep going and going but I won't. As a local business owner myself who takes pride in the customer service we provide I am both appalled and baffled on how Dunkin Donuts can allow an employee to be this rude daily and she continues to keep her job! Then I think about how horrible she probably treats her coworkers if she treats the customers this way! Where is the management is my question?! The ambiance in this particular Starbucks is exceptional with 2 sections to their seating, one with the typical round tables and seats and the other has two large tables for meeting with people or just spreading out to get some work done. The ladies at the counter stated this Starbucks location is about 2 years old - the building used to house a bank. Lots of space inside to sit and enjoy your beverage and/or work. There is also seating outside. This location also has a Drive-Thru. I ordered a Grande Cold Brew with cream. Drink was strong and delicious! Service was good and staff was friendly! #Starbucks
