This is how much coffee was actually in the cold brew I just bought.

Employees are regularly on their phones in the kitchen area. They don't use sanitary practices when handling food and drink. Not to mention when you order an ice coffee, you'll be getting mostly ice. I've attached a photo of how much ice is in my cup compared to how much coffee. $3.55 for a cup of frozen water.

I know you put that black toast on the inside of my sandwich to try to hide it!

The customer service here is the reason I gave this place two stars. I have to say that Dukin Donuts, as a chain, has never done it for me. But twice I have had the unfortunate experience of trying to get breakfast on the run, and it making me feel slightly ill. The last time I ate here I received food that was black and burnt. I called the manager and she kindly apologized for the problem and said I could get a free sandwich next time I went in. I honestly don't think I want the free sandwich, but the fact that they tried to fix their mistake goes a long way with me.

Paper cups for coffee. No styrofoam!

They forgot to add an item and said well it's too late now and hung up. Check your bags before leaving and the rudeness is unacceptable

Employees smoke weed in the building and it stinks, get there before 3pm. Regardless of time of day, expect to wait a while for your order.

This place had a ton of staff, but were not very organized. Wait time was unacceptable, they even lost my order. Not a fan of this location.

    The Holy Donut - Seasonal/LTO Flavor: Blueberry-Lemon cross-section ($4.75)

Visiting from out of town, 8:00am Saturday: no line, full selection, friendly and chill vibes…read more These donuts have a slightly chewy, dense texture that is very pleasant and not quite like any other baked good I can think of. The flavor doesn't hit you immediately but develops as you chew. A novel donut. Lemon, vanilla, and blueberry were my favorites. The whoopie pie donut tastes just like a whoopie pie, if that's your thing. I was a little disappointed in the sweet potato ginger -- I don't think I could have identified the flavors in a blind tasting, too subtle. But still tasty. Definitely recommend this spot for a different kind of donut experience.

I've Seen Better Glaze…read more Family-owned chain of donut shops that started off in a home kitchen driven with a dream and some Maine potatoes, and has turned into one of Downtown Portland's biggest foodie destinations. Holy Donut opened their first Portland location back in 2012, and they now have five locations around the state, including this DT location which is probably their busiest. The Good: *Vegan & Gluten-free offerings--but they're not synonymous! Check the fine print or ask. *Coast-to-Coast shopping options, including vending machines (we saw some at PWM). *Online ordering available for pickup. Tbh this is probably the way to get them, as you can skip the line and go straight to the back at the pickup window and just get your stuff right quick. You're welcome. *Donuts are made daily from scratch and feature seasonal and limited flavors. The Meh: *You'll most likely have to pay for parking at this DT location. *You'll also most likely encounter a large line to order from, depending on the time of day. When we walked by earlier before lunch it was HUGE, but after lunch it was down to manageable ±10 people ifo of us, and it did move pretty quick, as well. I mean, it is just donuts ffs. It shouldn't take you more than a few minutes to decide. The Ugly: *Pricing is a bit obscene at ±$5/ea, but it's to be expected in a extremely popular area full of tourists and cruises. *Take this with a grain of salt, as I'm very particular about donuts in general, but I found them to be very heavy and just OK. Also, the flavors could've been punchier, as I found the taste a little too muted for my liking. Conclusion: Definitely not worth a long wait or the price imo, but if you're in the area, the line is short, and you have $5 burning a hole in your pocket then I say go for it. Because, evidently, I'm in the minority judging by the popularity and reviews. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

It wasn't until I got to Crane Estate in Ipswich when I started chomping down on these fried delectables sent from heaven. Tell me what made me think it was a good idea to stop here on my way back to Long Island. I have never put a more delicious doughnut in my mouth before, these were, sensational, divine, just sinful. What am I ordering? I don't know, so I asked the woman behind the counter. She told me to get their honey dipped, which is probably the last doughnut I would have gone for had I been left to my own devices. But like, if I'm getting one, I'm getting two and if I'm getting two, might as well get three. So I also ordered the blueberry fritter and a pumpkin spice. I walked out to my car and said, I'm just having a bite of each to experience this and that's it. I'm sorry but good GOD I have never. I have no words, the honey dipped are you kidding me!?!?! The fluffy, sweet, amazing texture, melt in your mouth, perfection. I've never had anything like it. The blueberry fritter, divine, pumpkin spice, incredible. I literally pulled over on my drive home to put the box in my trunk so I would stop taking bites. Anyways, all three were gone that night by me and only me and I have no regrets, everyone needs to experience this moment of utter bliss and joy.

The interior of the donut shop is stylish and welcoming, and I saw a few bar seats if you want to stay to eat. There were plenty of flavors; we ended up trying the Portland Fog (i.e. lavender + earl grey), maple cruller, and chocolate & sea salt cruller. Service at the counter was quick. The donuts were all tasty! I actually liked the Portland Fog donut texture better than the crullers, which were nice and airy but a bit soggy/limp for me. The Portland Fog was especially delicious -- I love a lavender + earl grey combo -- though I wish it was 10% lighter on the lavender flavor. The chocolate & sea salt flavor combo was also delicious (though you can never go wrong with that flavor pairing). I will flag for those with dietary restrictions that there are unfortunately no vegan or vegetarian donuts here, since they fry all their donuts in lard. Overall, a pleasant experience. I'm looking forward to trying more flavors!

This rating is specific to the Deli which I've NEVER had a good experience with. Only reason we…read morereturn is for Boars Head meats which can't be found anywhere else. For starters, they won't permit you to pre-order over the phone and direct you to the app, which also die NOT have an option to order deli meats. When you arrive at the deli, there are typically 4-6 employees standing behind the counter and not one of them will bother to acknowledge your presence. Certainly never any niceties. Instead, you'll find them shooting the shit tucked in the corner snacking on deli meats and cheeses. After multiple minutes waiting, One will come and ask if you've been helped because it's not obvious enough that I'm standing there alone, staring at them and no one has lifted a finger. This deli has to be the penalty box for Bow St workers because they all act like they're in a cage waiting to be let out and want absolutely NOTHING to do with patrons. They'll literally let meat roll off the slicer into a bag that ultimately falls apart when trying to remove a slice. Today, I got home to find a half pound of turkey ends. These guys clearly intentionally try to ruin days. Owners, PAY ATTENTION. This is on YOU.
