If I could give 0 stars, I would. I had a very simple order that the two incompetent employees could just not understand. I literally had to re-order at the window because they could not remember what I said 20 seconds prior. I waited for over 15 minutes for them to get the order wrong. Let me add, it was 6:30 at night and I was the only person there. On top of that, they forgot my drinks and then tried to charge me for them. As I was awaiting to order a couple of donuts to go, I was watching the female clerk handling donuts wearing gloves for the customer in front of me. Then she was having difficulty running the cash register due to her gloves. She did exchange cash with the gloves on. When it was my turn, I ordered my donuts and she reached in to grab them with the same gloves on and didnt use the wax paper and put the donuts in the bag. She then tried to ring me up with my Dunkin card and couldn't get it to work, even though it was properly funded. This was a terrible experience. Cross contamination do to improper use of gloves and other handling, and the in ability to properly handle checkout. I was so grossed out I threw out the donuts and will no longer patronize this location. Hopefully they see this and teach their employees to change gloves after each transaction and practice good hygiene. read more

Just went there. Ordered a "medium iced coffee with extra cream, extra sugar and light ice." The drive thru server asked me to repeat my order multiple times. I received a coffee with 3 blueberry shots, no sugar and a cup full of ice. The only reason this location stays in business is because people pay for the "brand." Do better. read more

Every time I go to this establishment, they get my coffee wrong. One time I asked for an X-Large Hazelnut coffee milk only. What did I receive? Coffee with 2 sugars and very light. Second time, I asked for a Toasted White Chocolate Signature Latte, decaf, light on the ice and extra cinnamon sugar on top. What did I get? A Toasted White Chocolate Signature Latte, caffeine, no ice and no sugar on top. If these kids can't follow simple instructions, how are they supposed to be successful in life. Ugh! read more

My daughter had a medical appointment appointment in the building. Afterwards, we have a tradition of getting a soft drink and a donut. The tradition means more to me than the actual flavor of the food. The staff here is great. It's an unusual set up with the drive through set up strangely but it's still great. The donuts are Meh, but all there donuts are like that. read more

This location is well kept and organized but there are reasons why I give this location a go me star and nothing more. I go to this location frequently due to convenience but it is no longer worth the headache I get from going to this location first thing in the am. I came today and notice that there is already a sense of urgency in the air. The front cashier is rushing around to complete orders while 3 other staff members and an off the clock staff yell it up about whose working Saturday. There is no form of organization at this location and is clear as the line to wait or even to order in both the drive thru and the inside is not reasonable at all! The way the employees speak to one another with hostility and foul language such as "I just busted my ass" or "if someone has a problem with it then can come find me". It is clear that these individuals (including the supervisor/ manager) is simply there for another dollar as opposed to making the experience a smooth sailing one. read more

Omg if you want to find a more worse place to get coffee in terms of filth....then come right here..... employees too busy on their phones... and then when you are at the register, they look at you and then see which employee will come serve you. Empty bags and uneaten food left by students from the school left on the tables....feet sticking to the ground as you walk in. Management is never there at all to watch over the employees so they have free range. Employees have friends come in and they bs while customers want their order. Just plain ridiculous. read more

This is my neighborhood store and I forgive a lot of wrong orders and staff acting inappropriately for the convenience but never again. I picked up a to go order this morning and witnessed 3 of 6 employees with no mask and the other three were wearing them under their noses. While standing there in total shock the maskless employee taking drive thru orders was berating the kid making my coffee with no regard that there were customers in the store. Never again! read more

Only been here a few times but this time around 9am, breakfast time for most people, no snackin bacon and none in the process of being made. Asked if some could be made and was told it would take 20 mins. I used to work at dunkin and I know it does not take 20 mins to throw some bacon on a sheet sprinkle it with seasoning and pop it in the oven... They aren't fooling nobody, clearly just didn't want to be bothered to make what should have already been ready or being made if there was none left. This is lazy and not good for business. Every weekend when I go here there is always some mistake in my order. This morning the girl forgot one of the coffees that I was reading from a list. She snapped back at me that i never ordered it. I then said how about the 3 bagels you did charge me for and she put them in a bag with great attitude and was ready for the next customer. Attitude seems to be a big thing here. Really? Me coming in, is what is paying your salary and maybe some of the staff here really needs to learn that. Seems like the way Dunkin Donuts sets there standards of customer service for 50% of their places. Being close by is what keeps this place open. read more

Sad when my favorite DD on Raffia Rd in Enfield, CT has become my least favorite DD in Enfield considering there are probably 7 other locations in town. Workers always yelling at each other, loudly sharing their life's drama with each other, swearing (I've heard the "F" word) calling each other bitches all while customers are waiting/listening to them. Orders are often wrong. What happened to workers showing a little decorum and self control when serving customers? The franchise owner should be embarrassed. People complain about this location constantly. Never see a manager on the floor and if there is one, she/he doesn't seem to care about the employees' behavior. read more
