Imagine a business open 24/7... the doors are always open, and NOBODY is working in the storefront with the exception of people (the owners, I'm assuming) loading in more cheesecake flavors when they run out. The business is run COMPLETELY on the honor system. If memory serves, there are 3 ways to pay, but I only recall with specificity the Venmo way to pay cuz that's what I used. I think they accepted checks and one more way to pay, but I don't really recall. Let me be clear, though... it is up to each individual to be on their honor system and pay for what they want to take. Where else on this earth do you know of any retail type shop where people are left to their honor to pay for goods? I have never heard of nor seen any such thing like this before. I could have just as easily walked right out with my cheesecake slices and not paid for any of them. Nobody would have known. They don't check. They don't ask. I'm so impressed by this business model and the fact that it works !!!! I witnessed it. Everyone was paying. It truly is a testament about faith and trust, and it still works. This is just brilliant.
