After seeing all the negative comments I had to visit again because I haven't had a bad experience here . Other than one time they told me they were closed when it was only 5pm. But anyways I ordered : avocado toast with tomato, snackin bacon and an iced caramel coffee. Everything look good, and tasted good. I went through drive through, so I didn't go inside to see if the place was clean. The greeting from the two drive through employees weren't really too friendly. read more

This place was extremely dirty and unclean. My coworkers and I came here to do some paperwork, and our shoes were squeaking all over the floor that's how dirty it was. The vents had visible dirt blowing out of them. The table was not wiped down and still had numerous spots and stains on it and even puddles! I don't eat at Dunkin much at all, but I love the snackin bacon. Typically when I get the bacon, it is full to the top of the bag. This one had the smallest pieces of bacon and I'm convinced that it was just one piece of bacon that they just ripped up. For over $3, I would expect more bacon at least to fill up the bag. The employees seemed very unattentive and just talked amongst themselves instead of taking our orders, at first. Overall, I feel like I wasted money here with the one strip of bacon I got. I also feel like it was extremely dirty and unkept. I will never be returning. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The employees are kind but the drinks and food are trash. I had to mix my own matcha because the bottom was all powder. I have had multiple instances of being given the wrong orders, told they don't have items that I paid for and substituting them with cheaper products and not refunding me the difference, and extremely poor customer service. Today I ordered a macchiato, an apple fritter, and coffee roll. The drink was barely lukewarm, and I was told both the apple fritters and coffee rolls were out as they didn't make/receive any. The woman gave me attitude and told me: "I don't know what you want me to do." They were apparently also out of muffins and I ended up getting two donuts (which I really didn't want) that were cheaper than what I had ordered. It isn't even the cost, it is the principle of it. if you are out of a product the substitute should be of equal or greater value and they should advertise that they are out of a product before accepting payment. I will be going to Starbucks going forward. read more

Zero Stars- If you want coffee, cake donuts or munchkins you should keep driving, DO NOT go here. Visited the drive thru for a much needed break after an 8 hour drive. All I wanted was a coffee and donut. They were out of regular black coffee and almost all donut varieties, including munchkins. I ended up paying for two plain vanilla that were so old I could have used them as hockey pucks. They both went in the trash (employees should wear food gloves when handling a donut, not a napkin) and I didn't have time to wait for a pot of coffee to be made. I was not a fan of the Dunkin brand before this visit, I can now say this location has confirmed that opinion. read more

Due to a delivery truck and a complete lack of motivation I was stuck in this lot for 25 minutes this morning. The ones that were able to squeeze out and drive away were the lucky ones. This coffee is not good enough to have to deal with being late to work. Thought, maybe don't have every single last employee help unload the delivery instead of, oh let's say...take a facking order or pour a cup of coffee. Or maybe instead of those 3 women being so involved in a ridiculously vulgar and loud discussion about how much their jobs sucked they could have made a few sandwiches for everyone stuck in the lot having their mornings ruined. This place use to be better than the other close by DDs. Now you're better of going to sheets for coffee and pouring it in your lap. If I could take away the one star I had to give I would, and then piss in the vacant space formerly occupied by it. Shame read more

The staff was very very very rude. Romeo was absolutely awful and so rude because I had simply asked for less cream. This is the worst shop in York. Stopped at this place at 7:45 and there was no stock. Instead of offering from the next day stock the drive thru member peeks around the corner and says "We close in an hour." Very unprofessional and rude. This store has done this many times to me and my family. Recommend the Queen street store or maple donuts if you want good service read more

If you visit this location at 8:38 and ask for a latte...don't get your hopes up...they already have the latte machine off. And can't make you one...yet they are open until 9:00...no wonder places are going under and out of business...people don't want to do the job they are being paid for...very sad! read more

I come here everyday. I have never been happy with the service. Slow and inconsistent. Now they seem to have attitudes and always have new people working there. Just went there this morning around 5:30am after my walk, and nobody was there except one girl. The lobby was not open and she told me to walk to the drive though window, and when I did she ignored me. I waited until 5:50am and she still didnt acknowledge me. Worst service ever. I come here once a week and I have never had a problem until recently. The assistant manager Bret was a complete smart ass; instead of resolving my issue her solution was to antagonize and patronize me. All I can say is if your cashier needed that $2 she shortage changed me, all she needed to do was ask, I am a charitable person I would have given it to her. So let's see I gave a $1 tip and she stole $2 and my drink was $2.19, that's cool obviously she needed the money more than me. read more
