I just ordered a frappe 5:48 PM on April 13 2026 and I picked it up around 6 o'clock. I'm not sure who made my drink but it's the best frappe I've had in years. It looked beautiful and I was gonna say something but I didn't and then I tried it and it taste like it's supposed to and I haven't had this quality in years from Starbucks with a frappe.thank you to whoever made my drink!!! Yesterday I ordered breakfast sandwichs and coffee and they were good. However I took advantage of the free strawberry acai drink they were promoting through the delivery service Later in the night I drank it and within a few sips I had a horrible headache and was getting sick on my stomach. Dragon fruit tea beverage? Yes! So refreshing! It's a new favorite for me. Service is great at this location during all stops. Access to and from is a little unnerving. Heavy traffic makes this a challenge to enter and exit. Starbucks is pricy. You do get what you say for. Just ask for light on the ice! read more

I've been to this Starbucks multiple times since it's the closest one to our house. Either one day they give me the wrong drink, give me only half my order, or give me a full cup of ice when I will clearly ask for "light ice". I worked at Starbucks for almost 5 years in the past and the baristas here are horrible at making the drinks. One of the worst Starbucks I've ever been too. It was surprisingly lovely to have the staff greet me as I come in. I observed that they continue to do this throughout my time here. It isn't a norm I'm finding with other stores, but this one does greet customers and provide a welcoming environment. Overall, quick service. My order was consistent with all other times I've ordered at Starbucks. I've been to this Starbucks numerous times. I can't say I've ever had a problem. I like that they have a drive-thru. I'm always greeted both on the intercom and at the pickup window. I typically have the same order and it's always right. Once I ordered a secret menu drink around fall time. The employee asked me for the recipe and they made it for me. All in all it's a Starbucks so they're pretty much the same with the exception of ones in stores. I personally like this one. read more

My dad and I always come here when visiting York and the drive thru conversations I have with staff are the highlight of our trips. Amazing positive attitudes- cold coffee that they won't take back because of COVID. If someone orders a simple hot coffee, make sure it's not ice cold. Maybe it was an off moment, but still, $2.81 for a cup of brewed coffee should be hot and fresh read more

Every time we order they get it wrong. Stay away from this store. Even when going back to ask they still mess it up. We've tried repeating orders, writing it down, carrier pigeons but to no avail. The best is when the staff accuse you of getting the order wrong... I mean come on if I've come back in the store it obviously wasnt right the first time. Stopped in as we're driving through and there were flies like a LOT inside the food and dessert case. Asked for a latte and there was no coffee taste which is surprising for Starbucks. That was the worst coffee we've ever had! What a waste of my $12 because we threw it away! read more

Went through the drive thru at lunch and paid with a gift card, the barista asked me if I would like a receipt and I did, so I would know the balance of my gift card. She didn't come back the the window for five minutes looked very confused and said, "You're the same person." I said yes, I'm waiting for my receipt. She closed the window and didn't appear for another five minutes and said, "You got the grande white chocolate mocha, right?" I said I was just waiting for my receipt...she grabbed it off the counter and handed it to me. Took two seconds. Very absent minded, pretty much the worst mind set for food service. Disappointed! Starbucks stores seem to come in three sizes: tall (e.g. inside of a Target or Barnes and Noble), grande (with enough space for maybe two families to sit while everyone else stands around), and venti (plenty of room to lounge about in comfy chairs). This one is venti-sized (though now that I think about it, I can't remember if there actually were puffy chairs or just enough space for them.) read more

They do a great job. They helped me and even made peppermint mocha which I didn't know they had all year long. They are definitely short staffed on busy mornings but that isn't the baristas who are working issue. read more

Ok so this place has been somewhat better at having fresh coffee open to close but, I can't for the life of me understand why they would ever serve a cup of obviously cold/old coffee to anyone no matter how close to closing time it is. I got another nasty cup tonight on my way to work and yes I AM PISSED! Don't bother complaining about it either because they will just nuke it in the microwave and tell you its a fresh cup. I think this is the only Starbucks that I despise. I never get lite ice when I ask for it, I've gotten VERY watered down drinks (that I paid over $6 for!) and drinks that don't even taste remotely similar to the other hundreds of locations that I've been to. I will never go back to this location. I will hold out until I get to Lancaster (where I work) for my daily morning coffee. read more

I always order the exact same thing. Okay maybe different size but still I order an ice americano 1 part heavy cream the rest normal and I asked for crml brûlée sau. Normally I order at Ephrata or the Lancaster location. I have never had to wait more than 3 mins for my drink. I got to the window 5:35 and I didn't leave the window until 5:47. For one iced drink that isn't that hard. There were 3 people working 2 ladies and one male one of the girls were only making the drinks the guy was walking around and talking to the girl in charge of the window. Now here's the best part there was no line inside and there was no cars in front of me. By the time I left there was 3 vehicles behind me. I was told it would be right out. There was two drinks made and handed to the lady at the window before my Grande ice americano was given to her. I am highly highly dissatisfied. I will just order larger drinks at my normal location so I never have to go there again. One last thing I think it's funny I had to pay almost a dollar more than I normally do. read more
