Typical Dunkin. Nothing great, nothing memorable. If you are in the area it is convenient. My Macchiato was good. read more

Dunkin' - Coffee & Tea Near Me - East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania

Worsted customer service ever Rude and unprofessional Specially CJ who shut the drive through window on me after i told him that i was waiting for too long Happened on 5/7/26 4;40 pm see cameras read more

This place is so dysfunctional and it's ridiculous. They have no real adult working there. They have a policy where you cannot add anything at the window. Then they use the excuse that they were backed up, my drink was already made, and I still waited at the window for seven minutes to pay for my drink, while their workers were laughing, dancing around and chatting in the corner I would never say not to have fun at work but waiting at the window while my drink is already made because you guys need to finish a conversation is so unprofessional. I've worked at Dunkin' Donuts in my teens so I know the job if my manager ever caught the staff having a conversation instead of doing your job and on top of that have very poor customer service we would be fired on the spot. Please fix your "policy" and your workers work-ethics because I can see I'm not the only one that doesn't have anything nice to say about this Dunkin. read more

Every single time I come to this location I literally wait in the drive thru for 20-30 minutes. I understand it's a "high traffic area" but there is no reason why I should be waiting 20-30 minutes for ONE COFFEE. It's absurd. I know there are other locations-but I said hey let me give this place a try again...epic fail. read more

this place is extremely unprofessional. they are very slow with your order especially when it's food. i came to the store at 7:00am and asked the employee if my food would be done in 10 minutes because i know that specific dunkin is slow. i asked this when there were barely any people inside the store. she replied to me with yes. i waited there until 7:15am and still no food. nothing was said or acknowledged to me that my food was done. 5 minutes go by and i looked at the food table with all of the drinks and bags and mine wasn't there. i had to leave because i had an appointment so i asked if my friend could pick it up for me and i sent her the receipt and my exact order. she went to go pick it up and they same employee that took my order said that they didn't have it and said "someone probably stole it". i'm issuing for a refund and contacted dunkin about it but i do NOT recommend going here. if there's even more that 3 people inside you'll be waiting on ur order for a good 15 minutes if not, more read more

So got an extra large hot tea yesterday. Came home, drank half of it, and noticed the cup had an odd "weight" to it. Open the lid and there was a metal spoon laying right in the cup. Good times. NEVER AGAIN. They mess up my orders from time to time, but this was too much. read more

Due to the new location, the hired a new staff and grossly under trained them. Having atleast one adult behind the counter could help. The amount of times I get an inaccurate order or wait for 15 minutes for ONE COFFEE is beyond me. I know money is the motive but damn why does my day always have to be ruined by always receiving to wrong coffee. If ya hate me just say that. read more

Went inside with a buddy. There were us and another couple. They let us stand at the register for about 20 minutes until I asked if they were taking orders. The girl said "she don't do that" and the other guy with the headset was smirking and said they were short handed while nobody else was inside. Told us to use the the Kiosk which wasn't working. Used this one several times and the screen freezes. This was at about 2:00 in the afternoon Sunday. They can probably see us on camera waiting. This is the worst one in the area. Ever since they moved to the new building its been nothing but garbage. Ended up going to the marshals creek one. Zero problems there. Previous customers were pissed and asked us if we got taken care of when we left and we told them no. If you can't take inside orders close up the front and only do drive through instead of making people wait. I have also had many orders messed up here. I know other people that have issues. read more

took over 10 mins for 2 drinks and two donuts. there was a used reeses cups wrapper in the space under the cup.

The service here is horrible i came here last monday for breakfast and the lady behind the counter smelt of bad bo like she hasnt showered in weeks and the food tasted chemically and the watered down coffee didnt benefit never coming here again read more

They compared to the other dunkin doughnuts in the area, that are no more than 7 minutes away they seem to skimp heavily on every ingredient. Every time that I have had an order from this dunkin doughnuts it feels like i am getting nothing but slightly flavored water. Even when getting a black coffee it tastes watered down and week. The one on main street's coffee actually tastes like a normal cup you would get following the recommend scoops for a coffee maker. When you ask for flavors most of the time you can not even taste them due to how little they add to it even when requesting multiple pumps of a flavor. read more

Specially reviewing your hash (or should I say "HaRsh) brown. Too spicy! Too salty! Substandard

We went and I asked for my hash browns to be crispy, so he told them and the worker said just make them how you usually do. My has browns ended be very soggy. My friend also ordered an iced almond milk latte and she heard them say didn't she order an iced almond milk latte and the worker making it said just give her this, and it was a regular iced coffee. read more

Sometimes service is really great and other times it's mediocre at best. This used to be one of the best Dunkins around but it's fallen short in the last few months. Their coffee has become incredibly watered down, and as someone who likes weaker coffee, that's really saying something. Many times when I ask for liquid sugar, they disregard my request and give me regular. They no longer seem to understand what light and sweet means, and if you ask for them to fix it, you'll get major attitude. read more

Horrible Service....... contains a bunch of immature kids working behind the counter. All were on their phone even while I was ordering. This place needs new employees ASAP or it will not thrive for much longer read more

Rude male manager will take your money for your coffee and then disappear sans coffee. His employees fortunately, were very kind and apologetic. read more

I went there to get a cup of coffee and talk to someone from my masters program. The minute I get in there I see a group of 4-5 young men sitting in the corner being rowdy making noise and just generally being a pain. About 10 minutes in to our conversation I noticed that these teenage boys are throwing trash across the room causing it to slam into the side of tables and making a lot of noise nobody in the entire building that works there says anything to them and they're allowed to continue this. I realize that they are harassing a young man sitting on that side of the building where they had been throwing things. I previously been on unable to see him due to my sitting position they proceed to get up in his face and threatened to beat the crap out of him the employees still take no action. It isn't until myself and my friend spoke up about their actions that somebody in the establishment finally told the boys they needed to leave or they would call the police they proceeded to shout obscenities about how they were going to beat this other young man up and how they didn't care and they stormed out of the building. I left shortly thereafter but I certainly have no plans to return especially at night because if that's how people by themselves are treated but I certainly don't want to be in there by myself and be harassed verbally and physically and yet and have nobody come to my aid. I'm very disappointed in the staff at this Dunkin' Donuts. read more

I stop @ this Dunkin 4 times a week between 6:30am and 6:45 am. I have to say they are going down hill quickly. Lack of supervision w/ employees . Muffins and donuts have not been fresh. Today I got a coffee cake muffin. I went to eat it on break and it was rock hard. This used to be an awesome store, but not anymore. read more
