Very confusing. I keep seeing one woman there who looks like she hates every single person who comes in while she takes their order. She doesn't say hello, she just kind of stares at you expectantly. A few people there are like that. But there's also a few people there that obviously working very hard and are kind. I have not experienced the long waiting times that have been posted about before but the staff varies very much in how they approach customers and I've listened to a lot of conversations that are probably not appropriate. A ginger haired girl with glasses and blue earings was the worst at her job. Said she called out our names but not our fault we weren't even at the store yet. approached us with an attitude which is unacceptable and her service was terrible. Next time learn how to talk to customers in a nice way and not be a miserable worker. They open at 5am so why were the doors not even opened til 6:30am, there were employees inside and they saw people outside waiting. I get sometimes you can't open on time, but if you see a bunch of people outside waiting, I'd recommend at least coming out or posting it somewhere that you're behind. It shouldn't have to be people leaving and having to try to get an order refunded because you can't open on time, and if you won't be open on time put it in the system so the app doesn't let someone order from the place when they aren't even open. read more

They swear in front of customers, talk crap about customers under their breath, and do nothing while other people have to pick up their slack. The food is old, the manager doesn't take care of anything and sits on her phone all day while chatting through her air pod. This location has really gone down hill. My opinion was cemented a few weeks ago when I quickly ran in during my lunch break to get a drink for one of my co-workers. The service was terrible, not only for me, but for the other customers as well. They had roughly 4 people working behind the counter which one person mopping the floor. The manager was treating a customer rudely and kept yelling how she was understaffed. And believe me she was yelling this. It's a Dunkin' Donuts. This place has no idea how to complete a simple order, especially if you're ordering food. When I order one of the speciality sandwiches they say they don't have it in stock but it will be arriving tomorrow. When I go back within the next few days they say they are out again. This is the only dunkins in the area but I will either spend more money at Starbucks or go out of my way to a different location. read more

The worst part is the staff, after the manger screems next at you best be ready to order or get ready for an eye roll. I want to start off that I have been working for the Dunkin' Donuts franchise for over a year now and I have never experienced such lack of communication between employe and customer. I ordered 3 drinks in store and was going to pay with my 3 free drinks on my Dunkin DD Perks App. I told this to the employee and he proceeded to scan my phone once and walk away. There was 2 other people behind the counter and about 4 people in the store the entire time. I was left standing clueless for over 5 minutes still waiting to pay for the two other drinks I ordered. He came back over and asked me what I was doing and I told him I was still trying to pay for my drinks. He scoffed and gave me attitude when he saw I paid for all three drinks with my free drink coupons on my app. I walked over to the waiting area after thanking him trying to "kill em with kindness" I proceeded to wait for my 3 drinks two of them being regular ice coffees and one new refresher. These drinks along with the one latte the guy ordered before me would take me about a total of about 3 minutes to make at most. I waited nearly 8 minutes for my 3 drinks to be finished and my coffees where not stirred at all and the man before me didn't even get his latte yet by the time they served me. There where 3 people behind the counter and not one person even said one word to me the entire time I was waiting. My two ice coffees also tasted like water so I assume they even made the batch of ice coffee wrong like most Dunkins' do putting too much ice to "save coffee and money". Your priority should be serving your customers, treating them with basic kindness and communicating when you know it will take a bit longer for you to get your shit together. There needs to be a responsible manager at this store to make sure the employees know how to do their basic customer service job. read more

Been a customer since it has opened and there have glitches in service but since Christmas 2015 it's been horrible. I go 3 mornings a week every week and it's been short staffed, slow service and LONG lines. I'm there 7:45 and have had to walk out 4 times the past month. The line is 15 deep and no one is moving. There 5 people and 1 register open and this was not the first time. This morning 4 people not including me left the line and 6 people opened the door and turned around and left. I've taken my business to Sunny's next door along with a couple others. Bummer! read more

I used to go to this location almost every day and order the same drink. In the last few months, it's gotten steadily worse. I ordered a sandwich, and the flatbread sat in the oven for over a minute while the girl making it texted on her phone. She would then continue to make my sandwich wearing the same gloves she was texting in. Which is gross. The other day, I ordered my coffee (specifically light, one extra pump of the flavor swirl). The woman marks it down as 2 cream, 2 pumps of swirl on the register and goes to make my coffee. I reiterate I wanted it light, extra flavor swirl. It was neither. I ask very politely if she can add more cream and more flavor swirl, and she barely added anything additional. At this point I had to move on to work and didn't bother to request a third fix. Today was particularly terrible. My boyfriend ordered a smoothie, and I ordered my coffee in a separate order. My boyfriend's smoothie took over ten minutes (this is not an exaggeration) and it was almost completely liquid when he received it. It looked like a new kid was making it and no one was showing him how. He asked for a refund and the person behind the counter said "I don't know how to do that. Can you wait on the side?" The next person who came to the register said he doesn't know how to do refunds either. He waited a total of 10 additional minutes for the manager to make her way over (she was on her cell phone the whole time we were there), and then was incredibly rude about the refund. My coffee turned out fine, however I was in the middle of my order when the cashier pulled out his cell phone, answered it, and began talking on it. I was absolutely dumbfounded. I won't be going back, even though it's so close to me. This place needs some serious management. read more

Ordered on the app yesterday just a coffee with cream/sugar, mocha swirl, and a shot of espresso and I got there 5 minuets after i pressed ready to pick up and i go in and wait a couple minutes (it's not busy at all in there just a couple other customers) to then be told that my order didn't go through so i went back to my car to get my phone and prove them wrong and i get back in and they told me it actually did it was just misplaced and so it's whatever no problem but then it takes another couple minutes for them to make my coffee and i finally get it and leave and i take a sip in my car and it's not at all what i ordered it's just a normal coffee with cream and sugar nothing else but i just didn't have time to go back in and get a new one so i was stuck drinking a plain coffee without the mocha swirl or shot of espresso that i paid a dollar extra for. Gave it 2 stars because I've never had any other issues here. read more
