I've been meaning to write a review of this place for a long time. "But why? It's just a Dunkin', bro. They're all the same." No, bro, this location proves they definitely are NOT the same. Simply put, the employees and management are on it at this location. I can place my mobile order 3 minutes away and by the time I go to the pick up counter, it's waiting for me. I've done this multiple times per week for months at the busiest times of the day and I've never had to wait. They straight up hustle here. But serving bad coffee fast doesn't make it good. Well, good news, skeptical reader. Because the coffee at this location crushes the competing Dunkin's within 5 miles of any direction. In a close second place, I put the Spotswood/Main St location, and without question dead last is the Northbound Route 18 location near where Old Bridge Turnoike merges with 18. These guys mix their drinks as opposed to dumping everything in and doing the "lazy swirl", their lattes taste decent (truly as decent as a Dunkin' latte can get), and the service is spot on. So pay attention, other franchise locations. THIS is the model for retaining customers - I will often drive 10 minutes out of my way to hit this location rather than frequent your other disaster locations (I'm looking at you northbound Route 18 Dunkin') read more

Unfriendly staff, the hot coffee had a bubbly top (not normal) with what was likely unclean machinery. The inside is absolutely FILTHY. I'm actually calling the board of health on this hole. At one time, this was one of the nicer Dunkin's around. What happened? Likely the owners, who are of a particular persuasion where hygienic practices are not highbon their list. read more

This Dunkin is open until 10 PM. We went 6 hours before they close and they were completely out of everything bagels, glazed donuts, frosted donuts (all varieties), Boston cream, etc. This was honestly frustrating enough but I decided to get a plain bagel instead along with an iced matcha latte. Unfortunately both were inedible. The matcha latte tasted like straight milk and the butter bagel tasted like nasty burnt grease from the griddle. What a waste of my time and money! What an awful experience this morning. Haven't been to this location in years but was passing by. Did the drive through and placed my order and then everything fell apart after that. No clue what happened inside but literally sat on the drive through line for 10 minutes behind the car in front of me. I can't even offer one star.. This place has been getting worse and worse. I used to go every day, and now I find myself cringing when I have to go! The service and their staff are absolutely getting worse and worse with every visit! I don't understand why their staff insists on treating people the way they do. The lack of kindness or social skills is unacceptable. They act like they hate their job in the store and worse in the drive-thru. This Dunkin spent money on renovations, which they now charge us the extra costs to make up for their spending , but seriously they should have0 invested some money in hiring good people that make customers feel welcomed and invited. Just four stars for now :) this one location is the one I prefer to get my latte order every morning. The staff is very friendly and very clean. Yes, they're hard working Spanish folks here but give them a chance and you won't leave with the wrong order or missing foods. You want your order tight the first time? This is where you should stop in for it. Oh and a quick tip.. service is great, so don't get too excited getting onto route 18 south and speeding. You will get stopped just as quick. This location, like many other Dunkin locations unfortunately are becoming worse and worse as far as customer service. I always ask for a certain amount of sugar in my coffee specifically, and the coffee never has the sugar I asked for. It always comes out bland. Knowing this I ask for more sugars, they give me two small sugars. The workers do not value the customer and have a dismissive attitude at the drive-thru. Won't be going here again. read more

Feel free to drop by if you want to get cops called on you for trespassing We dropped by for coffee on 09/30 at 9:45 at 10:00 young lady comes by to say we close at 10:00 we politely say sure we want you to go home on time and step outside to finish the coffee while having coffee in the parking lot two squad cars roll in they talk to the employees and tell us we are trespassing. The employees failed to tell them the two gents that were arguing with them had already left. You bet never going to this establishment ever again a word of caution steer clear unless you want to be accused of trespassing too for buying coffee and drinking it outside. read more

Today I went here with my family, my son asked for a chocolate frosted donut but they gave us just a chocolate donut, not frosted. Also, I got my oldest son a bacon egg sandwich but they gave him an egg and cheese sandwich. Brought my day down. Would recommend you to never get your donuts from here. read more

I recall Dunkin' Donuts being much better back in my college days. Today, it's just fine in a pinch. I prefer the iced coffee over hot. And other than munchkins, I'm not a fan of their food -- even in a pinch. This is one of their more efficient locations if you're on the run. read more

I had sour tasting iced coffee today that I threw out after two sips. Also weird aftertaste, almost bitter and metalishh. Two pumps of caramel swirl couldn't mask the horrible taste. Horrible customer service. Ordered ahead of time via the Dunkin' app and selected drive thru pick up. When I arrived the line was ridiculously long. I waited 10 minutes and decided to stop being lazy and just go in the store to pick up. After explaining why I was there (mobile pick up) I was told I needed to go back in my car and wait in the drive thru line even though I was in the store and my order was ready. Another decent Dunkin Donuts location. The service isn't over the top speedy, but not entirely lacking either. I rarely stop here, but today it was on my way. I have been here several other times for the Baskin Robbins side. They sometimes have a coconut ice cream that is delicious! Back to DD. The bagel I had was fresh as well as the coffee. I prefer their coffee served hot, rather than cold, but I can't say I have ever had an incident with any location serving bad coffee. Place is always in order, the bathroom is neat, tables are clean and it's a good choice if you can't wait a few more minutes to hit the other DD on the same side of 18. The staff in this place is a joke. I do my order threw the app to go, and it's sitting by the register than no one greets you they just all see your there and talk about you in Spanish. Which is a language I understand ! Than when you ask them to hand the coffee that is sitting behind the counter instead of being by the on the go rack. They ignore you and give you a look. Or they notice my name because I go there everyday and it's sitting in the printer and they start making after I have to ask someone for help 10 times. Well now I take my money and go to Starbucks not only do I get great service but the staff there is awesome they take the time to remember your name and your coffee! I am usually disappointed with a visit to Dunkin Donuts and this location is no exception. At 10:30am this past Thursday April 26, I went into this Dunkin Donuts and guess what they didn't have? Donuts. They didn't have any donuts. There was some sort of paper sheet covering the racks where the donuts should be. The attendant said "no donuts.." I asked why. Terrible experience. Guy working looked miserable and wouldn't take his eyes off the tv and his phone for more than a second and screwed my friends order up four times after asking her numerous times what she wanted. Don't place an order here if you want it correct. If you happen to order anyway and it's wrong, you better hope that the person who sold it to you is at work still when you return. Even if you have a receipt. After all, you're traveling down the highway to work, in traffic in the morning and don't want to U-turn for an error that can wait until the return trip. I was treated like I did something wrong. But I stayed until I was given a refund. It was still not until they called the manager at home that I received the refund. Also, beware of the "free hash browns". Your sandwich will cost over a dollar more than other DD, but they claim, "free hash browns". You're really paying for your hash browns. They Never get my order right. Have been going there for the past 3 years only because it's convenient, I'll skip going to this place and go to the one further down. If I order more than one thing, they either forget to put it in the bag or make it wrong. I asked for a frozen coffee with almond milk and they refused saying they don't know how to make it with almond milk. (They made it for me two weeks earlier with almond milk and now they have no clue how to make it)??? When I said this to the manager he kept talking over me telling me that they never made it for me. He didn't let me get a word in. I had to give back my frozen coffee and it was like pulling teeth to get my money back. I can't have dairy and they didn't seem to understand this. The guy seems like a real know it all. When he gave me my money back he told me I can have the frozen coffee back cause he was just gonna throw it out. I CANT DRINK DAIRY! One of the woman then said, wait u can't have cream or any kind of milk? WTF is wrong with these people. Then I said...I'm breastfeeding, my sons severally allergic to lactose, so that means I can't have anything that has any amount of milk in it. They looked at me like I had two heads. Nothing but problems. And to think these people will be getting paid the same amount as an EMT. Mind blowing! Sucks because it's so close to where I live. read more
